• Jan (5/5): Plads til forbedringer og måske en hensynssnak med naborestauranten - Der var hvad vi skulle bruge i lejligheden og beliggenheden er god. Værten er meget sød og svarer super hurtigt Lejligheden er meget mørk. Kloakken lugter i brusekabinen så meget at jeg måtte dække den af når vi ikke var i bad, toiletbrættet er løst, der var koldt om aftenen og man kunne ikke tænde for varmen. Stikket til klimaanlægget passer ikke i stikkontakten og radiatorerne kunne ikke tændes. Der var ikke toiletpapir da vi ankom. Der var mega meget larm uden for vinduerne da der er en bagdør til en restaurant lige udenfor, som skulle ud med skrald og flasker der blev kørt i plastskraldespande på brosten samtidig med et leben af råben fra renovationsmedarbejderne frem til kl. 01.00-02.00 om natten. Meget svært at falde i søvn

• Frederic (7/5): Nice location, convenient access, moderate price but some drawbacks. - Central location, ease of access, flat had everything needed and was clean. Power shower was good. Garbage disposal outside of window, very loud at night both outside and upstairs. Pretty poor mattress/bed for >1.8m people. Just destroyed mattress.
• ΧΡΙΣΤΙΝΑ ΤΡΙΑΝΤΑΛΗ (5/5): - The location was convenient There was a problem with the heating system causing lack of hot water and a lot of humidity in the apartment. Also the apartment was not soundproofed causing a lot of noise from the street.
• Agnieszka (5/5): - Super lokalizacja. Blisko do najważniejszych punktów turystycznych. Ale dość głośna, z uwagi na pobliskie bary i restauracje. Mieszkanie przestronne i czyste. W pokoju bylo bardzo zimno, a kaloryfer dzialal tylko w łazience. W nocy musialam spać W swetrze i skarpetkach, bo bylo tak zimno. W pomieszczeniu unosił się specyficzny brzydki zapach stęchlizny, przez co nawet ubrania pachanialy inaczej. Centralnie pod okniem postawiono wielki kosz na śmieci co zniechęcało do otwierania okna.
• Paula (10/5): Para repetir! - Nos encantó todo, la ubicación, lo cómodo que es y lo fácil que lo puso todo la anfitriona. Repetiremos 100%! Al ser un bajo se escuchaba un poco de ruido, pero nada importante
• Tobias (7/5): Godt - god beliggenhed og god vært, men med lidt trælse ting som ikke gør det helt pengene værd - God og sød vært, som svarede hurtigt og virkelig god beliggenhed Der var renoveringsarbejde og vejarbejde lige ude foran lejligheden, som larmede tidlig morgen, hvilket kunne være rart at være blevet informeret om. Desuden var der en konstant lugt af kloak i lejligheden.. Ikke helt pengene værd

• Jenny (10/5): Génial - Le logement était parfaitement équipé ( clim, frigo et réfrigérateur, lave vaisselle, wifi, fer à repasser, serviettes, shampooing et gel douche etc…). L’emplacement était super à Trastevere juste derrière un restaurant très mignon, les rues sont très jolies et charmantes. De plus, en soirée, le quartier devient très animée dans une ambiance familiale et chaleureuse. Vous pourrez y trouver plein de restaurants et une place à 5 minutes très animée avec, souvent, un musicien qui joue de la musique et tous les passants s’arrêtent pour danser. Le logement se trouve à environ une trentaines de minutes à pieds des lieux touristiques et des lignes de bus sont présentes pour rejoindre directement la gare de Termini. Enfin, les responsables du logement et notamment Rosa sont très disponibles. Rosa répond très rapidement via Whatsapp de 6h environ à 23h, c’est une personne très gentille qui répond à toutes vos questions de manière bienveillante.
• Débora (9/5): Tive a oportunidade de viver no coração de Roma: em sentido geográfico literal, mas sobretudo cultur - O alojamento era igual à descrição, nada de surpresas de última hora! O mais impressionante foi o cuidado que o staff teve na preparação da minha viagem; recordando-me dos deadlines para submissão da informação necessária ao check-in e confirmando os horários e informações que me eram necessária. Responderam a todas as minhas dúvidas/questões num curto espaço de tempo e enviaram instruções detalhadas sobre os passos a seguir para encontrar a casa e as chaves. Oferecem vários códigos de desconto para atracções e serviços em Roma, mas não cheguei a utilizar nenhum. A casa tem tudo o que é preciso, mas pode ser útil ter uma tripla, ou adaptador para fichas mais largas (as tomadas italianas são muito finas - o meu secador não entrava; não foi um problema porque a casa tinha secador). Dentro de casa havia pouca rede móvel, pelo que ficávamos dependentes do Wi-Fi. Não chega a ser um ponto negativo porque o Wi-Fi era óptimo. Tinha lido algumas críticas sobre o barulho... Sim, ouve-se quando grupos passam ao lado da janela; mas foi raro e nada que impedisse de dormir. A zona em si é movimentada, mas a casa dá para as traseiras dos restaurantes, pelo que salvo momentos de excepção, não se ouve nada dentro de casa. Para a minha mãe, que não conhecia Roma, a entrada um pouco grafitada e mais de esquina num beco, deixou-a inicialmente receosa. Entrei e saí sozinha várias vezes de noite, sem nunca ter problemas. Pelo fim da estadia, também ela já estava mais sossegada. Não tinha visto fotos, nem lido críticas sobre isso - creio que o que avalio negativamente é o elemento surpresa, porque não houve qualquer tipo de sensação real de insegurança.

