Susan (7/5): Good stay, responsive staff but needs attention to detail in some areas. - Location great. Lovely bedroom and pleasant decor. Local contact was accessible and helpful. Excellent WiFi. Good washer and dryer (we didn’t need it as only stayed one night) Main radiator in living area not working but as it was so cold, contacted the agent and it was quickly remedied by delivery of a heater and an apology. The kitchen was in need of a revamp- no worktop, poor sink, no instructions how to use appliances, no information guide to the property.
