• Vincenzo (9/5): posizione e comodità ottime - Posizione, 2 camere con 2 bagni, ottimo con due figlie femmine ,ottima assistenza, ci hanno anche fatto trovare un a bottiglia di acqua in frigo e 2 bottiglie di vino. edificio in ristrutturazione anche l ascensore, ma correttamente ci avevano avvisato, mancano le tende alle grandi finestre e i saponi per la doccia

• Tetiana (9/5): - Отличное расположение, 7 минут до набережной, 4 минуты до центрального рынка. В апартах было чисто и тепло. Проблема была только с инструкцией, как попасть в подъезд. Нужно быть готовым к постоянному шуму с улицы в главной спальне. И аккуратней, когда отдыхаете на террасе, сверху женщина моет пол, льётся грязная вода и падают разные предметы.

Apartamento muy comodo y nuevo, con todo lo necesario. Al llegar el sistema que nos indicaron para entrar no funcionaba. Nos abrio una vecina. La atencion telefonica fue inmediata y solucionaron el problema en 5 minutos.

The layout is perfect – ideal for two couples or a group, but also great for families. The bedrooms are not right next to each other, which gives a lot of privacy and makes it very quiet for everyone. The two bathrooms are a big plus – both are spacious with plenty of room in the showers, so getting ready was always easy and stress-free. The apartment was also very clean and well equipped, with more than enough dishes and everything we needed. There is a balcony with two access points, which we really liked. The view is into the courtyard, which may not be the most spectacular, but it gives a very charming and authentic Spanish vibe. The location is amazing: a large supermarket is just 2 minutes away, and Mercado Central (fresh food market) is only about 3–4 minutes on foot. Right around the corner there is a fantastic Mexican restaurant (La Tía Juana Alicante) with great cocktails and atmosphere, and also a cool club nearby (Calle 365 | Discoteca Alicante). The beach is about a 7-minute walk, and you can reach everything easily on foot – we didn’t need public transport at all during our stay. Even the castle (Castillo de Santa Bárbara) and the beautiful Barrio de Santa Cruz with its cute little streets are only about 15 minutes away. Check-in and check-out were very easy and smooth. Getting to and from the airport was also simple – we took the bus on arrival (€4.60, plus a short walk), and an Uber on the way back for about €18. Overall, a fantastic apartment in a perfect location – we would definitely stay here again! -

• Petra (8/5): Perfect verblijf voor meer dagen in Alicante. - Ideale ligging t.o.v. restaurants, winkels, boulevard en bezienswaardigheden. Nette, goed onderhouden, accommodatie, met lift, op de tweede verdieping, heerlijke douche, goede bedden, ruim balkon. Door de hoge bebouwing in februari alleen tussen de middag even zon op het balkon. Ontbijt in het zonnetje op een paar minuten van de accommodatie, aanrader. Om bij het appartement te bereiken moet men eerst door een poort, tussen de cafetaria en herenkapper. Voor de poort heb je een sleutel nodig. We hebben moeten wachten, niet lang, totdat iemand uit het appartementengebouw kwam. De host had hierover m.i. beter moeten communiceren. De voordeur heeft geen nummer maar het is de enige met sleutelkast op deze etage.

• Maja (10/5): - The apartment was very clean and exactly as described. The location is fantastic – right in the heart of Alicante and close to everything. Check-in was smooth, and everything matched the listing perfectly. I would definitely stay here again.

Mieszkanie bardzo duże, przestronne, bardzo czyste i nowoczesne. Dwie oddzielne sypialnie (bardzo wygodne łóżka) dwie łazienki, w pełni wyposażona kuchnia (piekarnik, płyta, mikrofalówka, czajnik i ekspres do kawy). Żelazko i deska do prasowania. Nowa klimatyzacja w sypialniach i aneksie kuchennym.

• Manlio (8/5): - Appartamento nuovo, pulito e con 2 bagni. Posizione molto buona per potersi muovere a piedi. Doccia bella e materassi comodi. La struttura che ospita l'appartamento è vecchia, sui piani c'è odore di muffa e una stanza dà su un ballatoio in cui si vede l'esterno di altri appartamenti tenuti male.

• Melanie (8/5): Need to be easier to access the property - The location is excellent, the property is well equipped and the air conditioning was a bonus. Very spacious and has a two balconies. Very disappointed with entry to the property. We could not get into the property as I had no access to the outside gate. I was told keys would be at reception but there was no reception area. I and the taxi driver tried all the phone numbers to contact the manager even the emergency number but there was no response at all. Eventually another lady waiting to show guests to their property helped me. I had received the code to the lockbox but not the apartment number and there was no number on the property front door. I was travelling with an elderly lady who was very upset at the confusion and that nobody phoned us to check anything. I could not open the lockbox to return the keys so I had to leave on the inside table. The property was lovely but this was not the way to start our holiday.

• Karolukas (10/5): Very pleasant stay for good price - A nice welcome by the hosts, great apartment in the heart of Alicante. Everything you need is within 10-15 minutes of walk by foot. The best thing about the apartment is that it has two separate bathrooms (toilets, showers), so it's easy to accommodate 4 people without any inconvenience. There was also a nice terrace where you can chill or have a rest. The hosts were really helpful and supportive (they even arranged a taxi for our early flight, kudos to them !).
