• Patricia (9/5): Highly recommended accommodation - Excellent location, modern and spacious apartment. Large bathrooms with great shower. Easy access by lift and the terrace was large. Great communication from the owner. Would stay there again. Kettle needs replacing!

• Freek (7/5): Perfect for a friend's weekend - The location is close to the centre. The roof terrace is huge. It could use a little bit more love in the maintenance of the apartment. Also an outside terrace would be nice

• Sarah (7/5): Great stay , good location . - Great location , impeccably clean .Communication excellent and the apartment was great value . It was really nice having air conditioning. Bathrooms equipment great quality and beds super comfy . Like a lot of properties that we’ve stayed in Albania the general upkeep could have been better . Door handles not fixed , kettle with broken lid , only one hanger in the wardrobe .Its very cheap to eat out in Albania but even if we wanted to there was no sharp knives , only three wine glasses , four tea cups ( could have done with mugs) , no tea towel or dishwasher tablets ( so even having a drink was hard work )

Appartamento su due livelli, ampio e arredamento nuovo e molto bello… proprietario molto gentile L appartamento è molto stiloso ma se proprio devo trovare dei difetti, direi di rifinire alcune parti delle casa che sono stati un po trascurati e rendere quel bellissimo terrazzo piu vivibile e mettere le prese nellangolo cucina

• nathalie (10/5): Super rapport qualité/prix - L’hôte est très conciliant sur l’heure d’arrivée. L’appartement est situé au calme mais au centre-ville. Une station de taxi à côté sur la route principale fonctionne 24h/24. Il manquait 1 chaise pour pouvoir dîner à 6 autour de la table. Dommage que la magnifique terrasse ne soit pas exploitée.

• Heitor (5/5): Podia ser excelente mas está muito mal cuidado - Do tamanho do apartamento O apartamento precisa de vários arranjos: tem uma cómoda de um dos quartos praticamente a cair, puxadores das portas que nos ficam nas mãos quando fechamos a porta, reboco de certas zonas das paredes a cair, canos a verem-se, rodapés caídos. Éramos seis pessoas e não tínhamos toalhas de banho para todos, nem as coisas básicas de cozinha, como copos ou talheres, para todos. Havia vários cabelos no chão e dentro dos armários da os quartos. Poderia ser um excecional apartamento se estivesse bem preparado. Desta forma não aconselho.
• Dawid (5/5): Not quite well - A great place with potential. Plenty of space and a super-large outdoor terrace. The apartment is in the center of Tirana, close to everything. The staff is friendly and helpful. You check in and check out independently. Underground parking is available for guests. The apartment was poorly finished. Many items were unfinished. Very poorly equipped with basic necessities. There was no salt, pepper, coffee, tea, or sugar. There was also no knife! Preparing a meal was a challenge.

• Sara (9/5): Perfect stay for a night in Tirana - Very comfortable apartment for a larger group and close walk to the city center. Some minor parts of the apartment were unfinished, such as one side of the downstairs bathroom sink didn't drain, but these minor issues did not really affect our overall stay.

• Tea (10/5): A spacious, comfortable, and well-located apartment at a great price—perfect for families or groups! - The place was very spacious and located in a convenient area with markets and all necessary amenities nearby. The beds were comfortable, and it’s a great choice for a group or a big family. Plus, the price was very good, making it an excellent value for money.

• Denisa (8/5): Great stay - the accommodation was very nice, modernly furnished and clean. the location was great, close to grocery stores, bus stop, square and monuments. the owner was very pleasant and communicative, when there was a problem, he was willing to help. air conditioning in each room was a great advantage, the large terrace is an ideal place to hang out with friends, and the accommodation also had a nice view. overall, I rate this apartment as excellent and I recommend it. the kitchen equipment was a bit insufficient, but we managed in the end. some things could be improved in the accommodation, it happened to us more than once that the handle on the door came loose.

• Simon (9/5): Modern, comfy, clean and tidy apartment. Close to the city centre of Tirana. - Upon arrival at the property we met the owner to finalise the payment and pick up a set of keys which was easy as the host was very friendly. The property was decorated to a high standard and had modern facilities. I was pretty impressed with both of the bathrooms within the property which were also very modern and clean. The property also had clothes washing facilities as there was a washing machine. The bedrooms were comfy and the mattresses were of good quality and I had a comfy nights sleep. The terrace was an excellent addition to the property, which had an amazing view of the mountains in the distance. For whatever reason there were no sockets on the back wall of the kitchen, when coming to make a cup of coffee, we had to use the socket that was on the wall and have the kettle boiling on the floor. I was told by the owner that there was an iron within the property, but I couldn't find it so that could do with replacing.

We have to spend time finding an ATM, pay fee and had to withdrawl money from two persons, because of the price and the daily withdrawl amount. Found a used hairbrush in the bathroom and some other stuff.

• Cosmin (7/5): Good - Location is good. The beds and bedding are Very good. The apartment is very big and spatious. The host waited for us and took care of us. The parking is amazing - the car with top box was very high (2.2m high) and we entered without problems. The electrical outlets in the kitchen are poorly organized. Knives and other details from the kitchen are missing - for example, we didn't have anything to cut a watermelon or heat milk for the baby.

Some of the decorating wasn't quite finished. It could be an exceptional appartment with the attention to these finer details.

• Janka (6/5): Good Location and Communication, but Needs Improvement - The location and communication with the owner were fine. The apartment was big and new, which was a plus. However, overall, it didn't fully meet our expectations. However, it wasn't well cleaned; we found dust on the floor and the trash hadn't been emptied. Additionally, the apartment was poorly equipped. There were no tea cups, no hangers in the closet, and the kitchen was not suitable for cooking.
