- Stefan (10/5): Heerlijke verblijf gehad!

- Berlin Paul (10/5): Rating beyond an excellent star if there's one available.. Super good - Everything about the chalet, it's ambience, the surrounding lake and it's view, the pellet stove inside chalet, abundance of toys inside chalet for kids etc etc etc.. The camp site reception team, unnecessary rushing through process and making mistakes, expecting us to know their surroundings maps etc as if we are local there. Having said that, this reception is completely detached from the chalet and it's owners, nothing to do with them.

- Houssemeddine (4/5): - Our stay was quite average overall. The staff was really kind and welcoming, and the location was good, There were several issues that made the stay uncomfortable.
First, there was no hot water during our stay. Second, the heating system didn’t work — only one air conditioner in the living room was working, which wasn’t enough to heat the whole place. We had to keep the bedroom doors open to get a bit of warmth from the living room.
Finally, we were very surprised to be charged extra for duvet covers. It’s strange to rent an accommodation with duvets but no covers, and then be asked to pay €20 per cover. It’s not something travelers usually bring with them.
Despite the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness, and the good location, the stay was quite uncomfortable. Unfortunately, it was not a good choice for us.
Host gentilissimi e discreti
Alloggio molto comodo e giardino incantevole
- Lin.da99 (10/5): Super verblijf! - Het verblijf was super gezellig, niks ontbrak, alles was superproper. Eigenlijk niks.
- Andrea (8/5): - Smart TV. Lots of games puzzles. Heathing hot water air con. Well equiped.clean. comfortable. Child friendly. Welcome drinks Not so much tea coffee sugar stuff. Self cleaning and rubbish take out. Not included linen.

- Adina (10/5): Cozy place in a beautiful location - The location is beautiful. There's a lake right off the garden with ducks and swans. The beach is great with fun activities. The chalet is cozy and well equipped. The owner is friendly and helpful.
- Julien (9/5): Camping Klein stand, super !!

- Mark (10/5): Awesome!! - Everything was great, everything we needed as a family of 5
- Cooling (9/5): Lovely chalet in a fantastic nature and family friendly location. - Excellent location and probably the nicest plot on the site. Very comfortable accommodation - larger than we were expecting. A lovely welcome from the owners. We would highly recommend. Although we were aware that we needed to bring our own bedding and towels (unless paying extra), it’s always preferable when this is included.
- MARIA (9/5): - La decoración con detalle, muy acogedora. Dejaron cosas utiles, juguetes...
- Alison (6/5): Location was pretty and relaxing but it was not worth over €200 a night. - The location was very lovely and relaxing. The air conditioning was well received and the bed was super comfortable Extra €60 for bedding
No toilet paper
No towels
Fridge freezer in the bedroom that buzzed all night
Dog mess is the garden
Dog barking for a lot of the late night
Right on the main road
- Yvonne (9/5): Superb - We had a lovely time here. The owner is friendly and accommodating. The chalet matches the pictures and it is cozy both indoors and outdoors. We enjoyed the location on the lake and the fact that our dog could run around in the fenced-in garden without us worrying about her running away. It is also not too far away from the coast, where the dog beaches can be visited. Any extra costs (such as the Belgian tourist tax and costs for using their bedding if not bringing your own) are communicated clearly ahead of time. I can definitely recommend staying here. The chalet isn't extremely soundproofed, so if there are loud noises outside, you will hear it.
A highway is nearby, so there is a low, but constant background noise. I was able to blend it out though and it didn't ruin our stay. There was also a party on the beach that lasted until 2am one night which was a bit noisy, but the owner informed us before we arrived that the beach would be closed for it and that it only happens like once a year. However, in general it was quiet and calm.
- Said (10/5): Great owners, lovely place - My kids very especially happy about all the toys their found in the house
- Irajampalhamo (10/5): It was a very good stay as we had to be at AZ in Bruges each day it was nice to be in nature - The people are very nice and very dog friendly
- Pam (9/5): Superb -
- Hulley (9/5): Superb -
- Constance (3/5): Hidden charges and no working shower - I so badly wanted to love this place and make it our go-to stay every year on our trip to Belgium, but sadly, it did not live up to our expectations.
At first glance, it seemed like the perfect little oasis—a fully enclosed garden for the dogs, a lake in front, a large pond to the side, and a roaring fire in the wood-burning stove to welcome us. However, by the time we arrived, there was already a sour taste in our mouths. The owner had messaged us beforehand to say that if we wanted bedding and towels, it would be an additional €40. There were only two of us staying for one night—so essentially, one bed’s worth of bedding cost €40. While we did receive two towels, they were hand towels, which weren’t exactly ideal for two adults.
This fee was eventually waived, but only after another issue arose: the bathroom door handle broke, locking us out of the only toilet. We had to call the owner, who sent someone from the holiday park to remove the handle and instruct us not to close the door. That might be fine for a couple, but as two friends traveling together, we weren’t exactly comfortable using the bathroom or showering without privacy.
Speaking of the shower, when we arrived, the owner casually mentioned, “This might be the one with a broken shower—we’re getting a new one on Monday.” That evening, I turned on the shower, and at first, all seemed fine. I got in, soaked my hair, and then—the water completely stopped flowing from the showerhead. Where did the water go? Who knows—but it wasn’t into the shower cubicle. So, I had to dry off with the tiny hand towels, which, as a woman with long hair, was far from ideal.
After that ordeal, I put on my pajamas and wandered into the freezing bedroom. There was no heating, so I lit another fire to try to warm up. While flipping through the laminated information booklet about the property, I read that the shower was already known to be broken.
