• jijipe (10/5): Great apartment in Athens downtown with secured parking - Good communication with the host and easy process to check-in and check-out. The secured parking (for an average-size car) is a huge bonus. You can walk to bus stop in 5 minutes or to Victoria metro station in 10 minutes, just 2 stations away from Monastiraki. The apartment has everything we needed. The bed's mattress was little bit soft to our taste

• Nataliay (9/5): Nice apartment with private parking. I recommend it. - We had a comfortable stay at this apartment. The private parking is a great option for Athens. The apartment has a large and lovely balcony, it’s on the 3rd floor with an elevator, and there are three air conditioners – one in each room. The mattresses were comfortable, and we appreciated that all the “starters” (salt, sugar, spices, tea, and coffee) were provided. Everything was clean, the WiFi was fast, and there is a SMART TV available. Although the apartment and the plumbing are a bit worn out, it still feels cozy. A supermarket is just 5 minutes away on foot, and the “Biktoria” metro station is an 8-minute walk. From there, it takes only three stops (with one transfer) to reach the “Acropolis” metro station. The flush mechanism in the toilet tank needs repair

• Halyna (9/5): Great accomodation - The check-in instructions were clear and it was easy to follow them. Great spacious flat. Nice and cool, it was what we needed after a hot day out. Has everything you might need. The Wi-Fi quality is also good. There was no hot water when we tried first time. We had to turn on the boiler and wait for it to heat the water. It was not a big problem, the water got heated within 1-2 hours. But would be better if it was already on when we checked in
• Maria (8/5): Nice, clean apartment, with secure parking and convenient location at Kypseli, Athens. - Location, proximity to taverns, transportation, farmers market, coffee shops etc. Even though it has a secure parking, (rare finding for the area Kypseli) the parking spot is very small and only fits economy car comfortably.
• Dimitris (5/5): Late check-in, tight parking space, safe building - Large house, can accommodate up to 5 people. Large balcony. Well equipped kitchen. Safe building and parking place. A number of things were not pleasant and made our experience bad. More specifically: 1. The owner offered us check in at 15:00. We were at the house at 14:45. We even entered and parked in the parking lot. We were then informed that the house was not ready and it would take about half an hour to get it ready. In the end this was a lie as well. The cleaning lady came at 15:30 and the work was completed at 16:45. Result? We lost at least 2 hours of our schedule and our rest from the trip. The excuses were not convincing as they had plenty of time to update. I consider this unprofessional to say the least. I have stayed elsewhere, experienced other incidents but never anything like this. I might add that it was a particularly hot day at 35 degrees Celsius. 2. Parking place: The space is not only narrow but also dangerous for a driver without experience with a relatively normal hatchback vehicle, needs a lot of talent to fit the vehicle. You will see related pictures of the space with my vehicle. If I had rented a vehicle or if it was new I wouldn't even try to park it. Even with the experience I have. In fact you will see the broken plastic boundary poles from others trying to park. The description should state the net space dimensions and what vehicle they fit in. 3. The house needs maintenance and care. Window frames that shake. Broken accessories in the bathroom. Broken locks on windows. 4. Housekeeping: I don't know if it was the rush to hand over the room for the bad cleanliness or if it is something common. However I read it in other reviews as well.
• Svetla (9/5): excellent place to stay - The appartment is very comfortable in a safe building, large, clean and nice rooms. the parking space is unusable uless you are with a small compact car like reno clio or citroen c3. The good thing is that the street is compararively calm and you can park on the street. Also there is paid underground parking on walking distance.

• Konstantinos (8/5): Clean, practical, good communication - The beds were quite comfortable. We were at the apartment only for a night’s sleep, so it was nice to crash to a decent bed. Parking in central Athens is a challenge, and we greatly appreciated the guaranteed and gated parking space at the location. However, the allocated parking space is super tight, and there is a high risk of scratching the car to keep it within the marked line. A note for those who come with rental cars without an extra insurance premium.. (I decided to not do it for the car’s sake). We had a standard size hatchback and was impossible to park it fully inside the line.

• Samita (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing apartment, with very big balcony, super clean and super comfy. It's so beautiful inside... Also the fact that it's very close to the center (no more than 5min walk), helped us seize the day and wander around the city center so easily. When I'm visiting Athens, I would always choose it

• Laura (8/5): Great place to stay in the city if you're travelling with pets or need private parking. - Beds were so comfortable. Nice full kitchen for cooking. Very safe building with elevator. Very happy to find a place that allowed pets and had private parking. It's extremely hard to find parking in the city so the parking spot was a huge help when travelling with dogs and at 8 months pregnant! The parking spot was very small for our large car so plan on that. The streets are also extremely tight when approaching location. Couch in apartment was quite stained. Not the most modern/luxurious accommodation.
