• Thanasis (10/5): A very clean and centrally located hotel. - The hotel is centrally located in the Şişli area, which is far superior to Taksim. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The bus stop to Taksim is only about 200 meters away, and the Şişli metro station is approximately a 5–10 minute walk (around 500–600 meters). The Cevahir shopping mall is also very close, which is a big plus.The staff at the reception as well as the cleaning lady were always very polite and helpful. I thank them for their excellent service. There were no hangers available for jackets, and the closet in the room was not very convenient. In addition, although I booked a deluxe room described as 40 sq.m., it felt smaller in reality. The bathroom was also quite small.

• Inga di Lauro (10/5): Great value for business trip - Very clean, quiet mini apartment with a comfortable bed. I did not use the kitchen, but there was a small kitchen available. On the first night, I had a small issue with my room; the staff immediately changed the room, and I was very happy with the second one. I stayed for three nights. The location was great for me because I was there for work and my conference was nearby. There was a busy shopping area close by, lots of restaurants, both simple and elegant. I enjoyed staying here.

• Tommaso (9/5): - Si tratta di un piccolo condominio ristrutturato che affitta appartamenti di varia metratura, tutti estremamente puliti, perfetti per visitare in autonomia Istanbul. Presenza di un comodo ascensore. Per avere il cambio di asciugamani e il riassetto dell'appartamento occorre lasciare fuori dalla porta l'apposito cartoncino, altrimenti non entrerà nessuno. Disponibili pentole, piatti, bollitore, teiera, caffettiera (turca) bicchieri, postate. Attenzione: non vengono forniti accessori quali spugne, detersivi per piatti, tovaglioli, olio, sale, tè o caffè, occorre pertanto recarsi al vicino supermercato, potete comunque chiedere informazioni alla reception. Zona con ampia presenza di negozi di tutti i tipi: a 600 metri si trovano le fermate della metro M2 Sisli e di diverse linee di autobus. comodi per poter esplorare anche angoli di Istanbul non serviti dalla metro. Non tutti i membri dello staff parlano inglese e questo è l'unico problema riscontrato durante il mio soggiorno, facilmente superabile grazie alla presenza del wifi e google translate. Le finestre non riescono a isolare del tutto l'appartamento dai forti rumori provenienti dalla strada, fortunatamente di notte non è molto trafficata (clacson, persone che urlano, camion in retromarcia).

Helpful friendly staff and great value for money. - - Very friendly and helpful staff, thank you again for hosting me! - Amazing value for the money - Good location - Very clean apartment - High speed internet (I mean around 100 MBit/s, which is high considering infra of city) - Great amenities in the room, like a TV, stove top, fridge, washing machine (and drying rack), kettle and utensils. - Nearby drivers don't hesitate to use their car's honk towards the end of work hours (5 pm to 7 pm) - The apartment had small imperfections like wooden doors were getting separated from the wall - There was a power socket right behind the water tap in kitchen, I would move that socket to another location if I can, or add a protective cover to prevent electrical injuries, just in case. - There were no coat hanger in the entrance of the apartment. The cabinet in the bedroom was not so big. So I had to fold my coat and place it in the cabinet, or just place it on top of my luggage. - Room had kitchen utensils but were missing a few things like cutting board and mugs (for hot drinks). For me utensils were more than enough though, I didn't use many of them.

• Göker (9/5): - The location of Sisli House was quite convenient with a metro station 600 m away. The room was spacious, properly furnished (even with a washing machine) and was cleaned thoroughly before I checked in. I would recommend asking beforehand if the room is a non-smoking room if you do not smoke. The bathroom could be a little bigger and a full body mirror could be places in the room as well. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I really appreciate their hospitable behavior. I’d stay here again next time.

• Abdala (7/5): Good - The location is nice .. quit clean place .. The girl at reception has the worest attitude i ever seen. I would give 10/10 but she dropped 3 point cuz of her attitude.. however the two other guys are nice and respectful. The other thing in the booking it says 1 doubl bed ,one single bed and sofa bed .. well actually there is no single bed at all

• Boštjan (3/5): Poor - There were so many things wrong with this place... Arrived by a car only to realize there was no actual parking reservation done by the property (they confirmed the reservation through messaging); found parking nearby by ourselves for triple the price as informed by the property. The beds were missing blankets, only bed covers were there. The receptionist told us to turn up the heating so we could sleep without blankets. This has never happend before, ever! We took the whole apartment for 5 people, but it was prepared for 4 persons only: missing towels/linens/toiletries for the 5th person. Whenever the apartment was cleaned, we had to ask for missing items again. Practically no english was spoken by the receptionist (one guy), was not helpful, every request (and they were many!) was answered by "one minute", no appologies. The receptionst lady on the other hand was fluent in English and very helpful!
• Islam (7/5): Overall, the friendly staff and good location were the highlights, but there is definitely room for improvement in the a - We recently stayed here with my family and my friend’s family. While the staff was exceptional and always helpful, the overall experience had its ups and downs. The location is good, making it convenient for getting around. However, the rooms are very basic, and one of the apartments had a terrible smell throughout our stay, which was quite unpleasant. Additionally, there are no facilities available, which was disappointing.
