• Viktória (9/5): A fent jelzett kellemetlenségektől eltekintve nagyon jó szállás, jó helyen, csak ajánlani tudom! - Nagyon tágas, kényelmes apartman. 8-an mentünk (3 család), és kényelmesen elfértünk. Központi helyen van, így tényleg minden elérhető 2-3 perc alatt. Megfizethetetlen, hogy tartozik a szálláshoz 1 parkoló, és a szállásadó nagyon rugalmas volt, amikor jeleztük, hogy még egy parkolóra szükségünk lenne plusz térítés ellenében. Illetve gyorsan reagált akkor is, amikor jeleztünk, hogy nincs internet. -Érkezéskor a bejutás problémás volt. Nem működött a link, ami azt mutatta volna be, hogy hogyan kell nyitni az ajtót. A garázshoz a kapunyitó a lakásban volt, a környéken meg nem volt parkolóhely, ezért elég sokáig tartott, mire bejutottunk, illetve kipakoltunk. Nem túl jó megoldás, hogy az ajtónyitó link csak egy telefonról működik, illetve hogy csak 1 kulcsot kapunk. Mi 8-an voltunk, ezért amikor nem együtt mozogtunk, meg kellett szervezni, hogy ki hogyan fog bejutni a lakásba. -A wifi nem túl erős, a nappaliban kiválóan működik, a szobákban viszont elég gyenge volt. -A szállás valóban elég zajos, pedig csukott ablakoknál aludtunk. -A konyhában néhány alapdolog jó lenne pl. cukor, papírtörlő, olaj, 1-2 kávékapszula... Pár eurós tételek ezek, amiket megvásároltunk, amikor kiderült, hogy nincs, de egy egész napos utazás után nem feltétlenül bevásárlással szeretne az ember indítani.

• Maria Carmen (8/5): - La casa tiene buena ubicación, estaba muy limpia y las camas son muy cómodas. El mando del parking no funcionaba y al llamar a Atención al cliente y ser un sábado por la noche no contestó nadie. Tuvimos que conseguir nosotros otra pila de un mando nuestro para poder meter el coche. Además, la entrada a la cochera es bastante estrecha. Aunque la plaza es amplia y cómoda. Tampoco te dan nada más que una llave y el código para entrar por el portal sólo lo puede llevar una persona en el móvil, así que teníamos que volver a la vez todo el grupo para poder entrar. Tampoco encontramos en la casa nada básico, ni sal, aceite, café, ni gel de baño. Nada de cortesía, que sería de agradecer para la primera noche que llegas.

• Will (10/5): Great place and location - Great location and property! Parking was a great feature making things very easy. Very clean property with great facilities. Internet failed a few times but I think that was a provider issue and not a property issue.

• MERCEDES (6/5): - Muy centrico y cerca de todo, muy amplio y con parquing. Muy ruidoso, los cristales parecen papel, y caluroso, pese a tener ventiladores en todas las habitaciones, pero son de pie. No había ni escoba para poder barrer y a penas 5 pinzas de ropa.
• Rodrigo (9/5): Superb - The beds, the beds, the beds....I mean... they were extremely comfortable. Our own bed at home is excellent, this one was better. The place is quite large and each one of the guests were really happy with the beds. Ours was the room near the entrance and it was incredible. I thought it was going to be too hard but it was just perfect! Thank you very much. The pillows were also very comfy. In general the place is large very large. We got lost a constantly. It has all the basic amenities. And location is walking distance to lago Martianez (we walked there) and the cofradia (good fresh fish there) . There are plenty of restaurants and amenities very near. The location is great. There is parking (very challenging entrance). The address given in the instructions is to the main pedestrian entrance. If you are driving this is a problem as there is no place to park. The car entrance is on the side. If you come by the "calle José de arroyo" and then turn left into calle Perez Zamora. The access is better. There is a small parking area (there is normally not space but you can park on one side while you go upstairs to check in and then into the parking). Please change this so people driving can make it this way. There is also a pedestrian entrance by the side entrance, so this is the best approach (Via calle Perez Zamora )and will be also the one to use to reach the Lago Martianez. The great location has the down side that it is noisy and the flat can be a bit noisy as a result. It is not disabled friendly. There is a lift, but the flat is three steps from the lift as it is, sort of a middle, upper floor. So bear this in mind. It is almost disabled friendly but it is not. Other than than the place is fantastic.

• Tea (8/5): Nice spacious appartment with garage - Good location, very spacious. Kitchen well equiped. Nice old style furniture and decor. Our teens loved the play room. Garage under the building. Very loud at night, a bit complicated check in.
• Tetiana (10/5): Exceptional - The best. Huge apartment in the city center, close to everything. Loved it. Definitely would come back again! Plates not suitable for microwave and a bit noisy at night (ppl coming back ftom bars and screaming /laughing)
• Linda (10/5): Excellent place to stay - Great location in Puerto de la Cruz, in the city center, close to the ocean, many restaurants around, very close to supermarket and small grocery store. The flat is huge, nice, well equipped. Very comfortable beds and pillows. 3 bathrooms! That is great when you stay at the property as a group with kids. We loved the stay there and would love to come back again!
• Amanda (4/5): Beautiful apartment, but cleanliness issues with no support from management team - The apartment itself is beautiful, and full of interesting furniture and decor. It's very large and spacious and the layout worked well overall for our group of 6. The location is very central (but warning - noisy!) Unfortunately, the communication and service from the managing agency was lacking. Immediately upon arrival we noticed that the kitchen was full of ants and alerted the managers. They responded that they would talk to the team and get back to us with a solution. Even with a follow up message 2 days later, at which point the ants were swarming the counters, kitchen table, baseboards, and garbage can, they did not propose any solutions. We were unable to use the kitchen at all or eat in the apartment during our 3 night stay. This was the point of renting an apartment versus a hotel, so it was frustrating and disappointing. We also had an issue where without warning, the water was turned off in the building. This did not impact us during the day as we went on a daytrip. When we returned at 6:30pm, the water was still off. I spoke with a municipal worker on the street who said they had fixed their portion, but there was an internal building issue at this point so the water could not be turned back on. I contacted the management team and they said they would look into it. We never received any more information, but eventually the water was turned back on. I would think residents are notified when something like this happens and it would have been nice to have a heads up from management that we'd be without running water for an extended period of time. The final thing that bothered me was that we were expected to take out the garbage when we left. This was a total of 1 ant filled kitchen trash can, and 3 bathroom trash cans (you cannot flush toilet paper). After a cost of nearly $300 per night, plus the other issues, collecting and disposing of the garbage down the street while lugging all of our suitcases was annoying. For the price, we expected better support from the management. All of my concerns were clearly communicated, with no solutions offered. Although the apartment itself is very beautiful and in a great location, I hesitate to recommend it.
• Ales (10/5): Exceptional - Ideal location, very spacious, beautiful bathrooms. Excellent beds and pillows :-). Parking available. Place noisier due to central location. Good support from the property manager.
