• Cathy (9/5): Comfortable, homely and huge! - The location was excellent and the house had everything we needed. It had a lovely outlook and ample room. Would definitely book again.

• Brian (8/5): An excellent and memorable two days with family, celebrating our daughter's 50th birthday in style. - The location was superb and we enjoyed nice walks in the surrounding bush in the crisp mountain air. It was reasonably close to the main tourist highlights (i.e. Grand Canyon, Three Sisters), but you did need a car to get around. The eating and entertainment areas were large and suited our family group of 10. It was close to shopping at Katoomba and Leura and of course the High Tea at the wonderful Hotel Majestic. The piano player was excellent and set the mood to perfection. The view wasn't bad either. An electric blanket would have been nice during the cold weather in the downstairs bedroom which was not heated.

• Punit Vyas (8/5): Awesome place for family and friends holidays - Property was awesome.. Such big and comfy house. Facilities were amazing and we had lot of fun as big family in this house. Pillows in master bedroom were not comfortable at all, either they were totally flat or were very high and firm ones. Also master en suite had broken cabinets which just puts the experience level little down.
• Jacqui Cl (8/5): - Great position, good sized house for a big group of friends More lounge chairs in kitchen area. Or a fridge downstairs in lounge area. If you are relaxing in the loung area downstairs there is a lot of stair climbing to get drinks & food
• Nicolla (9/5): Wonderful for large groups - Fantastic space for large groups, plenty of space and very well presented. Had everything we needed and is in a beautiful serene location. Some aspects of the house require some maintenance and have stickers placed to tell you not to use them. Might be better if they got fixed so all aspects of the house can be used with ease (e.g. ensuite vanity needs replacing/fixing, door out to balcony needs to be fixed so it can be fully opened up as pictured).

• Caroline (10/5): A beautiful spacious house in the heart of the blue mountains close to so many attractions and adventures. - This is a beautiful spacious house that works very well for a group. You feel as if you are in the trees with all the cockatoos. The rooms are a great size and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has lots of space to gather together and cook and eat. It is only a few minutes drive to the centre of Leura and an excellent supermarket The only thing I can think of that would have improved our experience would have been a couple more large pans for a bigger group that likes cooking.
• Abhinay (10/5): Wonderful peaceful retreat. - The house was beautifully furnished and spacious with plenty of amenities. We especially liked (as we had three kids in the group) all the kids-specific additions like the portable cot, the kids cutlery, cups and plates and the high-chair. We also loved that there was plenty of entertainment in the form of board games and books. We loved that there were multiple sitting areas and comfortable beds in all of the bedrooms. The location was also beautiful and peaceful.

• Anna (8/5): Pleasant but disappointed with the communications with the booking agent leading up to the stay. - Beautiful light filled rooms. The hidden costs for a 5th Bedroom to be accessed even though 5 bedrooms were listed in the booking view.
• Carol (10/5): The most amazing place - We could not fault this property. it was beautiful, spotlessly clean with more than enough amenities in a gorgeous setting. Everything was high end and with all the family there, grandparents, son and daughter with their families so much space through out. Certainly we will be telling all our friends about this amazing place. It is about a five minute drive into the lovely village of Leura. We cannot praise this place enough. There was absolutely nothing not to like about this place.

The price was also cheaper ompared to similar properties in the area. The ID verification process and pre-authorisation portal was a bit confusing and I thought it might be a scam initially. If there was a way to do that via the booking.com system that would be better.

• Kathryn (9/5): Great place for a group stay. Would happily stay again. You do need a car but that suited us. - Very peaceful, plenty of room, kitchen well stocked with plenty of crockery, cutlery and utensils. Driveway was a doozy but we got used to it.
• Moore (9/5): A fantastc property for a secluded weekend away with friends/ family. Would definitely recommend ! - The interior SPACE was amazing!!! A place for everyone ! We had 5 adults in our party and we all had a place to retreat to or be together! Downstairs family space with lounges was very comfortable. The yard was secure and so the doggies were happy and safe too! ADORED the kitchen and dining space. Well supplied with all the utensils, pots and pans etc that would be needed by large groups. Cooked most meals in the kitchen rather than go out and this was perfect for us on a chilly winter weekend. There is a full laundry for use for families and longer stays. Bedrooms were very spacious and ensuite was gorgeous - although we are not keen on using spa baths - so we didn't use the one in the master ensuite. Water pressure was ok. Heating from aircon was very good and so was the electric wood heater downstairs in the family room. Garage was huge! Easily fitted 2 cars and was great to have internal house access when it was cold and wet outside. It was too cold for a BBQ but one is provided- would be fantastic in better weather. Nice balconies off the upstairs kitchen space back and front of property. The huge gas Highland cook top and Miele dishwasher got a workout and the French door fridge fitted everything we took as provisions. There's a small drinks fridge in the garage if you need it. Full size pantry and so many drawers!!!! Kitchen bench was the main place where we gathered for drinks, meals and gathering the group together. I would love one of these at our family home. Stairs are wide and safe for pets and kids - if you have them. Balconies have marine wire for safety and our doggies were all ok when we were out together enjoying the few sunny periods we had over the stay. Would kill for a walk-in robe like the one in the master suite! Very much thought the mirror in the ensuite was a clever and attractive addition to this huge space. There's even a laundry shute!! There were a few small "issues " but we want to be able to give honest feedback to the owner and managers to assist them with maintenance and repairs of this amazing property. The front of the property was a bit unkempt,eg dirty entry, small front garden had neglected plants and needs to also be cleaned out to bring it up to the same standard as the rest of the property to give the bet first impression. Beds were VERY hard and several of our party had trouble sleeping. I'd suggest a pillow top for the beds to improve the comfort. Doorless shower in master ensuite splashes everywhere . Bathmat was soaked on every shower use. Would have been good to be able to turn on ensuite underfloor heating as it was freezing in the ensuite . Proximity to Leura was not as close as we would have liked. Had hoped to be able to walk into Leura but not possible as not safe due to no paths for pedestrians. With little dogs this was an issue for us as well as not possible in the evening. Bedroom floors were clean but hadn't been vaccuumed thoroughly.

• Esther (10/5): Already recommended this place to many of my friends - Great location- Only 4-5min away from the main street with all the shops, but far enough to have some peace and quiet. Spacious, tidy, and lovely decor throughout the property. Can't think of any!
