Guest Reviews
- Theresa (10/5): Paradise - Beautiful location, super clean, owner were very nice, almost felt like a homestay with a family.
You can hear the sea at night :-)
If you want, they will prepare breakfast/lunch/dinner for you. I had to get used to the open ceilings concept in my bedroom the main house, but that wasn’t bad at all.
Walk to Termales is about 30 mins - be careful with the tide!
- Sophie (10/5): Very much recommended if you're looking to relax and disconnect a little! - We absolutely loved our stay! Celmira and her family were so nice and made sure we had everything we needed and were safe when we went on excursions (nearby town with Thermal water and little bars and shops (30min walking), and a waterfall (1,5h walking). The food was incredible, we're still talking about it haha. Super chill area, not much to do but relax and enjoy the moment. Stayed for 3 nights which was the perfect length. The property is really small, we were the only guests, which was nice after a few weeks of travelling. Loved the down-to-earth vibe with bucket showers and honest conversations with the hosts. The only downpart is that the place is only reachable by boat once a day (2pm to arrive and 7am to leave to Nuqui I think) so if your flight leaves really late or arrives early, you have to either take a private boat which can be more expensive than the ferry (which is like 15€ one way). We arrived with the morning flight at 9am and had to wait 5h for the boat which we didn't contemplate before, so we "lost" half a day. We just had breakfast in Nuqui and walked around a little bit.
- Pat (10/5): Exceptional - We had a lovely three-day stay here at this family run establishment in the middle of a very long stretch of beautiful (largely empty) beach and surrounded by lush rainforest. Celmira, Melissa and Milena were very kind and welcoming and were more than happy to guide us to visit the neighboring waterfalls and hot springs. Lovely meals prepared on the spot.
Basically unbeatable prices for all of the above. Highly recommended.