• ismael (10/5): Muy acogedor, como en casa! - Una ubicación perfecta, y en el mejor barrio de la ciudad. Muy céntrico, muy buen ambiente, tranquilo y seguro pasear por sus calles, un apartamento muy acogedor, con todos los servicios, la anfitriona estuvo pendiente y fue muy agradable tratar con ella. VOLVERÍA A REPETIR SIN NINGUNA DUDA!

• TANIA MARA (9/5): - Quando chegamos fiquei um pouco assustada, porque pensei que o local não era seguro. Depois que fui compreender onde estava e a maravilha que era aquele lugar. No coração de Trastevere, um flat super grande, confortável... Banheiro espaçoso.... Amamos muito! Sem registro.

Very close to the lovely restaurants, in fact the waiter from.one actually showed us to the property as we had missed it! I got very sick and unfortunately missed 2 days of our stay so was disappointing as we loved this bnb and will be back :) owner communication was great too !

• Mostert (8/5): - A comfortable flat in a very good location, close to lots of restaurants and to do sightseeing. The host was very accomodating with checking-in early. It was very noisy at night.
• dayse (1/5): Um absurdo alugar um local como esse. - Localização , do banho Porta de entrada sem identificação, porta de acesso ao apartamento só abre até a metade ( fica agarrada no piso ) , cheiro de mofo ,os entregadores de moto ficam debaixo da janela o tempo todo, funcionários do restaurante jogam garrafas na lixeira debaixo da janela até as 3 horas da manhã, as malas tinham que ficar abertas no chão sem lugar para deixá-las .

• Emily (8/5): Great, clean base for exploring Rome - The location of this place is great! Perfect base for exploring Rome. It was clean, bed comfortable. Really pleasantly surprised and grateful when they let us leave luggage there and quickly use the bathroom before checking in properly. Well priced for the area, good value. Had asked in advance to leave luggage before checking in which was accepted, it was a little bit slow communication while waiting at the accommodation to hear details about how to get in/leave the luggage there. Overall though would stay here again.

• Bella (9/5): Superb - We loved the property! Great location, had everything you need, lovely bathroom. We loved we could so easily pop out for lunch, coffee, gelato and dinner. Also, Ancient Rome was only a 35 minute walk so it was very convenient whilst also offering a retreat from the busy city centre. The only drawback was there was some street noise and the local basilica bells went off during the night, however, I recognise this is not something that can be helped and Rome is generally noisy in any location.
• Macnichols (10/5): Exceptional - Loved the location and the city. Very comfortable and feels like a home. The bathroom was great and I liked the shower, but watch your head if you're 6'6+. Not a huge fan of being on the ground floor but you honestly barely notice it and it didn't affect my trip in any negative way.

• Pierrick (7/5): Good - The place is located in a very animated areea, full of restaurants and bars. Aditionally you have all the touristic places in Rome at 30 min walking distance which is very convinient. Tram station is very closed like 10 min walking. The studio is confortable and has all the utilities for a good stay. As it is in the ground floor, it's extremely noisy. You need to keep all the windows and curtains closed all the time. During the night the restaurants put the trash and glasses just closed by which can be really annoying. Easy check-in, but we had to remain the host to send us the code, luckily we got wifi to text her.

• Ditte (10/5): Perfect flat in Rome ❤️🇮🇹 - Perfect location and flat for a long weekend in rome 😍 very clean and comfortable apartment with a big bathroom and nice well equiped kitchen - everything we needed for a stay in Rome 🤩 location in the Middle of Trastevere with very nice restaurants and cozy bars around - walking distance to everything. Would absolutely stay here again and recommand to others. Host is very helpfull and welcoming ❤️🇮🇹

I woke up the person, Rosa, who basically hung up on me, but did send the correct code and p - Good location A bit noisy in the late hours, but not a real bother. Check in at the night with the wrong code was a nightmare. Had my phone not been activated, I would have spent the night on the street. Rosa at midnight hung up on me but did send the correct code.

• Edmund (10/5): Exceptional - Comfortable, well-equipped flat in a very central part of Trastevere. The room is on the ground floor but very well sound proofed. Host was very responsive.
• Alexei (8/5): Great location - The location in Trastevere was perfect. The apartment has a nice kitchen and bathroom with shampoo and soap bottles. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner had issues. First, the filter was filthy and the remote to turn it on wasn't working. The owner came by and cleaned it and had with new batteries and it worked for an hour. We bought new batteries and the AC could be adjusted. It was also very loud. Windows has to be kept shut because of the urine smell in the alley. When restaurants closed at 1AM, there was a lot of noise of trash and bottles being thrown out. We were only given one set of towels for 5 days. With 95 degree temps in Rome, there were a lot of showers. When we asked for more towels and fresh sheets, we were told it was an apartment, not a hotel, and we would be charged more to get towels and sheets.

