• Daniel (10/5): EXPERIENCIA MARAVILLOSA - Fue un autentico placer quedarme en este alojamiento. Tanto la habitacion como el aseo estaban super limpios, daba hasta apuro ducharse por no manchar. Sitio tranquilo, no se escuchaban ruidos y se podia descansar muy bien. Si viajes solo o en pareja, y simplemente quereis un sitio para dormir, este sitio es ideal porque la relacion calidad precio es muy buena. Incluso si eliges la opcion de aseo compartido, es una buena opcion porque solo lo compartes con otras dos habitaciones (por lo menos en mi caso), por tanto es raro que lo encuentres ocupado o sucio, se nota que lo mantienen limpio a diario y al final al solo estar para tres habitaciones, no se utiliza tanto y se ensucia menos. Recomendable 100%. La atencion del personal super cercana y amable. Yo tengo que venir a Malaga periodicamente por trabajo, y creo que va a ser mi sitio estrella. Muy agradecido. Nada. Sitio fantastico.

• RACHEL (6/5): Clean yet cold and sterile and lacking the warmth and cosiness of a bed and breakfast. - I liked that the property was clean, modernly decorated and smelt lovely and I really liked Bea who worked on reception. She was a lovely welcoming person and was really kind and considerate. I understand that there were other amenities in the property such as a gym and co working space but I neither were of interest to me as I was on holiday and staying for just one night. I felt really alone in the room in the shared flat. I understand that the rooms are for working professionals or longer-term stays, but the furnishings, although nice, felt very spartan, and I felt as if I was sleeping in an empty space, yet at the same time, I wondered who I was sharing a kitchen with, as I did not see them. This wasn't a nice feeling. and it made me feel a little uneasy. On the walkway outside my room there was also an automatic light which kept lighting up throughout the night and waking me up. I reported this the next day and was told that there was a blackout blind to use but I never saw it as the curtains were closed and there was no information about it, nor indeed any information about what was in the room. The only information I got was through a WhatsApp message, which did not mention these essentials. I wasn't keen on the fact that everything was wotsapped to me either. It seemed very hands-off and unwelcoming, and sometimes when you're travelling, you appreciate conversation and warmth. The fact that there was no sign outside, only door codes also made the whole experience unwelcoming, and I almost got back into my taxi to go elsewhere when not finding where the place was. Fortunately, for me Bea was still working and answered my telephone call. If she had not come to the door I might not have been able to access the property or been able to work out the door codes. To me, all these door codes, the emptiness of the room, which just contained the bare essentials but no soft furnishings or soul, sums this one up for me. Clean yet cold and sterile. Fit for purpose and for perhaps a long-term tenant to add their possessions to their rooms, but not ideal for a traveller wanting some comfort and cosy warmth. Finally, the property is too far away from the old town and in a slightly dodgy area. It took me ages to walk into town and ages to walk back at night. I wouldn't wish to stay there again for these reasons, sadly.

• Judit (6/5): Trato pésimo por parte de los trabajadores - La decoración era exactamente como se muestra, todo nuevo y decorado con gusto. Era una habitación en un apartamento de estudiantes por lo que había cocina en el caso de que fuese necesario. Al compartir apartamento, había mucho ruido en las zonas comunes. Las paredes son papel de fumar y se escuchaba todo. Para darle más inri, la limpiadora vino a las 9 de la mañana y empezó a limpiar de una forma muy ruidosa, dando golpes a las puertas con el cepillo y la bregona, dejando caer la tapa del vater, charlando con los apartamentos que salían a esa hora y hablando por teléfono a voces. Salimos para decirle que si por favor podía bajar la voz y su respuesta fue que eran las 9am, que ya era hora de levantarse y que no estaba haciendo ruido. Su respuesta nos pareció desconsiderada y maleducada ya que nosotros pagamos un servicio hasta las 11am así que no era nadie para decidir a qué hora teníamos que levantarnos. Le molestó que le avisáramos y comenzó a hacer más ruido aún. Sin duda no repetiría la experiencia, el precio muy inflado, el barrio no era el mejor y los trabajadores dejaron mucho que desear.

• Noemi (5/5): Non ci tornerei - Il punto forte della struttura è che é nuova Le pulizie del bagno non vengono fatte tutti i giorni. Nella cucina in comune non ci sono saponi per lavare le stoviglie, strofinacci e qualsiasi altro elemento base per sfruttare la cucina. Si presuppone che si debba conorare tutto anche se si resta per solo una notte. Nel bagno condiviso non c’è nessun appoggio e viene fornito un solo rotolo di cartaigenica.

