• Myrthe (8/5): Heel fijn appartement! - Alles wat je nodig hebt was er. Zeer vriendelijke host. Het was even zoeken om het gebouw binnen te komen en bij de sleutelkluis op de eerste verdieping te komen.

• Borbála (8/5): Cozy flat for short stay with children as well, good location to walk and also with transport. Not fency neighborhood, a - The flat was really nice and made with good taste. Has everything what we needed and the two bathroom/two bedroom is extra comfy. The big sofa and living room are really good place to chill after long walks. Baby chair and bed also was avaiable, usefull for tourist with toddlers. The location maybe is not the best for everybody, is really on the border of some dirtier, louder streets, living by not bask/spanish peoples. I dont mind, is more real, but maybe some tourist doeant feel it safe. What made to us more discomfort are the thin walls/noisy neighbours. We spent just some night, but the loud noises of dog running/barking, football game and also televison programs made as pretty unconfortable, specially with smaller kids by bedtime.

Nos hemos sentido mejor q en casa. Para próximas veces si está libre volveremos. Un saludo. Para nosotros estaba todo perfecto.

• Noelia (10/5): NUESTRA ESTANCIA FUE FANTÁSTICA - El apartamento estaba genial. Muy coqueto y con todo detalle. No es crítica, es información. Para llegar está encima de una cuesta, que después de patear Bilbao durante todo el día, se hacía pesadita, jejeje.

• Lona (9/5): Super!! - Het was een geweldig appartement: schoon, gezellig, praktisch, alle noodzakelijke dingen waren aanwezig. Ook prima bedden en douches. Het appartement ligt in een wat hoger gelegen wijk waardoor er wel een stukje omhoog gelopen moet worden.

• Manuela (8/5): Ótima Solução para Visitar Bilbao - Zona muito sossegada, não se ouviu barulho. Havia alguma críticas no booking acerca de ser uma zona com muitos magrebinos, Sim, nota-se, mas as pessoas estão na sua vida diária e não sentimos qualquer clima mais suspeito, muito longe disso. O apartamento muito espaçoso, 2 ruas acima do Carrefour e do Lidl, assim como do parque de estacionamento Zabalburu. O apartamento tinha tudo para uma estadia de 4 noites, onde comemos algumas refeições aquecidas ao jantar e tomámos sempre o pequeno almoço. Tinha muito produtos de cortesia (?): chá, café para a máquina de filtro, açúcar, bolachas, azeite, sal; panos e esfregões; uma grande variedade de detergentes; gel de banho; champô e papel higiénico. Dão um 2º jogo de chaves e até cedem um cartão da Barik (rede de transportes públicos) para recarregarmos com um mínimo de 5 euros. Utilizamos para o metro e para a Ponte Suspensa em Portugalete. Até tinha guarda-chuva, o que poderíamos ter vindo a usar pois tivemos 2 dias muito nublados e chove recorrentemente em Bilbao. Como foi um apartamento convertido em alojamento local, optaram por terem uns lavatórios muito pequenos, chamado lava-mãos, nada apropriados para o uso regular. A porta do duche da casa de banho do quarto de casal não fecha bem e sai água do duche para o chão da casa de banho, tentei corrigir na borracha que serve de vedante, mas o problema é mais profundo. O secador de cabelo aparentemente não funciona pois, ao ligar, fez um barulho estridente e optamos por não utilizar. A casa estava húmida, o que é uma crítica muito recorrente nos apartamentos para lugar em Bilbao, mas creio que é derivado do clima e não a qualquer problema de construção do apartamento.
• Thomas (10/5): Lovely Apartment. - The apartment is lovely and within walking distance of most of the city centre. Although there is a Barik card left for use at the apartment, we just walked everywhere. The communication from the hosts is very good. We were able to leave our suitcases at the apartment while we had lunch on our day of departure.

• Svetlana (8/5): Nice spacious apartment in Scandinavian style - Design of the apartment is so cool, good size for family, very light though no strait city view for the windows. Nice kitchen with a lot of equipment. Coffee, tea, milk and cookies is so lovely. It’s 20 minutes walk to Guggenheim’s museum and 15 minutes to the Central Market. There is underground parking in 5 minutes walk for about 21 euro per 24h. We didn’t find blankets The location seems no safety in the evenings
• Michal (10/5): Exceptional - Super stylish, clean, wide and airy! The kitchen is great with everything you need and the shower is superb! The flat is located 12 min from city center and 5 min from the train, so quite easy to get around. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely recommend.

But this was not really important . The first night we could not get in with the instructions. The door would not open . A couple let us in thankfully- it was late at night.

• Lucie (9/5): Design gem on the outskirts of downtown - Beautifully furnished apartment with all the equipment you may need. Excellent communication and instructions, provided public transport card was a great benefit. Supermarkets nearby and walking distance to the centre. View from the windows only to the courtyard.
• Sónia (9/5): Stylish and comfy house perfect for a family getaway. - The house was tastefully decorated and had all the amenities necessary. It was warm and cozy. The two bedrooms were great to put the kids to bed, while the grownups could enjoy the evening and relax in the other rooms. There were TV’s in all the bedrooms and living room, with kids channels. The host did a great job compiling a guide and info on the house and the city. The only down side was the noise from the neighbors. We could hear them watching TV.