• Felicia (9/5): Superb - Central in tratesvere. It has all you need. We stayed there on week days and it was quite, didnt hear anything from the streets like most reviews. The flush in the Toilette is always runing, but of you close the lid and the Toilette door actually not that bad.

• Jghatter (9/5): Great stay in Trastevere, lively location. - Situated in a very lively neighbourhood, with plenty of restaurant and bars around. Clean and spacious flat. Accessing the flat was very easy with keys left outside. The flush in the toilet needs attention as water kept running.
• Jane (10/5): Exceptional - Very central location. Close to bars and restaurants, and easy to get to everything else in Rome. It had everything we needed. Black out curtains when just arriving was perfect for jet lag!
• Stine (8/5): A very cosy flat, in a very good location. - We were a little confuset when trying to collect the keys, but our host was very quick and helpful when we reached out. This was also the case all through our stay - they always responded promptly with patience. The flat was in deed very cosy, and perfect for two. We were prepared that it might be a little noisy at night, taking into account how central the location was, but it was even a bit more noise than we expected as it was the weekend. BUT we probably would not have noticed as much if we were out at night ourselves.

The area is among the coolest, most vibrant neighbourhoods we've ever stayed in. History, architecture, people, cobblestone. Food options every 20 feet. The apartment was sooo convenient to everything, and it was well appointed, clean, spacious. We will absolutely be back. Alessio and Luca were always helpful, available and communicative. Nothing. Everything was perfection.

• Iva (5/5): Great location, overall clean place but the studio being on the ground floor was a problem - The location of the property in terms of vicinity of all main Rome’s attractions such as Vatican, Pantheon, Monument to Victor Emmanuel II…etc. was really great(all max 30 mins away on foot). The information that the studio is on the ground floor has not been made available prior to booking it which is pretty important fact considering how busy the Trastevere neighbourhood is. Often we could not sleep at all because restaurant workers would start cleaning up and throwing trash away to the trash bins 5m from our window, mainly around 1am (because that is when they are closing for the day)or groups of tipsy people would be gathering on the street and talk in the middle of the night next to our window when they are coming back home after a night out (these are all very narrow small streets with old buildings with no spind proof windows).Noise from the above apartment was also very often waking us up…etc.

Alessio (the host) was so kind and gave us a lot of information. And very easy check-in. It can be a little bit loud at night as it's a very strong bar area.
• Andrea (9/5): Great location - Location, location, location. The area is fabulous and really the only place to stay in Rome. Very cool area. When we first arrived we were a little put off of all the graffiti but came to realize we could not have picked a better area. We were having problems with the AC and I texted the manager and they arrived 5 minutes later and fixed the problem. So many great restaurants right around the corner.

However, we had issues with the air conditioner, the hair dryer/adapter and our power adapters in general. (Power adapters that charge multiple things at all the other places we stayed, would charge one thing at most here) I think the building must have a power issue. The room it's self was good, the fridge and kitchen area no problem, the shower was great. I thought the bed was fine, but my wife did not like it and had trouble sleeping. It's a foam mattress, so it would have been nice for it to be higher off the ground with a stable base. There was 1 towel for each of us for the entire stay. The bed had 2 pillows but we both like 2 pillows each. We did find 2 extra pillow but only one extra pillow case. You get the sense that the owners are doing the bare minimum, so if you're ok with that.. go for it. We spent too much of our vacation time worry about things we shouldn't have and slept hot the last night because the air stopped working. The location was good, and the room was almost great. • Larspalbol (9/5): Superb - The location is second to none. But - as stated by others - quite noisy. This is a small price to pay because of the location. The bathroom was pretty cool although the toilt seat was a bit "wobbly".

• Holger (9/5): A super flat in between the dynamic touristic area in trastevere! - Perfect and easy check-in! Very clean and supernice flat directly in the center of the touristic area of trastevere. Many Restaurants nearby. The whole city can be explored by feet. A manual for the air-conditioning would be helpful for the guests. Thats all.

All you need! - This is a great apartment in the vibrant area of Trastevere – plenty of cafes and restaurants right on your doorstep, so a great location to start or end a day of sightseeing as it's so easy to grab an espresso or quick bite to eat nearby. It's convenient for holiday-makers without feeling too heavily touristic... The apartment was very clean with a good quality kitchenette and bathroom, and communication with our host was cheerful and straightforward. Highly recommend! Hearing restaurants putting out bottle bins late at night comes with the territory of being so in the middle of the action! Worth noting if you're noise sensitive but wasn't so bad to be a problem for us. It's located on a quiet backstreet otherwise.
