• M (4/5): - Η τοποθεσία ήταν άψογη Στους πάνω ορόφους γίνονταν εργασίες με αποτέλεσμα απίστευτο θόρυβο από νωρίς το πρωί. Η τουαλέτα είναι απαγορευτική για άτομα πάνω από 1.90 cm
• Domajor7 LTD (5/5): Bad experience - Location The owner wasn't flexible. We where disturb by construction noise during the weekend.the elevator was out of order ,so we climbed 3 floors with our luggage. The didn't care and didn't took any responsibility and was not kind.
• Dr. Hacer Özlem (10/5): - Merkezi konumu, sorularımıza hemen yanıt verilmesi, erken check in imkanı ile bence harika bir konaklamaydı. Özellikle konum mükemmel. Olanaklar da bizce gayet yeterliydi. Temiz, sıcak bir daireydi. Tekrar görüşmek üzere Sevmemek değil ama öneri olarak , tek kullanımlık terlik güzel bir ayrıntı olurdu.

• Isaac (9/5): It was good, but not the host - excellent location, apartment size, kitchen appliances, big TV We inform Syntagma that we will come to the apartment earlier. It was fine w them. Cleaning lady was their when we came, we left our suitcases and left the apartment. When we came back, we couldn't open the door, door code did not work. We called the host, and he explained that he did it for purpose. he was extremely rood; he told us that we should not leave our suitcases there. He made my husband to apologize otherwise he did not agree to give us door-code. How can you humiliate your clients and been so rude? We trusted them our belongings, not otherwise. It was an awful experience, I never expected anything like that.

• Anonimo fiorentino del secolo XXI (5/5): Passabile - La posizione, la pulizia e l'ampiezza dell'appartamento. Mobilio datato, nessuna luce naturale: pare di stare in un bunker circondati da cemento sporco. Porta di ingresso comune che non si chiudeva anche di notte o rimaneva spalancata tutto il giorno perché al piano terreno ci sono degli uffici turistici che pretendevano di tenerla sempre aperta. La porta dell'appartamento non ha possibilità di essere chiusa a chiave e pare molto poco sicura. Lo stabile vecchio, brutto e sporco. Il bagno manca di mensole per appoggiare le cose ed è vecchio. Il lavandino otturato. Ascensore fatiscente. Noi eravamo in tre con una bimba piccola e avevamo solo due cucchiai grandi e uno piccolo e tre soli cuscini. Anche gli asciugamani erano contati per 3 notti. Decisamente caro per quanto offre.

• Georgios (9/5): Super convenient - Location. Location. Location. Stayed there for few days for meetings I had in the area. Close to everything, including Metro. Second time I stayed there and there will definitely be a third one. A bit dark. No natural light coming in.

The renovation was basic (there were no tiles in the bathroom) and the furniture looked tired and not matching with each other. There was a constant machine noise from outside all day and night. Not very good value for money

Easy to access and good communication from host. Clean appt, sheets and towels provided. , comfortable bedroom and sofa bed to sleep extra person in lounge on sofa bed. No natural light or window so impossible to tell time of day

• Saphira (6/5): Pleasant - Location, spacious, air conditioning, late check-in, easy to find and access, all necessary utensils. No natural light, noisy due to air conditioning and other machines directly outside the room, towels missing, broken shower drain.

• Arneil (9/5): Highly recommended if you're going to Athens - Excellent Location. Centrally located and close to public transport being a stone throw away from Syntagma Square. I was a bit surprised that it was so quiet even though it was located in an area with many restaurants. Highly Recommended. The staff is very prompt to answer questions. 10/10

Very responsive team who were quick to respond to a request for towels, suggestions for locations to look for parking, and flexible relating to picking up luggage late on the day of departure. The extra bed was in a separate room that could be shut, leaving the entrance as an additional living space. Bathroom was large. The main bed was far too soft. So, whenever any of the two people on the bed would move the slightest bit, the whole bed would shake and wake the other person. The shower head was coming out of the wall and needs fixing.

• Kevin (9/5): Full size apartment, so plenty of space and in great location with plenty of restaurants and bars - Owner kindly let me check in 2 hours early as the room was ready which was great as i had luggage to leave in the room before i went out for the day. Hot water took a while to heat up.

• Atuhari (1/5): The elevator did not work for a whole day, and there was no hot water for two days. - The elevator did not work for a whole day, and there was no hot water for two days after first evening upon checkin. The host replied that elevator is not their problem and the water problem should have been reported to them earlier or their instructions weren't understood by guests. So basically "not our problem!".

• Jannette (9/5): Perfect location - quiet, clean & comfortable. - The location was perfect, close to Syntagma Sq & Ermou. Lots of restaurants, cafes, bars & supermarkets close by. The apartment was spacious & clean. Comfy bed & the aircon was blissful on a super hot summer stay in Athens. Maybe some place to hang towels after having a shower ..
• Szilvia (9/5): Superb - I spent 2 nights in the apartment, it was well-equipped and a lovely little place. It's perfect for a short stay, as everything is within walking distance from the apartment - metro station, and major tourist attractions. I particularly liked the small printed instructions in the apartment. They made me smile :). Also, as a solo traveler, I felt completely safe, as the location of the apartment was excellent. However, if you're looking to rent it for a longer period, for example, for remote work, it may not be suitable. The buildings are so close together that there is practically no natural light. That's perhaps the only negative thing I can mention. It was super clean and comfortable, communication went smoothly, the hosts were very kind, and as an extra note, they even allowed me to check in earlier. So, thank you! I had a great time and I highly recommend it to everyone. The only remark I have is the lack of natural light, which is beyond the owner's control.
• Stefan (7/5): Not great, not terrible. - the location was great. the apartment is spacious and has nice amenities. there is an ironing board, an iron, hairdryer. The towels were large and nice. the bed linen was clean. There was no natural light in the apartment. Literally none. the windows were looking at other building’s backs. When you open the bedroom door you can smell food from the restaurant below. There were also no mosquito nets and a lot of mosquitos There was no place to leave your things inside the shower area. No towel hangers in the bathroom as well. Wi-Fi wasn’t that good. The mattress was on the soft side and not that comfortable.

• Eva (9/5): Thank you! - The flat is super well located in a pleasant area and easy to reach from the port or the airport. The flat is in bohemian eclectic style and spacious and well equipped. The host was very friendly and available for us and has solved a request immediately and perfectly.
