Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.

Bec (1/5): I love Nelson Bay just not where we stayed - Location We were really looking forward to our stay at this property, especially with its stunning waterfront views. However, our experience was quite disappointing. The property lacks air conditioning and ceiling fans, which made a significant impact during our stay in Nelson Bay, where temperatures reached 30°C. The main bedroom, which had a beautiful view, turned into an unbearable heat trap. We were left with the choice of either keeping the blinds down all day to block out the sun—losing the view in the process—or leaving them open and struggling to sleep due to the excessive heat. To make matters worse, the bed was extremely uncomfortable—so much so that I ended up sleeping on the lounge, and my partner even resorted to sleeping on the floor at one point. The pillows were completely flat and lacked any support, forcing me to use a cushion instead. In hindsight, I wish I had brought my own. For the price we paid—over $5,000—I expected a much higher standard of comfort. Unfortunately, this stay fell far short of expectations, and we won’t be returning to this property in the future.
