Guest Reviews
- DAVID (9/5): Recommend to any who go to Echoe Point —- make sure you grab a room in this great hotel. - Very traditional setting and lovely building. Fabulous views from bedroom as well as from restaurant. Very near to Three Sisters venue so all great It’s charm and feel
- fatima (6/5): - Location I could hear everything happening outside my room.
And there was a constant annoying sound like buzzing sound all day and all night.

- MING (10/5): - outlook of the hotel looks beautiful, wonderful breakfast and front desk is very helpful to assist us to get taxi
- Jane (9/5): We love visiting the Blue Mts, this is a beautiful place to explore from with wonderful food. - Beautiful spot in blue mountains, peaceful, stunning outlook towards escarpment. Clean, fabulous dining always a highlight. Food & service in Echoes restaurant top notch, difficult to beat plus a view. Need new pillows they were ordinary. Rooms are on smaller side for the price.
- Stefan (10/5): - Einmaliger Blick auf die Blue Mountains! Gutes Essen und Service. Freundlicher Staff. Hilfsbereit bei Extrawünschen wie Wolldecke.
- Eamonn (8/5): Meh - Clean rooms with a fab view from the balcony. The public areas and the rooms could do with a bit of refreshing - it’s all bit tired. Food at dinner was a case of trying a little too hard, with lots of ingredients but little polish. Breakfast though was excellent.
- Janet (9/5): Incredible location and the breakfast and meal in the restaurant were exceptionally good quality. - Stunning views, relaxed cosy feel. Bedroom was very clean but there Some dirty spots on service area doors outside our room. Drawers inside the wardrobe were becoming poorly maintained - room 609.
- Evo_Belle (10/5): 10/10 absolute gem - Absolutely loved the service, the staff allowed to check in a little early. The views were to die for, absolutely picturesque. The food was amazing as well as the breakfast. 10/10 best place i have stayed.

- Hungchi (10/5): It is the best hotel on this trip. - The breakfast in the restaurant is delicious. Close to the echo point and the landscape world, the service staff and the atmosphere of the restaurant are great! I like everything very much.
- Tanya (10/5): This stay was incredible, the perfect location to relax and unplug. The amenities, the food, staff, view - everything wa - Honestly one of my favourite stays in NSW, everything was incredible and I couldn’t fault anything. The view was actually my favourite The pool and sauna facilities were across the road but it wasn’t anything major
- CHU (7/5): -
- catherine (9/5): A room with a view ! - Beautiful house at the edge of Echo point .
Stunning view on the canyon
Very friendly staff Only stairs to go to our room. Not convenient with heavy luggage ( fortunately staff helped us)
Reception closed early . Weird in such an hotel.
At such a price we should have better amenities
- David (8/5): - Food in dining room Left a message by phone several days bebefore arrival to request window table for birthday dinner. No return call. Requested again verbally with desk staff in check in. No result for request
- Thomas (7/5): -
- Chris (9/5): A perfect place to stay in the Blue Mountains - Brilliant location with uninterrupted views of the Blue Mountains. Excellent staff who were a credit to the hotel. Breakfast and evening meal superb Air conditioning struggles to cool the room.
- Bob (10/5): A must to visit again. - Proximity to major attractions and hiking in Katoomba and surrounding towns- Mt Victoria, Blackheath, Leura, Wentworth. Lots to do for our three days. Restaurants were outstanding Nothing
Ontbijt staff superlief
- DIANE (10/5): Chilled and relaxed - Fantastic views lovely room Nothing
- brett (9/5): -
- Elisa (10/5): - The views are stunning and the breakfast was amazing The spa is nothing special, the sauna is not strong and it’s men’s and women’s separate rooms that can’t allowed you to relax together with your partner
- Bronwyn A (5/5): For price I paid, I expected better service, food and bedding. - Room was simple and nice overlooking garden. Liked having access to garden with door. Dinner / breakfast very average for price$$. Bed very old, needs upgrading. Pillows terrible no support. Would preferred to check in at actual hotel not next door Lilianfels. Staff very unhelpful at boutique hotel.

- Joanna (9/5): Lovely night in the beautiful Blue Mountains. - Beautiful location, staff very friendly, food delicious. Nothing.

- Jasper (10/5): good - The service was great, food was amazing, I loved dinner and my girlfriend loved breakfast. The view from our room and the restaurant was amazing and it was conveniently located near Scenic World. It was amazing, honestly. Not much we'd want changed.
- CARLUCCI (9/5): I would come back - The view was amazing The pillows were too tall
- Elaine (9/5): - Great location and views.
- Stuart (9/5): Excellent location and worth the price. - Excellent room, views and location. Due to the hotel/front desk not having staff based overnight inhouse, if unlucky you may have noisy neighbours in one of the other rooms if they have had a few drinks in the restaurant earlier for a function/gathering. Sure, if it gets real bad noise wise there would be an 24/7 phone number to call the sister hotel across the road, but having no staff overnight at Echo Point Boutique Hotel means that some guests may be a bit rowdier than normal as there is no physical deterrent of a staff member within hearing distance. This would be more of an issue for senior citizens or Karen's.

- lindsay (9/5): We had a very comfortable stay - The Resturant The pillows
- Marc (9/5): -
- jerzy (9/5): Dobra baza wypadowa do wycieczek po Blue Mountain, świetna atmosfera i widoki. - świetna lokalizacja i widoki z pokoju na góry, dobra restauracja i robiąca świetny klimat muzyka na żywo grana na fortepianie. śniadanie przeciętne i w innym obiekcie
- Alma (9/5): - Breakfast was amazing and view is breathtaking!!! What a location!
- David (10/5): A perfect stay in a perfect location, not cheap but with the expense. - Perfect location, and views to die for. The restaurant was also amazing.

