Pésima atención y mantenimiento del apartamento, Ventanales que no cierran, taza del WC que no traga bien, cortinas en mal estado, ropa de cama y toallas sucias, en la habitación no hay aire acondicionado y te cueces de calor, no me dieron tarjeta para poder entrar y salir de las instalaciones y lo peor de todo es que aún comunicándoselo no me resolvieron el problema, les mandabas un mensaje y te contestaban al día siguiente porque por teléfono ni te atendían....he estado en Benalch beach en cuatro ocasiones pero con esta gente a la que alquilé el apartamento no vuelvo más, que le cambien el nombre porque de beatiful apartmants no tiene nada. Lo único bueno es el sitio y las piscinas, pero el apartamento en general es pésimo.
