• Kenan (10/5): Amazing location, clean , big apartment perfect for families - Excellent central location few blocks away from Metro, mani train/ bus station, great restaurants, 2 parks for children. 10 min walk from Colleseum. 3 grocery stores and bakeries 2 -3 blocks away. Big, spacious apartment for families. Big kitchen, dinning room, 2 bathrooms , washer , patio space, all you need in the kitchen to prepare meals if wanted . Nothing

• DMITRII (10/5): - Квартира в старом доме в центре города. Нас встретила милая хозяйка поздно вечером, большое ей спасибо). Квартира большая, кухня хорошая, всё есть, два душа. Расположение отличное, можно до всех достопримечательностей добраться пешком, продуктовый магазин рядом. Слишком мало провели времени в этой квартире, надо было остаться ещё на два дня.
• GALVEZ GARCIA (10/5): Estancia en familia. - Es un apartamento ideal para una familia, tiene todo lo que necesitas para hacer tu estancia agradable (plancha, lavadora, lavaplatos..). Dos supermercados cerca, el metro a un paso, la estación de tren de Termini a 5 minutos andando (ideal para coger los trenes de alta velocidad y visitar otras ciudades, como hicimos nosotros). Puedes ir paseando a la zona imperial, al Coliseo... el barrio es agradable, al lado de Santa María la Mayor... en fin, ideal para una estancia en familia. Nada, solo indicar que es un primer piso sin ascensor, por si hay viajeros con discapacidad.

Host so nice can let us in 1 pm… coz already clean.. Location in second floor, by stair for big luggage need to carry one by one. But its ok for us..

• Ilanit (9/5): דירה מרווחת ונקייה עם פטיו נחמד ומטבח מאובזר - לא להגיע מעבר לשעות הצ'יק אין אחרת משלמים קנס - הדירה מרווחת, נקייה עם שני שירותים ומקלחות, מטבח מאובזר ושני סלונים. הפטיו לשתיית קפה בבוקר נחמד מאוד. המיקום טוב אם רוצים להיות ליד הקוליסיאום. הטיסה שלנו התעכבה והיינו צריכים לשלם קנס של 50 EURO על צ'יק אין מאוחר. כשהטיסה נדחתה שוב קצת והגענו לצערנו אחרי חצות כי גם המזוודות איחרו להגיע וביקשו מאיתנו קנס של 100 EURO. אחרי שביקשנו הורידו אותו ל50 EURO אבל העניין מאוד איכזב אותנו (לא היה בשליטתנו).
• Anton (10/5): Perfect apartments with nice hosts near the Colosseum. Highly recommended! - Everything was perfectly nice. The apartments located in nice area, close to Colosseum. Fabio and Giulia are nice hosts, very helpful and supportive. They helped to arrange the taxi from+to the Airport. IN addition, they recommended lots of spots (including restaurants) to visit around. Highly recommended.
• Kimberley (6/5): Needs Cleaning and TLC!! - We stayed at this apartment for a few days following a cruise. The apartment is in a great location with restaurants and bars closeby. It however is not a few steps from the colosseum as stated on the listing and more like a 15 minute walk. The host was extremely helpful and allowed us to put our bags in the apartment early due to our morning arrival in rome so that we could go out and explore, which was a nice touch! The apartment is large and spacious with lots of amenities. Unfortunately, it was clear that the apartment had not been cleaned recently and was dirty. The floors were filthy and our feet were black after walking on them. There was dust all under the beds and it was obvious that the cleaning had been haphazard and rushed - or not done at all. The apartment although lovely was in need of some TLC. The grouting in the showers and bathrooms was really dirty and black, the paint work was scuffed and marked and with all the sofas in the apartment being sofa-beds they were extremely uncomfortable to sit and relax on. Additionally the living room sofas were filthy and covered in stains as was the large floor rug. Of note on entering the apartment block there are bins in the hallway which smell extremely bad. We were told these are for residents to put all their waste in but we were not allowed to use them and needed to empty our bins from the apartment into a bin that was a street away which wasn't the best. There is a terrace that you can use but this was littered with 100s of cigarette butts and the smell of stale smoke so due to this was not used. Before staying in this apartment we had travelled around Italy and stayed in other airbnbs in Venice, Ravenna and other locations. Unfortunately, this was the worst one we stayed in!!! With some cleaning and TLC and a change of sofas this could be an amazing apartment.
• Dallas (10/5): Beautiful Apartment, Great Location, Amazing Host! - I booked the apartment for five nights with my extended family (8 total) and it was absolutely perfect. We stayed in three different cities on our trip, and everyone agreed that this apartment was the best accommodation we had booked! It’s very spacious and the pictures are completely accurate. The host is absolutely amazing as well! I would definitely recommend/rebook.

