Bohužel pobyt velmi nepříjemnil pach z odpadu/ toalety v koupelně. Apartmán propojený s pokojovými dveřmi s dalším obytným prostorem- bylo vše slyšet. Od 6:30 hluk spojený s praním a úklidem pronajatých apartmánů. Zamčené skříňky a spotřebiče v kuchyni. Nic nebylo možné využít, vc pračky
• Francisco (2/5): No recomiendo, a pesar de la ubicación - La ubicación. Imposible dormir. Se escucha todo de la habitación contigua. Además en el baño y en la cocina olía muy fuerte a tubería. Imposible cocinar ya que tienen todo encadenado y bajo llave, ni siquiera cafetera. Si no puedes ni hacerte un café, merece más la pena un hotel.
• Denae (10/5): Beautiful comfortable AC’d room in Rome - Absolutely beautiful room. Very comfortable and spacious compared to where we stayed in Florence. The bed was so comfortable and the AC worked amazing. Being so hot during September it was such a relief to have AC in our room. I loved that we had a private bathroom as well, it makes such a difference. It was also nice to have someone to contact about any questions we had. If we ever come back to Rome we would definitely book again! We loved this place! The location was great too For some reason I didn’t get the check in instructions through booking.com app so we were really stressed when we originally got to the place since we had no instructions at all and couldn’t cono them through booking.com. I ended up finding an email with all the details so it’s not really an issue with the place or owners but if you book this place just make sure to check your email for the information! Très au calme en général, nous avons un peu vécu avec les voisins la dernière nuit vu la finesse des murs.

The bathroom makes use of a sump pump that makes a huge noise every time you open a tap or flush the toilet. The shower is very small and the towels were very thin and worn through. There are no mirror in the bedroom, which makes it difficult for 3 ladies to get ready in the morning
• Anonymous (8/5): Great for a Short Stay in Rome - We had a good short stay at BabuinoRooms56 in Rome. There were three of us, and while the room was a bit small, it worked for what we needed. The room itself was just the bed and bathroom, with a shared outdoor kitchen area available. The beds were quite comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well, which was a big plus in the Roman summer heat. The location was great — only a short walk from the Spanish Steps and well-connected to the rest of Rome, making it easy to explore the city. • Comfortable beds • Good air conditioning • Excellent location close to the Spanish Steps • Outdoor shared areas One thing to note is that there was a noise coming from the bathroom plumbing whenever the toilet or shower was used, which did keep one of our guests awake. That said, for a short stay, it was suitable and overall comfortable. Room was quite small for three people. Plumbing noise from the bathroom was disruptive at times

Really authentic Roman building. Location was perfect, set right in the heart of Spagna so perfect for shopping and the Spanish steps 10 minutes walk. Lots of great restaurants. Shared kitchen with fridge and the room was absolutely spotless and very comfortable. Would recommend staying here 100% Not enough working plug sockets. We had lots of tech that needed charging up but overall we managed.

• Natashaa1980 (7/5): Cosy in the city - The location was fantastic! It was so cosy and cute. Walking distance to nearly everything. Bus stops, food and markets close by for all your needs. We never saw any staff so couldn't ask any questions, the hot water takes about 5-10 minutes to heat up, we couldn't find a remote to operate the air conditioning as we wanted some airflow while we slept as it was too cold to leave the balcony door open.

There were a lot of (high end) shops in the area and it was walking distance to some sights, Spanish Steps was close but we walked to the Trevi Fountain and Pantheon as well. Other than location the room was also fine and with a good en-suite. Appreciated the kettle so I could make a cup of tea. There was also a microwave but we didn't use that. Wifi worked well. Nothing really.

• Lucienne (5/5): satisfactory - Location was fabulous shower door broken, poor communication about entering the accommodation, we felt instructions could have been clearer but somebody did come out to the property to offer assistance which was great but the issue could have been sorted out much quicker if someone had answered our calls for help. We were not aware this was a shared apartment which led to the confusion on entering the apartment as the number in the key did not correlate with the entrance door, the number was for the room inside the apartment. Having said this once the confusion was cleared up we were very happy with the location and the property was very reasonably priced.

• Roxanne (10/5): Loved it! Clean room, friendly staff and amazing location. Close to everyone. - The location of this property is excellent. It’s in a great area and the price is fantastic. The room was comfortable and the cleaner was there each day and answered any questions we had. When we checked out we were able to leave our luggage so we could go out and enjoy our last few hours without huge suitcases. You have to walk up a flight of stairs with your luggage. AC didn’t work, but not the end of the world.

• Vasilev (9/5): Amaizing studio, on a great location, nice restaurants and terraces nearby. - The location was amazing, just few minutes away from the Spanish steps and Piazza del Populo. The street is packed with high qiality brands. The area is busy, but the flat is overlooking a small and not so noisy street. We had a late flight so we arrived very late at night, but the access was very easy, because we were provided with instructions how to get in the studio. The bed was comfortable and the place was spotlessly clean. The only thing that disturbed me was the shower. When the hot water was running at first you have to wait 2-3 minutes so the water to become hot, which in fact was not a big problem.
• Leasa (7/5): Great location but if you like sleep forget it. - The location was brilliant. Close to a range of sites in Rome. Room was clean albeit small. Pillows great. The AIR CONDITIONING MADE A HIDDEOUS NOISE EVERY 5-10 minutes like someone drilling into a wall, which made it EXTREMELY hard to sleep!! The common areas (share kitchen) being right outside the room door and also made it difficult to sleep with noise verbrating straight into the room. No communication with owners and if you want to ask something or you have an issue.... they won't bother answering! I've stayed in a lot of places and communication is paramount and unfortunately good luck if you need anything! Bed not that great, a bit like a board but if you like hardness it will suit.

We could leave our bags after the check out and accomodation has self check in option. Clean and comfy, the room had its own bathroom and room looks much better in reality than in photos!
