• Samantha (7/5): Lovely large space , great pool and area to stay - Loads of space , pool was brilliant had been heated before we arrived previous tenants, so kept nice whilst we were there , lovely places to eat and shop only 5 min away and old town harbour was 15 mins away. The only problems we had was the washing machine didn’t work. And mainly an ant infestation in the front bedroom, tried sprays and then room had to be aired out but only thing that worked was placing washing powder around the skirting and flooring .

• 2399becdad7572a2de5a858b5008b5c5 (9/5): - El patio, la piscina y la ubicación de la casa. Está en un sitio tranquilo y es facil aparcar. La distribución de la casa es buena. Nos dejaron un detalle de bienvenida y algunas cosas básicas como sal, pimienta, agua y utensilios para lavar los platos. La persianas de las habitaciones estan rotas y entra mucha luz por las mañanas. Falta algo de mantenimiento.
• McCann (8/5): Great villa, just needs a bit of TLC - Villa was in a great location, a good spacious house with all you need There's a few things within the home could do with fixing, the master room door is a big one cause it doesn't close properly so makes it chilly especially night time..
• Cecelia (6/5): If I was staying here again I would make specific inquiries about pool cleaning and request extra bedding. - The location was good There were a number of things that were broken or did not work properly: the bin pedal is broken and the kettle malfunctioned (it keeps boiling sometimes until it is manually switched off and could easily cause accidents especially with children around). Most concerning, the pool does not appear to have been cleaned at all while we were there. We should have raised this at the time but I would have expected cleaning to take place twice or three times. There was insufficient bedding for the weather-the evenings were very chilly and we all had to wear extra clothes because there were insufficient blankets.
• Kieran (9/5): We really enjoyed our stay, the location was great for access to everything - Very spacious outside area, lovely pool with plenty of towels , comfortable interior, well laid out, fully equipped kitchen . Staff responded quickly to any concerns. Probably could do with some TLC in certain areas/paint etc. Door handles were loose & noisy to operate

• Danielle (8/5): - Lovely villa, everything you could possibly need. Lovely and quiet location. Bit far to walk to strip and back if you have mobility issues, but taxi is only 3 euros.
• Steven (7/5): Nice but needs updating - Location, pool Bathroom smelt ! Windows in kitchen leaked badly when heavy rain , pool table and tennis table needed updating
• Beverley (5/5): Was pleasant. - More information ie a welcome book, an inventory should be supplied. Place is tired & could do with a bit of refurb/decoration including pool table etc. No hooks or towel rails in bathrooms either.

• Howard (5/5): This was a special birthday celebration and was expecting a better quality of accommodation - Very good location and very quiet. Lovely heated pool. Plenty of space. Property very tired and in need of renovation. Guest shower leaking into the wall. Poolside tiles rough and dangerous. Master toilet smelt highly of methane and very unpleasant. Doors and handles scruffy and in need of replacement. Furniture old and dated. Over priced for its condition. Some electrical sockets exposed and dangerous. Dishwasher and fridge rusty inside.Insufficient crockery and glassware. Pool table and table tennis table virtually unusable. Pillows dirty and need replacement. Washing machine old and incomprehensible.Safe in the en-suite non operational. Suggest owner spends time in their own property to realise its shortcomings. At €2500 per week this isn’t good enough.
• Claire (9/5): Gorgeous villa, lovely host, excellent area within walking distance of local amenities - Property is very spacious, the pool area and garden are lovely and the villa is very close to a spare and a few restaurants although it is only a 15 minute walk to the main strip or €5 in a taxi One of the toilets wasn’t working which wasn’t a problem because the 2nd toilet was fine and there was only 2 of us, a TV in the master bedroom would have been nice but this is just personal choice
• Sarah (9/5): Lovely spacious villa - Lovely spacious villa. 6 of us stayed there and we had ample space. Kitchen has everything you could need. We requested the pool heated and that was a great idea as the weather dropped cool at times but the pool was well used. Pool table and tennis table came in super handy, as did the BBQ area. The location for us was a bit too far out of town. It’s not bad for the Old Town and Marina but to get onto the Main Street it’s quite a trek. The villa itself is lovely and we had a great time ☺️

• Andrea (8/5): Very good - Spaciousness, we paid extra to heat the pool and it was lovely and warm., quiet area. We did not use the en suite bathroom because of a persistent bad smell.
• Kevin (8/5): Super Villa in a lovely quiet area of PDC Old Town - Great sized villa in a great quiet area only a few minutes walk from PDM Old Town. locals bars, restaurants etc. The villa is very well equipped with everything you will ever need and has spacious bedrooms, bathrooms and living area. The outside area is huge with a great pool, BBQ facilities etc. The decor and fixtures in areas are very tired and in need of a sprucing up, we had a problem with the water supply however the management company were absolutely awesome in resolving the issue super quick. Its a fantastic villa, but just lacks in areas, which was a dissapointment, but not enough to ruin anything, we had a great week !!

• Julie (8/5): Wonderful holiday ! - Location perfect just above the Old Town with a supermarket around the corner The Villa was very well equipped and met all of our needs. The towels and sheets were changed after the first week and the pool cleaned while we were there. We did love the Villa and plan to return However the Villa could do with an update in the decor which is looking a little tired.
