El resto del edificio se encuentra en remodelación y sus espacios comunes no se encuentran a la altura de lo que es puertas adentro del alojamiento.

• NATHALIE (10/5): - L'appartement et la chambre sont très bien. Le lit est très confortable. L'emplacement permet d'aller facilement dans le centre de Vancouver avec les transports en commun.
• Dario (1/5): What a shame - Nothing The host should have warned in the announcement that the room is part of an apartment under renovation in a dilapidated, nearly inaccessible building. We spent 40 minutes trying to get in, with an underground parking lot as the only way in. It's impossible to breathe inside the room, as the entire building is completely covered in scaffolding. If Booking.com is defrauding its most loyal customers with these obviously unrealistic ratings, I can only regret it and will use another service from now on.
• carmel (4/5): - The room was clean and very well maintained. Wow where to begin. First and foremost the building is under construction and I was told NOTHING about it before arrival or while booking. The man who welcomed me claimed that there is no noise and I won't be bothered because they are almost done but that was far from true. Every day at 8 am there was drilling, banging and construction noise. I couldn't sleep past 8 and it was awful. You can see in the picture the construction right outside my window. I booked the place because of the parking and wasn't told before that because of the construction I had to park super far away. The halls leading to the apartment also were old and dirty as hell as you can see in the pictures and it was actually a horrible experience and I feel absolutely cheated.

• Annette (10/5): - This is a lovely unit in a good neighborhood. I stayed 5 days. Very comfortable. The big negative was the exterior common area. It is a construction site. Dirty with scaffolding everywhere. The exterior of the building is being redone. That said, once I was in the unit, everything was fine. Small bedroom with really no place to put luggage other than floor. I asked for a luggage rack, but it was not provided. A small cost. It should be! Shared bathroom was no problem. Given the comparable high cost of hotels in Vancouver, this was a very good choice and I would stay here again.

• Pamela (5/5): Disappointed - Private bathroom. The host was very responsive to our needs. The host came down to guide us to check in and use the door codes. There are quite a few. Unfortunately the building is under a big facade renovation. It’s very messy everywhere including the neighbourhood where construction materials are lying everywhere. Messy to park, inconvenient to get to the building lobby as there was a flight of stairs beforehand. Not good for travelers with suitcases. Noisy neighbour with loud music in the morning at 630am.

• Richard (9/5): All and all it was really nice. Once the construction is done it will be even better. - It was really beautiful on the inside. It was raining really hard and when I tried to enter. I wet my shoes and my pants there was a lot of water. This is probably do to the construction though.

• Roseann (8/5): Very good - The room was quiet, clean and no one bothered me. It was well equipped, the closest space was brilliant. Very comfortable. My biggest critique was with booking.com. They did not send me the info on how to get access to the room till 24 hours after I arrived. I phoned and talked to someone who tried to help and send it to my email but it still didn't work. When I phoned the place directly they were able to send instructions immediately. Not sure where the disconnect in the system is. The only issue with the place was that the handheld in the shower wasn't working for some reason.
