• Pablo (9/5): Magnífico apartamento a un paseíto de la arena. - La atmósfera general de la zona es muy agradable, el apartamento precioso, acogedor y muy limpio, amplio y espacioso para ser un minipiso. El baño también acogedor. El olor del ambientador muy muy agradable. En principio, sólo que el aparcamiento te puede costar un poco, es una zona con poco espacio.

• Sánchez Rodríguez (10/5): Un buen ambiente - El espacio es muy acogedor, tiene muy buen sistema de iluminación, huele muy rico, todo limpio y ordenado tiene de todo para poder pasar unos días relajaditos cerca de la playa, las instalaciones muy modernas y organizadas da un ambiente hogareño. Volveríamos siempre.
• Jardena (8/5): Ok pour 1 nuit mais pas plus. - Bien rénové et bien équipé. Lit confortable. Très bonne situation, proche de la plage et un parking gratuit en face. Le fait qu’il n’y a pas de fenêtre, c’est un logement au rez de chaussée avec accès direct de la rue.

• EVA (8/5): - Todo muy nuevo y con gusto decorado, práctico. Check in sin problema y buena comunicación con el propietario. Al ser un bajo se oyen los ruidos de la calle, tranvía,etc. El barrio no lo volvería elegir si fuese a ir de nuevo a Valencia. Parking de enfrente con gorrillas y supermercado lejos. Poca restauración alrededor, sobretodo en el horario de cenas.

• Ángel (10/5): Alojamiento renovado - Alojamiento renovado con todos los utensilios para pasar varios días, cercano a la playa y al lado de una parada de autobús con linea directa con el centro. Zona de aparcamiento sencilla porque hay un descampado en la calle de atrás, no tuvimos ningún problema con el alojamiento y el sofá cama era cómodo para dormir. La zona es tranquila y no se escucha ruido, opción ideal para no estar en todo el centro de Valencia pero poder ir en 20 minutos y disfrutar también de su playa Es un bajo, no tiene luz natural pero está muy bien iluminado

Realmente es un bajo o un local reacondicionado en dos lofts, por lo que no hay ventanas por las que asomarse, aunque decorados con buen gusto lo que hace la estancia agradable. La zona no es la más bonita de Valencia para pasear, pero Malvarrosa está a 5 minutos.

Al mover el sofá para abrirlo, había suciedad, polvo, papeles,... Y el suelo del baño tampoco estaba al 100% limpio.

Apartment was very modern and very clean. Would have liked a kettle as we don’t drink coffee. There is a bit of a smell in the apartment but they have a few plug in air fresheners to combat it. It is also right on the road so you get noise from trams/ cars/people.

• Daniela (10/5): Estancia increíble en un alojamiento de 10 - Todo estaba muy limpio y cuidado, y se nota que lo han renovado hace poco porque es moderno. La cama me sorprendió, era muy comoda y con unas sábanas que olían de maravilla. Estaba todo muy limpio!! La ubicación es perfecta, literalmente a un minuto de la playa, y con transporte público justo al lado (tranvía y bus), lo que hace muy fácil moverse por toda Valencia sin coche. Otro punto a favor es que incluyen Netflix gratuito y dos tarjetas para usar en la ciudad, algo que facilita muchísimo la estancia. En general, es un alojamiento muy práctico y agradable para disfrutar de la playa y de Valencia con total comodidad. Sin duda repetiría.

• Lilia (5/5): - Abbiamo dormito solo una notte. L’appartamento corrisponde alle foto. Carino. Siamo stati nell'appartamento per una notte e abbiamo avuto un'esperienza piuttosto negativa. Appena entrati, abbiamo notato la presenza di scarafaggi in cucina, il che ci ha sorpreso. La notte era piovosa e faceva freddo, ma non ci sono state fornite coperte calde. Abbiamo acceso l'aria calda ma i rumori degli elettrodomestici e quelli provenienti dalla strada rendevano difficile dormire. L'appartamento è situato a piano terra e di sera qualcuno ha bussato alla porta, il che ci ha fatto sentire un po' a disagio. Inoltre, il proprietario ci ha chiesto di verificare i danni lasciati dagli ospiti precedenti, il che ci è sembrato un po' strano. In generale, non consiglierei questo appartamento senza prima verificare meglio le condizioni e la sicurezza."

• Rogier (8/5): Prima uitgangspunt voor bezoek aan Valencia - Goede locatie, goed uitgangspunt voor zowel strand als stad. Leuk, gezellig en ruim appartement. Dicht aan de straat waardoor geluid van buiten en ook gehorig van buren. Evengoed wel goed geslapen. Geen/weinig daglicht, wel goed en veel kunstlicht. Enige ramen naast deur beplakt met anti-inkijkfolie, voelt wat opgesloten hierdoor, maar je bent toch vooral buiten.

Все отзывы о самом жилье правдивые. В квартире все есть и стиралка и посудомойка и духовка и микроволновка, кофеварка, кондиционер, вентилятор, зонтик для пляжа, гладильная доска, утюг, сушилка. Кровать хорошая, но узкая, где-то 140 см, немного некомфорта спать если вы вдвоём немаленькие) так как это первый этаж, то нет окон и веранды, немного душновато спать без кондиционера, посудомойка машина плохо моет посуду

• Mery P (7/5): - Apartamento nuevo, muy bonito decorado. Muy cerca de la playa. Los utensilios de cocina son muy completos, tienen muchos detalles que hacen la estancia cómoda y todo es nuevo. Es un bajo a pie de calle, aunque al parecer está insonorizada la puerta, se escuchan los ruidos del tranvía y de personas que hablan fuera del alojamiento en la calle por la noche, lo que dificulta el descanso. Hay muchos mendigos y busca vidas en la zona (gorrillas, algunos con muy mala pinta). El aparato del aire acondicionado es muy ruidoso, lo deberían cambiar, eso es algo fácil de mejorar. Aunque no es importante, echamos de menos un tostador.

• Ibáñez (7/5): Apartamento muy bien, zona muy regular. - El apartamento estaba muy bien Cómodo Limpio Cerca playa no es primera linea pero no está lejos. Al estar a pie de calle se oye bastante ruido(coches, broncas etc) El baño tiene cierto olor. Lo único comentar que por la ubicación hay bastantes indigentes y los llamados gorrillas que no dan tranquilidad.

The apartment had quite space for us to stay big table kitchen and verything we needed for short time we stayed. They have to put another mirror and more clothes storage to help on emptying the luggage. The rest was quite good.
