• Tomaškovič (9/5): Výlet do Benátok - Ochotný personál, nápomocný pri všetkom. Neviem ako sa to stalo, ale omylom som rezervoval miesto iba pre seba, ale myslel som si, že aj pre dcérku. Pán mi pomohol vyriešiť vzniknutú situáciu. Vďaka Jediné čo mi trochu vadilo, bolo že vstup na ubytovanie vyzeral zvonku veľmi nepekne.

• Paula (7/5): - La habitación muy cómoda y espaciosa. La cama era muy buena. Buena ubicación y con un supermercado enfrente. La ducha era muy mala, poca presión de agua y demoraba en calentar. Solo 2 baños para muchas habitaciones y cada baño tenía el inodoro y la ducha juntos. Mala comunicación al llegar y nunca había personal en el alojamiento.

Mucha suciedad acumulada en la mesa de la cocina, azulejos del baño y la cocina, desperfectos por todos lados. He tenido que limpiar el polvo del cabecero de la cama justo después de lo que se supone que era "preparar mi habitación". La persona que mantiene ésto, no tiene interés o no sabe conseguir que los huéspedes estén a gusto.

W obiekcie bardzo słabe wyciszenie, a dodatkowo w pokoju pełno komarów. Jakość sprzątania pozostawia wiele do życzenia (w pokoju pozostawione zostały opakowania po zużytych prezerwatywach).

L'host sembrava scocciato dalla nostra presenza, oltre alle poche informazioni date. 3 rampe di scale con gradini strettissimi e scivolosi, molto complicato salire (e scendere) con le valigie. La stanza, molto differente dalle foto, sembrava sporca e poco curata. Anche i due bagni, in condivisione, non erano puliti. La struttura fatiscente e vecchia...

• Natalia (7/5): Przyjemna lokalizacja, dobry kontakt z właścicielem, czysta pościel - Fajne miejsce, niemal obok mostu Rialto, ale jednocześnie nie w zatłoczonym miejscu. Z okien widać uliczki, dachy, kanały, przyjemny klimat. Wspólna łazienka - dwie na korytarzu, jest OK, nie ma tragedii, nikt sobie nawzajem nie przeszkadza. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. W pokoju w miarę czysto, najważniejsze, ze czysta, pachnąca pościel. Słabe wyposażenie kuchni (brak kawy - tylko rozpuszczalna, brak patelni, łyżeczek). Czystość w łazience i kuchni pozostawia trochę do życzenia. Ale na jeden, kilka noclegów jest naprawdę dobrze.

Nous avions choisi cet hébergement précisément parce qu'il paraissait bien, d'après les photos sur Booking.com, qu'il disposait d'une cuisine et que nous pouvions en profiter le matin. Or, la cuisine était dans un état déplorable. Personne ne nous avait prévenus des travaux de rénovation en cours. Booking.com a donc mal retranscrit la situation. Sur les deux salles de bain, une seule fonctionnait, nous obligeant à en chercher constamment une de libre. C'était très gênant. À cause des travaux, le sol était sale et poussiéreux. Le carrelage du couloir et de notre chambre était fissuré et ébréché, et grinçait désagréablement sous nos pas. La chambre était extrêmement vétuste et loin de correspondre aux belles photos de Booking. Les rideaux ressemblaient à des chiffons sales et poussiéreux noués. Les draps étaient froissés et le lit avait l'air très peu attirant. Il n'y avait pas une seule chaise. À notre demande, le personnel a apporté deux vieilles chaises pliantes sales… Au lieu d'une armoire, il y avait une petite tringle à vêtements. La chambre n'a pas été nettoyée pendant tout notre séjour (3 jours) et la poubelle n'a pas été vidée. Nous sommes extrêmement déçus de l'hôtel… Nous ne voulions pas nous disputer pour ne pas gâcher la soirée, d'autant plus que c'était mon anniversaire et J'ai d'ailleurs laissé un commentaire sur Booking.com. Malgré les efforts de Stefano, un employé, le problème persistait. Une question aux propriétaires : si vous louez des hébergements à des touristes, il serait judicieux d'investir pour que les prestations soient conformes aux photos sur Booking.com. Et pourquoi pas fermer l'étage pendant les travaux ? Ou baisser le prix d'au moins 50 % ? Dans notre cas, c'était un manque de respect total envers les clients qui avaient choisi votre hôtel sur la base de belles photos ; il ne s'agissait que d'une appât du gain.

Il faut supprimer ce genre de chambre gérée par des particuliers, surtout des particuliers étrangers de téléphone +61, quel pays ? Pas italien . J’ai passé 2 heures et j’ai demandé tous les commerçants de quartier. Personne connaît ce hôtel. C’est très dangereux .

Estive 10 dias em várias cidades de Itália e esta foi a pior experiência: - Não gostei da limpeza geral do quarto e dos espaços partilhados, em especial do WC. - A cama e as almofadas não eram confortáveis. - As paredes dos quartos são finas e ouve-se tudo. As janelas não dão muita sensação de privacidade. - Achei de mau tom, apesar de legítimo, o anfitrião cobrar 10€ para ficar com as malas durante o dia.