- Sean (8/5): Will do it again. - Loccation The quality of restaurant staff was mixed. Mushrooms on toast for breakfast was very disappointing.
- odelia (8/5): - A beatifull hotel with great view Nothing
- Fiona (9/5): - View from our bedroom window was wonderful Nothing to dislike
- Michael (10/5): -
- Andrew (10/5): Get a room with a view - Pay extra book a room with a view it is well worth it!! Staff were great, food was excellent Nothing
- Victoria (10/5): - Amazing location with fabulous views and great staff and service.
- Chantal (10/5): Amazing! - It was one of the loveliest rooms I've ever stayed in!
- Jeffrey (8/5): Very nice hotel with a fantastic location. - Fantastic location (within a 5-minute walk from the Echo Point lookout), great facilities (outdoor pool, indoor pool, multiple restaurants, spa, sauna, game room), good food (including a wonderful free breakfast), and friendly staff. The room and furnishings are dated and need refurbishing.
- Armina (9/5): -
- Werner Raeber (9/5): - Super Hotel mit aussergewöhnlicher Lage. Der Preis liegt allerdings an der obersten Grenze.
- John (9/5): -
- Ellen (5/5): Amazing view and friendly staff. Very clean! - The location The property needs renovation
It’s too heritage ………The most uncomfortable 2 nights we’ve ever had
The breakfast is terrible.
- johns (7/5): Disappointed - Views and staff Seated too close to other patrons in the restaurant when there was plenty of free tables. We couldn’t talk without everyone seated within arms length hearing us We could hear them crunching on their bread. Should have been offered other seating. Entree was average not as good as the food we had 12 months ago
- Daniel (8/5): Id stay there again. - Liked the view, responsiveness and friendliness of the staff There wasnt always someone attending the front desk.
- Hilary (8/5): Super comfy - V comfortable Cold poached eggs at breakfast
- Katie (9/5): The views, location and food were a standout. - The view from our room was stunning and the food at the restaurant was an experience not to be missed. The chef is particularly talented, and all the staff were lovely. There were some maintenance issues with our room. The aircon was faulty and although staff were quick to try to resolve the issue, is still didn't work properly. Sound proofing could be better too. Noise from guests in reception and the room next to us was quite loud.
- Moore (8/5): Not worth the price - Nice views Was disappointed with the price because it wasn't worth what was charged.
The beds are hard, the robes were scratchy and old, nothing was five stars
- rensude (6/5): -
- Jenn (9/5): Amazing! - Breakfast was amazing and included with the room. Views and location you could not ask for better. Secluded, private, and quiet. Amenities were excellent. Very relaxing stay loved the loung and the friendly staff. Did not enjoy being approached during a quiet breakfast by the Spa lady giving us updates on appointment availability for the day. Also, went to have a sauna but was told it was closed due to maintenance issues and was notified when it was free, with only 30 minutes left until it closed.
- lynette breedt (10/5): Above expectations - Breackfast was awesome. Place was clean and very comfortable. Views was amazing Liked everything
- Gina (9/5): -
- Neil (10/5): -
- Radika (9/5): -
- Gerald (10/5): -
- Matt (8/5): Somewhere you don’t forget - The location is exceptionally spectacular!
- Alan (10/5): Wonderful place to chill out - Views to die for from bedroom to dining area. Wonderful location overlooking the mountains. The checkout experience could have been better.
- Sally (10/5): We had a lovely two night stay in this old style hotel. - We loved the location, comfort of the room and the view was amazing from our room.
- gao (7/5): - I really like the restaurant upstairs。The food is delicious and service is great。
- Daniel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tricia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Elnaz (7/5): Good -
- Brad (7/5): Good - Amazing views of the mountains from our room! Fantastic location and accessibility to cliff walks, Scenic World and buses. It was quite windy for the duration of our stay and something on the roof was banging all night with the wind. When we spoke to the manager about it, they were aware of a loose panel and brushed it off.....unfortunately for us, it kept us up ALL night. :(
- Michael (10/5): Wonderful getaway stay for special occasions! - Friendly and helpful staff, amazing location and views -
- Brad (10/5): Extremely pleased with the location, so much so that we have booked again - Fantastic location and view. Staff were very helpful Smart TVs are pretty standard these days, would have made evenings better.
No muesli for two days was strange at breakfast
- Ruben (10/5): Great experience staying there we loved every minute great views great food and great staff members. 10 out of 10. - Definitely enjoyed the view. It was breathtaking. Staff was great and helpful. Great views and food

- Tim (7/5): Superb location and staff but food and amenities were at - Excellent location
Superb view
Staff were helpful and friendly Quality of food was average at best for the price paid
Poor heating
Poor pillow
Lack of quality blankets
- Camille (10/5): Amazing bit of luxury in the blue mountains. Nice breakfast and access to spa facilities - It really has a boutique feel. 10/10 views over the Bluey’s. Restaurant view is also amazing. Staff are super friendly. Nothing
- Shavoune (5/5): Great location but poor hotel room and food. Excellent view - Close to everything and great views Facilities were old, room was tatty with stained carpets and no decent hotel items like USB ports or any kind of sound proofing. It’s like staying at a room in someone’s house. The food was awful and worse for the unreasonable price