• Martin (10/5): Perfect Location - We found the apartment to be in an excellent location for so many of Rome's top attractions. The apartment itself was really big and was great for 2 x couples. There are cafes and restaurants within just a few mins walk. The only thing missing was wine glasses but we purchased some and left them there 😊. The host kept in touch every day and made sure all was ok. He recommended cafes/restaurants around Rome and also a luggage storage very close to the apartment for our last day. I would definitely go back.
• Justyna (10/5): Exceptional - Very well situated, perfect for larger groups. The accomodation is also very good, you have evrything what you need. Very nice staff! The only thing was that bed in the living room was not very comfortable.
• Ana (9/5): A lovely apartment, very well located and with everything you need for a nice stay in Rome! - The apartment was very well located, very close to the metro line, and within short walking distance to the termini station, several parks, restaurants, and the Colosseum. The flat was clean, very spacious, and comfortable. Our host, Eleonora, was very friendly and accommodating, and the check in and out was very simple. She also gave us some good recommendations for restaurants and supermarkets around which was very handy. Beds were comfortable and the inner room (facing the inner courtyard) was super quiet! The ones facing the street a bit less (understandably), especially on the weekend, but it was generally fine! Some things in the flat were starting to show some signs of fatigue (e.g. one of the bathroom doors - a sliding one - kept getting stuck on a rubber and would make a huge noise to open and close (not ideal at night!), the drain on the bathtub seemed a little bit blocked, and there were a couple of small leaks with one of the AC units and the dishwasher). Kitchen was generally well equipped, although we could have used with some extra coffee spoons and cereal bowls. Would also be nice to either have a coffee machine (e.g. with coffee pods), or at least a larger moka coffee maker, as the one available could only make two small coffees at a time. We pointed most of this to Eleonora, and she was very appreciative of the feedback, so hopefully most of this will be fixed for the next guests! :) Overall this was very minor, and we had a lovely stay!!
• Aleksandr (10/5): Great value for money - Location is good, literally took 2 minutes to get to the subway. By foot also took 20-30 minutes to get everywhere. Host was friendly and responsive. The app itself suited for families or friends with kids. Netflix/coffee and water was included. So overall it was very good all was ok

Big choise of backery, restaurants and grocery shops around. shampoo and soap were available there were sugar, salt and small basic things for the kitchen the curtain rod almost fell on the children's heads when they tried to close the curtains; the shower rod in both bathrooms is not attached to the wall well; the toilet seat is not attached; there are not enough dishes in the kitchen: only two breakfast bowls, and there were 6 of us; the frying pans are scratched, all the pots are only large and the gas stove (is dirty inside), which does not allow you to quickly prepare food for the children.

• Melissa (10/5): Comfortable stay with a friendly host - The host is very welcoming and accommodating. Great restaurants and a park nearby for kids to run some energy off. Grocery stores close as well. Very clean and well maintained. Close to the train station. Has a washer. Not as close to some other sights. If you want to be in the city center this is not for you but it is a nice residential area close to the colosseum. You may want to bring extra towels. You are provided a set of towels per person so we had to do laundry most days.

• Marie (9/5): Superb - Very large 2 bedroom apartment. Fabio was an excellent host, and we were able to drop our bags off early to the apartment and come back later after it was cleaned. The apartment is within walking distance to Colessum. A nice little restaurant a few doors down and a great bakery further down the street towards the Colosseum. A supermarket not far. Subway close by. All in all, a great apartment. The shower over the bath was very slippery, so maybe a non-slip mat would help. Also, the walls in the main room could do with a clean. There is no lift in the building, so be prepared to carry bags up to level 1.

The apartment was well equipped. The set up of the apartment was terrific with the bedrooms at each end as well as a bathroom on suit for both bedrooms. The apartment was big and beautiful with a courtyard. Also the location was very convenient for getting around. Can definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you Ele. Nothing.
