Der Gastgeber war freundlich, man konnte ihn jederzeit kontaktieren, wenn man Hilfe brauchte. Die Innenausstattung war super, alles sehr sauber, Tücher rochen sehr frisch, Wohnung war sauber. Wasser und Temperatur auch sehr gut. Die Garage für das Auto muss ich explizit erwähnen. Sehr gut und auch für SUVs geeignet. Da fühlt man sich auch sicher, wenn das Auto gut untergebracht ist. Alles war perfekt:)

• Radu (10/5): Book it! - Nice, spacious apartment on two floors, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Big windows and fully equipped with everything you need. Great location, well connected to the city center and main attractions by tram or bus. The two underground parking spots are perfect if you’re visiting by car or renting one. There are nice restaurants very close by, and a Carrefour Market just two minutes away. We would definitely book again. The only downside is the elevator: it can only be used by two people at a time and is activated with a key, which can be a bit inconvenient.

• Gerhard (6/5): Unnötige Probleme in einer tollen Wohnung! - Die Wohnung war sehr schön und großzügig. Angenehm war die Parkgarage. Wir haben die Wohnung kalt angetroffen. Die reguläre Heizung war nur 3 Stunden in Betrieb. Das Heizen mit AC war problematisch, weil durch erhöhten Stromverbrauch Stromausfälle die Folge waren. Statt drei gebuchter Badezimmer waren es nur zwei und nur in einem gab es heißes Wasser. Die Küche hatte kein Heißwasser. Wasserabflüsse in den Bädern waren teilweise verstopft. In der Küchenausstattung fehlte Wesentliches. Fünf Personen, mit unterschiedlichen Programmen, hatten nur einen Schlüssel für den Zutritt zum Haus, zum Lift und zur Wohnung. (Ständiges Absprechen war nötig!!!) Auf Nachfrage zu Wohnung, Heizung, Wasser wurde immer auf die Hausverwaltung verwiesen. Die Kontakte waren bis zuletzt anonym, wir fühlten uns nicht ernst genommen.

• DoMo (10/5): Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Rom – sehr empfehlenswert! - Wir haben uns von Anfang an unglaublich wohl gefühlt – fast wie zu Hause. Die Unterkunft ist großzügig geschnitten, auf zwei Etagen verteilt und mit rund 220 m² wirklich beeindruckend. Alles war sauber, gepflegt und bestens ausgestattet. Der Gastgeber war ausgesprochen aufmerksam, hat schnell reagiert und sich sogar aktiv erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist – das fanden wir sehr zuvorkommend und haben es wirklich geschätzt. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe verlief völlig unkompliziert dank der klaren Anweisungen. Der Selbst-Check-out war ebenso reibungslos. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der private Parkplatz direkt auf dem Grundstück – ein echter Pluspunkt, da das Auto so sicher untergebracht ist. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Zusätzlich zu den auf Booking.com ausgewiesenen Kosten fällt eine Endreinigungsgebühr an. Diese war zunächst nicht sofort ersichtlich, ist jedoch völlig nachvollziehbar, wenn man die Größe und den Aufwand für die Reinigung dieser großzügigen Unterkunft berücksichtigt.

• Alessandro (10/5): Comodità e servizi a portata di mano - Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 per 3 notti in questo bellissimo appartamento, dotato di ogni comfort e posizionato in una zona di tranquilla di Roma ma ben servita, zona comoda per il Foro Italico dalla quale con 5-6 fermate della linea 2 si arriva in piazza del Popolo. L'abitazione è a fianco alla sede del Coni. Ideale per 5-6 persone, l'appartamento è composto da 2 camere da letto (1 con televisore) ed una cameretta con divano letto matrimoniale. Bellissima vista dall'ottavo piano sulla parte nord di Roma. Parcheggio privato condominiale e coperto, ideale per chi arriva a Roma in auto. Supermercato a 200 metri aperto tutti i giorni. Il check-in viene effettuato on-line e le istruzioni su come raggiungere l'appartamento ed ottenere le chiavi vengono fornite tramite apposito link, prima volta che proviamo un'esperienza del genere e ci siamo trovati ottimamente, posso capire che chi non è pratico con la tecnologia possa avere delle difficoltà ma i gestori della struttura rispondono in tempi rapidi ai messaggi. Anche la custode del condominio si è dimostrata gentile e simpatica, ci ha fatto notare che la capacità dell'ascensore è di 2 persone. In sostanza ci è dispiaciuto dover lasciare Roma, saremmo rimasti ancora volentieri per qualche giorno. Nulla, quando siamo arrivati, nell'orario stabilito, la signora delle pulizie stava ultimando il suo lavoro per colpa dei precedenti inquilini che hanno effettuato il check-out oltre l'orario consentito... nessun problema, è stata gentilissima e ne abbiamo approfittato per chiedere a lei alcune informazioni (per esempio ci ha detto che al venerdì fanno il mercato sotto casa)
• Christoph (10/5): Ein Traum von einem Apartment - Ein Traum von einem Apartment. Stilvoll und mit sicherem Gespür für guten Geschmack eingerichtet. Alles sehr hochwertig. Jede Kleinigkeit stimmt. Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Makellos sauber. Ruhig gelegen und doch alles gut erreichbar. Die Tiefgarage im Sommer Gold wert. Wir waren vier Nächte dort und wären sehr gerne länger geblieben.

The cleaning fees (was hidden) should be included or clearly indicated on booking.com. The check-in could be better especially for those self-driving. The key with remote control (access to basement parking) was kept upstairs inside the unit. It was difficult for us to park outside by the road side and to get to the lock box while keeping a watch on the luggage and small children.

Dishonest on both the renter and Booking's side. Booking will permit this going forward, as per Customer Support.
• Alt (9/5): Great place for family - Great looking flat with complete facilities, very comfortable and convenient, not very close but not too far from the center of the action to walk to. Perfect for a family stay. A small thing: not sure why the common toilet just off the living room don't flush as well as the other bathrooms. Not a big inconvenience and maybe can be fixed.

The cooperation and support we got from the host via the Booking.com messaging app was exceptional. All in all a wonderful stay. The apartment is a bit further out from the historical or central part of Rome. That is not necessarily a problem as we easily used Taxis and also a really good tram connection from just in front of the apartment to downtown Rome.
