• Khan (1/5): Avoid this place. I arrived at 4 pm but was not given a room number or entry code. The main entrance code did not work, - I had a very bad experience with this booking. I arrived at the property on 27 December around 4:00 pm, but I was never given a room number or room entry code. The only code I received was for the main entrance, and that code did not work at all. I was locked outside the building. I tried to contact the host many times between 4:00 pm and 10:00 pm, calling and sending messages, but there was no response. No one answered the phone or replied to my messages. Despite this, £81 was taken from me, and I did not receive any accommodation or help. I have already reported this issue to Booking.com. Based on my experience, this property appears unreliable and possibly fake. I do not recommend booking here.

• Cynthia (1/5): - Nothing. I didn't even get the accommodation I booked for in the first place. Please run away from this property. The Host is fraudulent. It is no longer about poor services with property, it is now dishonest and heartless practices. I booked and paid for this property 3 weeks before check-in date. I was shocked to see a message sent around 00:24 on the date that the property was no longer available and that I should cancel the booking. I saw this message at 9am when I was already my way from Manchester to London. I thought it was a joke. I got to the property, I was told there is no accommodation that the property is now a residential property. I was left outside with my Luggages in the cold and stranded. This is disorganised all my plans. I have to pay through my nose to get another. This experience turned my journey into a nightmare. I say again, please run away from this host and any other property connected to him.

• Trupti (9/5): - very clean bedroom, fresh bedding, clean towels, and comfirtable stay. someone was staying in the next to the room D is very laud and watching TV all night, going up and down until midnight. but i think that's nothing to do with property. i still enjoyed my stay at the property so i highly recommend for future stay.

Desde a falta de higiene aos fluídos corporais nos lençóis, ao balde do lixo com xixi, ao nojento cheiro a tabaco, foi tudo péssimo!!!! Foi tudo mal!

• Nóra (9/5): Perfect value for money - This accommodation is great value for money. You have all necessary facilities you need, it's clean and the staff is very friendly. It's also a good location, simple and fast to get to central London, close to Victoria park.

• Patrick (3/5): wie hier is geweest komt niet meer terug - locatie dicht bij metro enige pluspunt kamer was schoon en vriendelijke schoonmaker.. dunne en versleten matrassen keuken en apparatuur oud en slechtte staat keuken tap oud tapijt en trede van trap versleten glijd bijna naar beneden stopcontacten moet je eerst een bed verschuiven voor je erbij kan toilet altijd niet schoon urine erop etc.. douches heel klein en te hoge instap voor oudere mensen ook heb je geen tv wat wel in beschrijving staat geen brand/rookmelder op de slaapkamer kamer kon een verfje gebruiken bruine plek op plafond een ventilator werkte niet

• Nicole (1/5): Do not stay here. It is disgustingly dirty, and nothing like the AI edited photos. - The location was close to the tube. I would not recommend this accommodation. The photos on the booking.com website are very different from the actual condtion of the accommodation. The main concerns were: - Significantly worse condition than in photos on booking.com. Seriously fraudulently misrepresented, I think with AI edited photos. - The room had items from previous guest, eg deodorant, rubbish under bed etc - Dirt and grime on floors, walls and carpet - Disgusting state of the kitchen and bathrooms - Powerpoint not working in one of the bedrooms - Window not able to be opened, and was propped open with an empty water botte. - Rubbish and general uncleanliness of outdoor area Every single guest who arrived while we were staying there was equally as disgusted in this accommodation. We would have moved out straight away had it not been for our late arrival time at night time, and that most accommodation was booked out due to Billie Elish concert.

Me and my friends were in london for a concert so thankfully we only stayed there two nights. there was very little communication from the host. We had troubles opening the door one night and after a video call with the host someone from the inside (that clearly lives there) opened the door for us. The beds were super uncomfortable. The bathrooms were very dirty and one of the bathrooms didn't have any light. me and my friends tried to take a shower in the morning and there was no hot water. When we messaged the host about it he didn't answer. The room we booked said they had a hairdryer but there was nothing, we messaged the host about it and again no reply from him. One of the nights we came back from the concert one of the people that are living there were cooking something but it was completely burnt. the house was full of smoke and it smelled horrible thankfully the room didn't smell like smoke. the only good thing about this place is the location since it's very close to the underground. I don't recommend this at all.

• Sabrina (5/5): Passable - It was a quiet area and could have a good night sleep. It was close to public transport and just 5 minutes walk from excellent filming location. I could not lock the room from inside. Even though there was a code to enter the room, I wish I could've locked it from inside. The room was clean but the rest of the accommodation could use a bit of extra attention. I did not feel encouraged to use the shower.

The room was not listed with the crucial detail that the bathroom was shared. This was a shocking and unpleasant surprise upon check-in. We tried to make the best of the situation, but things worsened when a family of three, staying in a two-person room upstairs, monopolized both bathrooms for over an hour. We were also unable to flush toilet roll???????? DO NOT STAY HERE

• Vajda (2/5): a bit disappointed - The location was decent, we easily could move from one point to another. The behaviour of the hosts, firstly, I asked them if I could arrive earlier than the given time. They answered no, because they have to clean after the guests before us. It was alright, but when we arrived, a little girl, aged about 16-18, showed us our room, and before I could ask anything else she stormed out of the room, slamming the door behind her, not to mention our room wasn't clean, it had dust in it and on the table there was some kind of dirt. After that, I realised they live in this building, but it wasn't mentioned in the description of the room advertisement. They were noisy, after 11 pm. we still heard them talking loudly. They didn't ask whether we are comfortable with our room or not, nor if their behaviour is a bit too much for us. Overall, it doesn't worth your money, don't waste it here if you listen to me.

• Ana (1/5): Don’t go there! - It is close to a metro station Mile End. I know that for these money one could not expect much, but at least some basic hygiene could be nice. The room stinks of old and cigarettes, the bathroom is dirty and shower did not function properly. The kitchen was so disgusting I was scared to touch anything and expected to see cockroaches and mice (thank god I didn’t because that would have been the cherry of the cake)! Just make yourself a favor and book another place!!!

• Nasir (9/5): If you like to visit Mile End park and want somewhere local, this is great place to stay. - Great bed and very comfy. They have a great ambience when staying and al in all I’m a guy that goes for comfort and a relaxing stay over fancy buildings and room service. This is a way better stay that most places The TV could be a bit bigger but overall quite good for this sort of property

• Liam (8/5): Short and sweet stay for a great price in London - I liked the room, kitchen area whilst I didn’t use could be handy for some who want to cook meals, make drinks etc. location is great only 5-8 mins to the tube plus shops/takeout/pubs and restaurants all at your convenience. Could not find the bathroom on first instance as didn’t think it would be downstairs past the kitchen and only problem found was room was a little bit hot. But was fine nevertheless