Yo nunca antes había visto una cosa así, en un mismo apartamento hay varias habitaciones y ahí es donde duermes, compartes apartamento con otras personas que no conoces ni sabes , yo por suerte elegí con baño privado.. claro ahora lo entiendo, justo al lado d mi puerta había un baño común.. no se no doy crédito, yo pesaba q seria un pasillo como normalmente y cada uno su intimidad , no no para nada. Osea para entrar a mi habitación tuve que apretar unos tenis de la habitación de al lado, bueno y ya ni hablar del ruido, escuchas TODO, claro piensa q estas en el mismo apartamento. Solo puedo decir que llegamos sobre las 12 d la noche de ver procesiones todo el día y nos fuimos a la hora sin hacer uso de absolutamente nada porque dormir allí era una ansiedad y desde luego imposible por el ruido de las demás personas. Elegí hacer dos horas de coche a esas horas antes de quedarme allí, con eso os puedo decir too. Para el precio que fueron 136€ no me esperaba que tendría que dormir en un apartamento con personas desconocidas, que si lo sé y lo elijo , genial, pero claro eso en la descripción no te pone nada..

• Anna (10/5): - S pobytom v tomto hoteli sme boli spokojní. Napriek tomu, že sme sa v Málaga celkovo necítili úplne bezpečne, práve tento hotel v nás zanechal veľmi pozitívny dojem z hľadiska bezpečnosti. Izba aj samotné ubytovanie boli nadštandardne zabezpečené a mali sme pocit istoty počas celého pobytu. Oceňujeme najmä systém kódového zabezpečenia dverí, ktorý bol podľa nášho názoru spoľahlivý a praktický. Na rozdiel od niektorých negatívnych recenzií, ktoré tento systém kritizovali, ho hodnotíme veľmi pozitívne a považujeme ho za efektívne riešenie zvyšujúce bezpečnosť hostí. Celkovo hodnotíme pobyt ako príjemný, pričom práve dôraz na bezpečnostné opatrenia výrazne prispel k nášmu komfortu a spokojnosti.

There was no toilet paper in the bathroom and they’ve left one toilet paper roll which we had to keep in our room, but the place didn’t change or supply with new ones

• Martina (6/5): - Camere nuove e ben sistemate, come in foto. Abbastanza grandi e adatte a tutto. Asciugamani e saponi messi a disposizione sono stati molto utili. Si nota fin da subito che i servizi sono nuovi e ben finanziati. È posizionato molto in periferia, ma è possibile arrivare a Malaga centro grazie a Uber o Taxi in brevissimo tempo. Quando siamo arrivati il personale non era presente, anche se ci aveva disposto tutte le informazioni adeguate per il soggiorno via e-mail. Abbiamo avuto qualche problema con l’apertura di una stanza, dal momento in cui si era bloccata la pagina internet per l’apertura delle porte e il codice di accesso.

• Liubov (7/5): Can be only once - Very clean, the room has everything, wonderful friendly staff. Inside room is not stinky. It's very far from the center and the beach, the view around is not very nice, the location is very bad.
• Rachel (1/5): Poor poor service, no compensation or even an apology - The property was fine. I was locked out of the property at 2am and sent multiple messages and called the number for assistance about 20 times for support. There was no support and no one answered until 7am. I was lucky that the codes were repeated for each door cause I managed to screenshot one door code. I spent 30 mins at least outside unable to get in. I called so many times as the online system wasn’t working for me. this caused a huge amount of stress. The people eventually said I could reach out for some form of reimbursement. When I did they ignored my email and ignored it altogether. No support or service. I was extremely upset and was going to have to find another place to stay or wait until morning in the cold.

Kamer was top super netjes en de badkamer was gedeeld dus ik had me verwachtingen niet zo hoog maar het was super netjes en goed verzorgd. Eerst volgende keer kom ik gelijk terug naar malaga bij deze hotel.

Muchos lugares de tapeo y supermercados en los alrededores El único pero, a mejorar, la ducha. Sólo permitía una posición, por lo que te tienes que pegar a la pared para que te dé el agua de lleno. Además, la alcachofa tenía fugas.

Si deja algo en la nevera, después no se encuentra. Al utilizar el.baño compartido no hay lavamanos, ni ambientar.

Nasi współlokatorzy byli bardzo cisi oraz czyści dlatego nam taki układ nie przeszkadzał. Dostaliśmy kod który otwierał drzwi wejściowe, bramkę, łazienkę, nasz pokój ale również można było otwierać przyciskiem na stronie - fajna opcja.