• Andrea (4/5): Nicht nur die Lage zählt!! Es war sehr, sehr schmutzig! - Nur die Lage und der Empfang. Nur durch ein gute Lage bekommt man keine Bestbewertung!!! Es war alles extrem schmutzig, verstaubt und verklebt. Die Betten, das Sofa war durchgelegen. In manchen Räumen und im Gang hat es unangenehm gerochen. Im zweiten Badezimmer im dritten Stockwerk lagen zerbrochene Gläser rum. Benutztes, verklebtes Geschirr stand in der Küche. Uns wurde regelrecht mit einem Lächeln ins Gesicht gelogen!! Nach drei Nächten in einem Zimmer im zweiten Stockwerk wurden wir aufgefordert das Zimmer umgehend zu wechseln. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns erst gesagt, dass eine Familie um 20 Uhr anreisen würde die unser Zimmer benötigt. Ich sagte der Vermieter solle kommen. Es kam nicht die Person vom Check in sondern ein anderer ….. er zeigte uns andere Zimmer im dritten Stock, wir sollten uns eines aussuchen. Er meinte ein Tausch sei nötig weil das zweite Badezimmer renoviert wird. Was nun stimmte wissen wir bis heute nicht. Wir mussten alles zusammen packen und alles selbst hoch schleppen. Es sei ja nur eine Stunde Aufwand während unseres Urlaubs. Als ich nach einer Entschädigung fragte wurde mir ein Wein in der Küche stehend versprochen. Dieser wurde aber wohl von einem anderen Bewohner einbehalten und geleert. Dieser Herr hat die ganze Nacht bis 4:30 Uhr am Morgen TV (wohl über WLAN) geschaut, in einer Lautstärke in der wir in unserem Zimmer jedes Wort verstanden. Es war schrecklich!!! Ich hatte zwar vorher die Bewertung zur Sauberkeit etc gelesen, dachte aber nicht dass es wirklich so sein wird. Zerrissene, fleckige Vorhänge. Staub, Schmutz überall. Wir hatten zum Glück Hüttenschlafsäcke dabei, die das Ganze erträglicher machten. Aus dieser Unterkunft könnte man soviel mehr machen als es jetzt ist. Ich bin mir auch nicht sicher ob die Bettwäsche nach jedem Gast gewechselt wird. An den Vermieter: Lage und ein bisschen freundlich reicht nicht aus! Besorgen Sie vieles neu! Und vor allem: es muss geputzt werden!! Dann können Sie auch ein paar Euro mehr verlangen!
• Kirchart (3/5): Expensive stay for very unclean bathrooms and facility - Room wasn’t gross, good location. Bathroom was DISGUSTING. Pee everywhere, shattered glass in the cabinets, most unsettling stay I have ever had because of how gross the bathroom was. Guy who gave us the key was also unprofessional. Kind of ruined my trip we just got out of there as fast as possible thankfully it was only one night.

• Spela (7/5): Good for a short stay - We stayed only one night but we liked the location and the price. The room was huge, included a comfortable couch and we were able to check in early and leave the bags at the accommodation which was very convenient. As it felt a bit cold in the room, the owner kindly raised the warmth in it when requested. Also, liked the two separate full bathrooms offered, as it meant me and my partner both could get ready for bed at the same time. Generally, worth the money. It is located up 4 flights of rather narrow, slippery and steep stairs which, if you have a suitcase, can be an issue. But the biggest issue was the bed - while there is a normal bed on the photo, the room we got assigned had a sofa bed instead that - although comfortable - was rather loud whenever you moved. Tossing at night would not only mean waking up both myself and my partner, but also the people renting room next to ours, as the walls seem pretty thin - we could hear someone's alarm clock in the morning. I have definitely had worse stays in Venice, but dont expect luxury.

• Giorgi (10/5): Amazing location and room, very bright and spacious. - Amazing room, very spacious, bed is extremely comfortable and it was very quiet. The man in charge was extremely friendly and attentive! The stairs going up are pretty steep, so you must be careful when you go up or down

Men først efter booking skriver de at indtjening efter kl 21 koster ekstra og bookingen er ikke refunderbar. Efter flere klager får jeg af vide at jeg kan tjekke ind frem til kl 22 uden ekstra gebyr, men sener samme dag skriver en anden medarbejder igen at det er kl 21. Brokker mig igen og får lov at tjekke ind før 22 uden gebyr da de ikke skrev det på booking tydligt inden jeg bookede. Men så et par dage før min ankomst skriver de at indtjekning efter kl 20 koster ekstra og jeg må igen minde dem om at de har sagt jeg kan tjekke ind frem til kl 22. Da jeg så ankommer var sengetøjet tydeligt ikke blevet skiftet. Det var krøllet, havde flere store mystiske pletter og en mærkelig lugt… Jeg bad om nyt sengetøj med det tog 45 minutters diskussion med en medarbejder før jeg kunne få nyt sengetøj da han løj om at det var ret… Vil ikke anbefale at booke det. Har inkluderet billeder af det sengetøj de hævdede var rent samt det nye lagen jeg fik.

• Timothy (9/5): Great location and price - The location was perfect. Great base to get around everything Venice. The street that leads to the accom has lots of little bars, food options and shops along it. There is also a small supermarket around the corner. Room was spacious and with the window closed pretty quiet. The apartment had 2 bathrooms so never had to wait. Would definitely recommend as a budget friendly option. Tiles in the hallway need some fixing up, they make a little bit of noise when walking over them but nothing too major.
