- Brooke (6/5): Convenient and reasonable for what we needed - Quiet area, everything was provided Internet and tv reception was not good, showers would overflow as drains not cleaned, no bedside tables.

- Tanveer (9/5): Enjoyable stay with accurate description. - The house was very nice with most of amenity present. The backyard had a mulberry tree which the kids enjoyed. The hosts provided all the necessary instructions about how to collect the keys, the wifi password etc. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay for us. Nothing major - just a few things that could make the stay exceptional. The central cooling system would close after a few hours. It had caused a little trouble at night as the temperature changed during sleep. We did not find the kettle clean. We also encounters a few cockroaches. Unfortunately, we were not given instructions how to collect keys until we reached out.

- Colleen (7/5): - Spacious, reasonably comfortable beds, laundry facilities, full kitchen, internal parking. Air conditioning on but not cooling, ensuite shower leaked out the door to bedroom( open shower), shiny tiles seemed greasy at first, not sure what cleaning product was used on them, no can opener or peeler in kitchen.

- Netta (7/5): Adequate and well equipped. Suited our purpose. - The property was very spacious and well equipped. The only criticism I have is there was no coffee table, no bedside lights and only one bedside table between 3 beds. Other than that all good.

Easy self access and very clean. We ended up only staying one night as the beds were too hard & uncomfortable to get a good nights rest. The smoke alarm in the other duplex was constant in its noise which became very distracting when trying to sleep.

- Lisi (10/5): Lovely Linton - The location was great for seeing our family, nice and spacious, extremely clean and comfy with easy check-in. The only thing was the lack of internet reception, especially at the front end of the house.

We will happily stay again. - A comfortable modern house in a quiet area, secure off street parking, 2 bathrooms, and the location was perfect for us. The hosts were great at communicating but not intrusive by any means. A bit of damage from previous guests, a few unfinished elements, very basic furnishings.

The air conditioning was restricted, so we found the house uncomortably warm, particularly in the front bedroom. The hosts didn't respond when I tried to alert them to another issue in the house.

- Julie (3/5): Disappointed with our stay. It looks better in the photos. - Booked this place as it was close to family and looked good in the photos. We were disappointed with the facilities. There are holes in the walls, the back garden is unkempt and unsafe if you have small children who may want to play in the back yard. The outdoor kitchen had a glass panel missing from the door so there was bird droppings and dead flies on the bench. There are exposed metal brackets on the bottom of the internal sliding doors which would do damage if you caught your foot on them. Holes in the walls and a lack of towels. Ceiling fans covered in dust and there’s a weird plastic covering on the kitchen bench. A coffee table and bedside tables in all bedrooms would be nice. The house lacks a comfortable vibe unfortunately but some minor tweaks like some nice towels, bedsides, a rug and coffee table would help make your guests feel more welcomed. We won’t be staying again.
- Rosalind (1/5): Very unprofessional - Nothing When we arrived the house had not been cleaned. Beds were unmade and dirty towels were in the bathrooms. The exterior garden was unkempt. On phoning the contact she was confused re our booking which had been made 5 weeks earlier. She then offered us another house. This house was very average, garden unkempt, not a picture in sight, marks on walls, and no hooks in the bathrooms for towels. Not value for money at all. Very disappointing.
