Tudo estava em pleno funcionamento e em ótimo estado, atendendo perfeitamente ao nosso grupo. O apartamento é muito próximo à estação de trem e à parada de tram e ônibus, o que facilita muito a locomoção por Vienna.

Der Boden wird wahrscheinlich nur gefegt und nie gewischt, denn unsere Socken waren schwarz vom Weg der Eingangstür wo wir unsere Schuhe ausgezogen haben bis in das Zimmer. Zudem war auf dem Leintuch des Schlafsofas ein unappetitlicher gelber Fleck. An zwei Handtüchern war jeweils ein schwarzes Haar von jemand anderes, unseres konnte es nicht sein das wir alle blonde Haare haben. Wenn man die Duschtür öffnete waren in der Fuge alles schwarze Haare. Beim Duschen selbst musste man schnell sein und sich eher an die Wand stellen, weil ansonsten das Wasser überlief und das gesamte Bad unter Wasser stand. Habe für dieses Geld schon wesentlich saubere Unterkünfte gesehen. Zum Glück packe ich immer waschbare Hausschuhe ein damit man mit den Füßen nicht den Fußboden berühren muss.

Gutes Bett, neue Matratze, auch hier alles sauber. Lage an einer Hauptstraße, doch die Fenster sind gut dämmend. Zum Straßenbahnhalt ca. 100 m. Anfragen werden schnell erledigt. Bei einem unerwarteten Problem haben wir eine Preisreduktion angeboten bekommen, die die Unannehmlichkeit kompensierte.

Ottima a livello comunicativo, e check in facile, con i codici di accesso inviati tramite email nelle 24 ore precedenti all'arrivo. Posizione buona, con fermata del tram a pochi passi. Buona la pulizia generale. Problemi con la doccia, in quanto l'acqua andava via molto lentamente, costringendoti a centellinare l'acqua per evitare di allargare il bagno. In oltre per un motivo che non abbiamo ben capito, il primo giorno mancava l'acqua calda, apparsa poi all'improvviso dal secondo giorno in poi.

Самое плохое что произошло это отключение горячей воды и два дня пришлось закаляется. Если бы была постоянная стойка рецепции эту проблему отель решил бы скорее.

Very close to tram line 1 which gets you directly to the city center in about 20 minutes. Lack of elevator is an issue, since i was located on the fourth floor and had to walk 95 stairs to reach the room.

Maalesef ilk gece banyo gideri tıkandı ve su banyonun dışına taştı. Yerleri kurutmak için çok fazla uğraştık. Tesisin giderlerinde kronik bir problem olduğunu düşünüyorum. Bu kadar büyük ve şahane bir tesis kurup banyo giderinin kötü olması son derece şaşırtıcı. Umarım hızlı bir şekilde banyo gider problemini hallederler. Ayrıca bu sorundan ötürü odamıza sabah bir görevli geldi ve ayrıca odamıza bir sepet dolusu meyve ve şampanya bırakmışlar. Bu son derece kibar bir davranıştı ve telefi etmeye çalıştılar

On a passé un bon séjour, avec suffisamment de place pour ne pas se marcher dessus. Plusieurs arrêts de transports en commun proches de l’appartement permettent de se rendre au centre ville ou à la gare très facilement. Les portes de douche étalait l’eau partout dans la salle de douche quand on les ouvrait.

- Gina Maria (1/5): War einfach schrecklich - Ohne zu lügen hat uns nichts an der Unterkunft gefallen. 1. man musste für raumservice plus Handtücher und Laken Wechsel extra bezahlen. 2. Internet also free Wifi gilt nur fürs Handy wenn man sich mit den Fernseher verbinden wollte mit de Free Wifi musste man sich mit seinem Handy anmelden per Hotspot. 3. Toilette und Badezimmer Rochen immer streng und waren schmutzig. 4. Die Fernbedienung für den Fernseher hatte leere Batterien und wir mussten uns selber drum kümmern. Obwohl jemand bereit war zwischen 09-19:00 war trotzdem niemand anzutreffen nach mehrmaligen klopfen und klingeln. Also im großen und Ganzen eine sehr schlechte Empfehlung dieses Hotel. Es schon Hotel zu nennen ist eine Lüge eher eine Jugend Herberge wo man alles selber machen muss und für Selbstverständlichkeiten im jeden Hotel da selber aufkommen muss und draufzahlen muss.

Location and transport Apartment is on a good location, you have plenty of stores and markets nearby and It's well connected to the city center. Tram line 1 on the street behind, literally 50m from the apartment, and if you need more options (tram, bus, s-bahn...) Matzleinsdorfer Platz is less than 500m away. 2. Cleanliness and basics Flat is very clean, clean sheets and towels, BUT there's nothing to use for basic cleaning, for example small broom or floor wiper IS A MUST! A little short with kitchen items but all in all, good. 3. Comfort and amenities Very comfortable apartment, in my opinion more than 50m2, maybe 60... not sure. Heating and hot water work well, good WiFi, smart TV with Netflix. There's а noticeable noise from traffic outside, there are high quality triple glass windows and the insulation is good on a cold weather but in summer if you keep windows open, will be more problematic. 4. Safety and check‑in Favoriten looks generally safe, nothing to complain about that part of the city. Check in was easy as pie. 5. Value Price / Quality ratio is good in my opinion, or should I say VERY good. This is a suggestion for the owner: The bed in small room is squeaking too much, it needs urgent fix, It can wake you even if you sleep in other room. As I mentioned before, small broom or wiper will be nice, because if u spill something on the floor you are helpless, and also to keep the apartment clean from dust during your stay. Upper shower pipe has leaking. Few glasses more will be fine.
