- Jurgita (8/5): Needs better upkeep - The space is nice, the room is spacious. The food both at breakfast and dinner was nice. The area of the hotel is beautiful and calm The bathroom in the room needed to be cleaned better. The floor tiles could really use a deep cleaning as they are very dirty, the kind of dirt that does not go away just with a mop anymore. The floor in the spa area as well as on the way to the restaurant needs to be fixed, for a 5 star hotel it does not look good.

C est un bel hôtel reposant spacieux. Le personnel du restaurant du petit déjeuner pas aimable et le personnel débarrassé les assiettes sans nous demander si on a fini. L horaire du petit déjeuner jusqu’à 10h30 a 10h15 le personnel débarrasse tout pour un 5 etoiles c est iinadmissible !

- Alejandra (8/5): - Las instalaciones del hotel y el servicio de transporte tren-barco a la playa virgen. Además de la amabilidad del personal de recepción El personal de limpieza era muy intrusivo. Llamaba a la puerta y un segundo después, sin darte tiempo a contestar, estaba dentro de la habitación. Entiendo su labor, pero creo que la intimidad de los clientes está por encima de eso. Y más si le preguntas amablemente si puede volver después y aún así se queda en la habitación debatiendo un rato.

A simpatia dos funcionários, principalmente do João na recepção. Os cortinados blackout do quarto não são muito eficientes, deixam passar muita claridade. No buffet deveria existir opções de sumo sem gás, o que não existe, ao almoço e jantar.

Our upgraded room was large and clean with comfortable beds. The morning and evening buffet/restaurant was kept clean and organised. The choice of food was a bit repetitive over the 6 days but otherwise ok. The 'club' atmosphere including loud music and animation in the garden/pool area during the day.

- Maxime (7/5): Un séjour correct - L'emplacement, la piscine. La résidence dans l'ensemble est sympa, l'appartement est propre et spacieux. Il manque des équipements dans la cuisine, comme une machine a café ou une bouilloire. Le personnel est un peu froid. Il manque la possibilité de transformer les deux lits simple en un double, malgré qu'ils soient collés ils bougent et il n'y pas de couverture double.

- Marcelle Lisboa (7/5): Bom - Piscina limpa e agradável, apesar de parte dela estar fechada. Funcionários simpáticos, ter um supermercado dentro do resort foi incrível. Esquecemos telemóveis dos filhos e apesar de não conseguirem enviar, estão guardados até podermos ir buscar. Camas de solteiro juntas e não uma cama de casal. Durante a noite ao mexer a cama separa e foi muito desconfortável. O spa ser pago a parte não é uma coisa boa e em dias de tempo ruim não podíamos usar a piscina aquecida. Mini clube com animação em Francês em alguns horários (não entendi o motivo).

- Nelson (3/5): No Hotel foi excepcional. - Localização e envolvência. Na parte do The Club não foi muito agradável ficar, a zona da piscina muito cheia de crianças pequenas e ruído. O bar da piscina estava encerrado. Havia outras piscinas mas estavam fora de serviço. Depois da primeira noite pedi para trocar para o Hotel, sendo mais caro tive que pagar a diferença, mas valeu a pena cada centavo. Muito mais cuidado, zona da piscina muito melhor, assim como o bar da piscina e jantar, comida com melhor qualidade e variedade. Os funcionários foram muito atenciosos no processo de transferência do The Club para o hotel.

- Aníbal (8/5): - El lugar donde está es muy tranquilo y rodeado de naturaleza, con parking incluido, buen tamaño de apartamento, en buen estado. Personal atento. Las camas podrías ser algo mejores sin ser malas. La televisión era pequeña y el sofá algo incómodo al ser sofa cama, pero por calidad precio en las fechas que estuvimos fue muy buena experiencia.
