• Chiara (10/5): perfetto - All’arrivo ci siamo incontrati con Irene, persona favolosa. Appartamento bello, pulito, grande, bisogna fare 3 piani di scale abbastanza strette ma niente di impossibile, ha una posizione perfetta per raggiungere il centro città in pochi minuti a piedi. Informo che a poca distanza si trova un lockers per lasciare i bagagli molto comodo. mi è piaciuto tutto
• Vasco (9/5): Localização perfeita, confortável e a repetir - Localização de muito fácil acesso, a 5/10min a pé do centro histórico. O apartamento é muito confortável e tem tudo o que é preciso, mesmo com uma criança de 3 anos e um bebé não houve qualquer problema. A anfitriã é super atenciosa e disponível! Sem dúvida a regressar se voltar a Valência! Um pouco de barulho vindo da rua durante a noite, por estar próximo a uma rua de muito tráfego, ainda assim não tão alto que acordasse as crianças (apenas por isto que não dou 10, apesar da anfitriã não ter culpa deste facto). As escadas de acesso podem ser um fator para pessoas com mais limitações de mobilidade.

• Nikolina (10/5): Odlično - Lokacija je bila odlična, sve je u blizini, stan je jako šarmantan i imao je sve što nam je trebalo. Centar grada se nalazi u blizini, nasuprot apartmana se nalazi i javna garaža. Irene je jako pristupačna i draga. Sve preporuke!

• Lena (10/5): - Die Wohnung lag wirklich perfekt im Zentrum, die Altstadt konnten wir komplett zu Fuß von der Wohnung aus erkunden. Die Metro vom Flughafen bzw. zum Flughafen ist auch nicht weit. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Wir hatten insgesamt einen sehr guten Aufenthalt.

• Melania (9/5): - Siamo stati 4 giorni con un bimbo di tre anni. L appartamento era davvero carino e accogliente con tutto il necessario. La posizione fantastica super centrale. Irene simpaticissima. Se torniamo a Valencia torneremo sicuramente.

• Ana (8/5): Buena ubicación con cosas a mejorar - La ubicación: estás a 10 minutos andando de la lonja y el mercado central Hay muchos comercios y tiendas de comestibles cerca Tuvimos algún incidente e Irene enseguida nos contestó para darnos soluciones No está preparado para 5 huéspedes, se da la opción de que una persona duerma en el sofá del salón, pero en las ventanas del salón no hay persianas ni estores opacos, por lo que desde las 7 am está entrando luz El baño tiene una ventana que da a una ventana por la que ves y te ven los vecinos.. la ventana a la que da no es translucida, por lo que tienes muy poca intimidad, resulta incómodo
• Heidi (9/5): - Sehr zentral gelegen und die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
• Cibernella12 (10/5): Accogliente e spazioso, ottima base per esplorare València - L'appartamento è effettivamente in pieno centro nel senso che è a 2 min da strade commerciali e di negozi, 5 min dalla stazione Nord e 10 min dal Mercato Centrale. È molto spazioso, con 2 camere de da letto comode, un grande soggiorno con divano letto, cucina a vista e bagno con vasca. La cucina è ben equipaggiata con stoviglie e alimentari di prima necessità (caffè, tè, zucchero, olio, sale ecc.) La pulizia non è impeccable ma è comunque sufficiente e l'appartamento è accogliente. Le stanze che danno sulla strada sono un po' rumorose ma per fortuna è una strada secondaria e non c'è molto passaggio di macchine. Irene è stata estremamente disponibile e ci ha aspettato per consegnarci le chiavi all'arrivo nonostante siamo arrivati alle 2 di notte per colpa del volo in ritardo! Le scale strettissime e antiquate La finestra del bagno non oscurata, i vicini davanti vedono tutto!
• Elo45000 (8/5): - L'emplacement est idéal pour découvrir la ville et accéder aux transports en commun. Irène est très sympathique et arrangeante pour déposer ses bagages en avance de check in. Wifi efficace. Le seul bémol est l'insonorisation à revoir en changeant les fenêtres des chambres fermant difficilement donnant sur rue. Pas beaucoup de circulation mais le peu résonne dans la rue.

• Gloria (8/5): - L’atmosfera, la posizione leggermente fuori dal centro vero e proprio ed il silenzio di notte. I ristorantini di vicinato, autentici e buoni Tra piani senza ascensore potevano essere un problema e sicuramente sono un po’ scomodi. Ma fattibili anche se viaggiavo con due bambini uno di 6 e l’altra di 10 mesi. La pulizie del pavimento forse da rivedere, mia figlia ha gattonato tutto il tempo, il colore delle sue ginocchia non mente , ma tutto il resto molto bene!

• Marica (8/5): - Very central and the bed was very comfortable. The stairs very steep. There was a bath instead of a shower. The ac was only in the living room. In the bedrooms there were fans. But overall was good.

• Mark (9/5): We miss the city and the apartment. - The property is small but very comfortable with whatever you might need. The host is very helpful. The location is perfect, Very central and close to the metro and buses. One drawback is the steep, spiral stairs. If stairs are an issue (maybe due to mobility), this place is not for you.

• Floris (8/5): Very nice location and nice spacious apartment.. - The location, close by subway, oldtown, shops... Rooms are spacious, complete kitchen with oven, fridge, coffee machine, kettle even a washingmachine! Smell in the bathroom (if you keep the door closed, the smell will stay in the bathroom). Rest of the apartment is very nice.
