• Mariel (9/5): - Superfriendly host! Great location, walking distance from city center, on a nice square. Some restaurants,bars and supermarket very close by. Appartment was clean and well equipped (shampoo, shower gel, olive oil, salt, tea, sugar, …), good bed, quiet at night. Located on ground floor. We really liked our stay here! The kitchen sponge and dishrag were already used, but this is a minor detail. For the rest everything was really good!

• Magdalene Bernadette Tan (10/5): A Gem in Florence - 1. Host Sabrina was a delight to communicate with. Friendly and helpful. She helped to call a taxi upon check out. 2. Distance is walkable to the train station however as I had heavy luggages after shopping, it was better to take a taxi even though it was a very short journey. We walked from train station to accommodation on Day 1 as the distance was walkable and easy to navigate with Google maps. 3. Clean and cosy place. Cupboard did not smell musky, place had a nice smell from the diffuser. A towel rack and sufficient hangers were provided. 4. Convenient location with a Chapel, restaurants, supermarket, laundromat, pharmacy, and most importantly, a gelato shop nearby. 5. Adaptors were provided for use. We stayed 6 nights and there were no issues with hot water, flushing, and WiFi reception. This place is highly recommended for a cosy stay. Will definitely choose this place again if I come back to Florence. 1. There were no shampoo and conditioner but that is not a problem for me as I always bring mine. Bring your own or you can always buy one from the nearby supermarket.

• Fabrizio (9/5): Excellent cozy apartment with a great location - The apartment is very clean and comes extremely well equipped with everything you need and more. The location is great, in a less touristy area but close enough to reach most of the touristic attractions by waking. Sabrina, the host, is extremely attentive and always available in case you need recommendations or help. I am very happy with the service we got. If there could be something to improve, I would say it is the mattress of the bed, as it is currently too thin and you can feel the support of the bed.

• Christopher (9/5): Good location and experience in Florence. - Location was very good, over the river, so a little less touristy but still close to major tourist destinations. The host was very friendly and helpful and also met us at the accommodation when we arrived, which is also a big bonus. Also within a short distance to the main railway station. Facilities were very good with a full kitchen, although excluding a microwave. It had an air conditioning unit and a bathroom that was an adequate size and a shower that was OK pressure wise and had sufficient hot water. There are a number of restaurants close by, a couple of small supermarkets, and a very popular shop selling Gelato which was excellent. We were happy with everything.
• Annalisa (7/5): Good - It's a cozy small appartement, it stays cool in summer since it's ground floor. And you don't hear anything for any neighbors. We were welcomed friendly and taken care of. For Florence standards good value for money. It looked newer on the photos, nice place but a little rundown.

• Debra (10/5): Such sweet memories from a wonderful little apartment in a lovely area! - Where do I begin to describe this wonderful little apartment we called "home" for 10 days so conveniently located? Sabrina met us there upon arrival and we immediately loved her. She gave us all the local information we needed and said to contact her if we needed anything at all. We didn't, we had all we needed right there. There was a grocery store around the corner, a church behind us that you saw out the livingroom window and you could hear the church bells ringing. There were restaurants all around, but the location is not loud. It's just a short walk to Pont Vecchio and many other attractions. Sabrina arranged a taxi for us on our last morning and came to say goodbye. Should we return to Florence, we will definately stay in this charming apartment again and we highly recommend it. We missed it as soon as we left! Thank you Sabrina for your hospitality and making us feel at home!!! Debra & Van USA Nothing.

There was seemingly endless options for food and drink nearby and it felt like everything we wanted was within a 10-20min walk away. Our apartment was clean, cozy, comfortable, and safe. Sabrina was an excellent host - she welcomed us warmly (even after a 5hour delay with the trains coming from Rome) and showed us the apartment, and helped us get situated. Sabrina provided excellent recommendations for food/drink and sights to see, all of which we checked out and they did not disappoint! We would enthusiastically recommend a stay here! There was nothing we disliked!
