• Jana (6/5): Pleasant - Location was good, close to metro. Apartment had tall ceilings, doors and windows, which was definitely a plus. Beautiful views into the street as well as into the inner yard from the balcony. Beautiful books on design and fashion brands. Complicated inner lock with poor instructions, hardly any lights are working (ceiling, floor, wall or desk lamps need new bulbs). Wardrobe in the lounge and kitchen cabinet under the window stays open, revealing rubbish inside - impossible to close. Needs fixing. Bidet is not working in the bathroom. No soap, shower gel or shampoo, no tea or coffee or oil. No kitchen towels. Staff is not quest friendly or welcoming. When I politely noted about these issues - instead of apologies got a very rude cold response from company staff member Davide. Overall very poor management of this otherwise beautiful apartment. Delayed cleaning, missing toilet paper and fresh towels prior to my check in. Staff arriving unannounced. Appalling. Very loud neighbours talking all the way till 2am every night, also loud noises in the street very late at night. Early morning children shouting like a riot bcs there is a school next door. Beware. After you book and pay to booking.com, company demands that you have to give safety deposit of 150EUR or they will not give you instructions on how to get into the apartment. Pls take note of this. For those that cannot carry big suitcases, please be aware that there are at least 30 steps leading to the elevator area of the hallway.

• Daniella (9/5): Beautiful apartment for discovering Milan - Great services provided by the renting company - very nice and understanding people The apartment is indeed beautiful and spacious. Feels stylish, modern yet with a classical touch. Very nice bath, although the water system must be somewhat off in the building, as water flow temperature seems to be not constant (sometimes colder sometimes warmer) Great gas stove, fully equipped kitchen Fantastic location - very convenient commuting The AC is placed in such a way that just the main corridor is affected - but that is the apartment designer’s fault I believe Would be super useful if there was a dish soap provided :D
• Philipp (3/5): Great apartment, disappointing service - Apartment is beautiful, with a great location. A lot of space inside. Very cool vintage elevator in the building. Relatively easy check-in. After the check-in everything was absolutely great, until I left my apartment. When I returned, I found out that my bedding was taken away (everything was present before I left). After a conversation with support (in about 3 hours) a person entered the apartment without knocking or calling or anything. He made the bed and left (the bed was done good, no criticism about it). I could not even imagine that this could happen again the day after!!! This time the guy rang a bell at least, but maybe it is because I was using additional lock this time. DIsappointing experience continued afterwards. The property is ignoring my request to send me the invoice. This is going on for about a month now. Apartment - great, Service - very bad and unprofessional.
