• Andy (8/5): It was very good. - The location was very good. The room have a kitchen and a small fridge it was very good. Sometimes there is no hot water to shower. They have to put a better system so you have hot water all the times.

• PAOLA (4/5): - The cleaning is horrible, they use the same towel to clean everything and everything smells horrible. Also, they clean the bathroom in seconds, wiping away the dirty towels that are left to be changed. The bathroom is dirty and the shower doesn't clean at all. This hotel has a kitchen but the cleaning is so horrible that I wouldn't dare cook anything!!

• Nelly (10/5): I enjoyed my stay and will stay again. - comfortable, clean and security in the room. thank he location might not be the best because it’s surrounded by abandon buildings a lot of homeless. during the day it’s okay but at night I would be careful.

• Diana (2/5): - First day they put me in a room next to a garage, dark and with no windows to outside. At night I could hear the garage door opening, awful noise! Next morning I asked to be moved to another room. It didn't happen until two days later. I was sent to 501 room, which was well illuminated and had a good view to the hills, however the toilet was broken. I reported the problem and asked to be moved, but they refused. The damage continued and the manager blamed me for throwing toilet paper into the bowl (and where else should I throw the paper?) then they called the plumber, who said "found" a shampoo lid inside the toilet. The manager (young woman) basically blamed me for thrown the lid into the cup! I was furious! However, two other hotel employees told me that the previous guests on that room were the ones who had clogged the toilet; meaning the hotel was aware of the damage but nobody did anything to help me. The toilet worked okay for 2 days but it clogged again. I spent a week reporting a problem! At the end the hotel left me a plunger (I guess for me to fix it!) I opted for use the bathroom somewhere else and even had to use the front desk’s restroom. This was unacceptable for a hotel. This hotel location is central but is not safe. The noise is unbearable, I heard ambulances all night and the building has very thin walls. You can hear everything, from people’s conversations, music, and even a blender they used next door. My stay was a complete nightmare!

• Bruce (10/5): A great place for personalized service - I came to Cali to get married and to meet my fiance's family. I was a little skeptical because the price was very good and I wondered if it was under priced for a reason, but I can tell you that I now think this place is undervalued. I really felt like they were proud that I chose their hotel and the service and the courtesy of the staff was impressive and comforting. I will put them #1 on my list when I return for a visit to Cali.

• Kim (6/5): Safe area close to Stadio Pascual Guerrero - The rooms were modern. Enough kitchen appliances to cook meals if desired. The staff was incredible and there to answer any questions and make suggestions on what to do. It would help if more staff could speak a little more English.
