• soren (7/5): Tæt på strand og indkøb, kold pool og dårlig beliggenhed - Praktisk placering tæt på indkøb og restauranter. 10 minutters gang til stranden og til busstationen. Godt udstyret med toiletpapir, håndklæder, karklude, opvaskemiddel, shampoo og alle de småting, man ofte står og mangler. God rengøring og rent sengetøj. God kommunikation med værten. God wifi. Puerto Rico er meget turistet på den ucharmerende måde, men det er jo ikke lejlighedens skyld. Beliggenheden lige ud til en stærkt trafikeret vej og direkte over for barer og restauranter betyder dog, at man får det hele MEGET tæt på. Især fordi den udendørs terrasse vender direkte ud til gaden. Vinduerne isolerer dog ret godt for nattestøj. Poolen var iskold, da vi var der omkring nytår. Dårlig partymusik i poolbaren og storrygende gæster gjorde desuden stemningen omkring poolen forfærdelig. Så for os var poolen nærmest ubrugelig.

• Cecilia (10/5): Centralt och stort boende. - Läget är bra, centralt precis bredvid gamla köpcentrumet över gatan, men även gångavstånd till Puerto Rico stranden. Stor lägenhet med två sovrum, två toaletter och öppen planlösning med rikligt utrustat kök med bardisk och barstolar, soffa och stor tv. Bra och snabb wifi i lägenheten. Stor uteplats med bord, stolar och en solsäng. Eftermiddagssol på uteplatsen. Mysigt runt poolen på hotellet där det även fanns enklare restaurang/ bar. Enkelt att komma i kontakt med värden vid frågor och fick svar inom 10 min. Trots läge nära barer är fönstren ljudisolerade och nattsömnen stördes inte av oljud. Poolen på hotellet är inte uppvärmd, så åker man när det är svalare ute upplevs vattnet som svalt.

• Ellen (10/5): The room is well soundproofed, the air conditioning is very comfortable, and the location is super - Our three adults were very satisfied with our stay here, and the overall experience far exceeded our expectations. The photos and description of the property were exactly the same, and the check-in process was smooth—communication was clear and the transition was easy. A few points I'd like to highlight: • Two air-conditioned bedrooms—excellent soundproofing: Both bedrooms have independent air conditioners, which provide excellent cooling. More importantly, the soundproofing is excellent, allowing for a very quiet night's sleep without being disturbed by noise from the street or neighbors outside. This ensures excellent sleep quality, making it especially suitable for those with noise sensitivity or those who need a midday nap. • Centrally located and extremely convenient: The apartment is in the heart of the city, within walking distance of supermarkets, restaurants, snack bars, and the bus station. The surrounding area is full of amenities, making travel and shopping very convenient. • The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: a stove, refrigerator, microwave/electric kettle, basic pots and pans, dishes, and cutlery. Dishwashing liquid, paper towels, plastic wrap, common seasonings (such as salt and oil), and even coffee and tea bags are provided, making cooking and simple baking very convenient. Everything is clean, tidy, and organized. • Other amenities: The room was immaculately cleaned, the bedding was comfortable, the public WiFi was stable (sufficient speed), and the layout was well-organized, making it spacious and comfortable for three adults. A small note: This type of accommodation is very popular, so we were lucky to have booked it in advance; if we had checked closer to the time, it would likely have been fully booked. Overall, it was a very comfortable and secure stay—highly recommended for families, small groups of friends, or business trips! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends. Everything is perfect Nothing we didnt like was amazing place and location lovely owners and had all we needed x 10 mins in and i locked us out and owners wer there in 5 mins to save the day and couldny be any nicer x
• Corina (10/5): Top location, sound proof brilliant, owners restaurant gorgeous food - Apartment 45. Location was excellent, sound proofing done its job as bars across the road are quite noisy but once the doors were closed could just hear muffled sounds but all sort of ended by 12-1am anyway. We all slept soundly and the beds were really comfortable. Bunk beds are great, all rentals should have them as allows more opportunities for families. The owner also has a restaurant across the street in shopping centre which was absolutely beautiful food, would highly recommend a visit to them. My kids got medium rare steaks and cleaned their plates, chicken was gorgeous and staff also very friendly. Genuinely one of the nicest places we eat in Puerto Rico. Unfortunately the snack bar was closed the whole week we were there as owner sick and only opened the day we left so didn’t get a chance to try it which was a pity as was another reason I booked this property for handiness of eating by the pool. I’ve added photo of us at owners restaurant taken by lovely waiter, just can’t think of restaurant name but business card in apartment. I only have videos of apartment which there’s no option to upload but all as are in photos on listing here. Think there should be a set price for property per night, not sure what difference it makes if there are 4 or 5 staying but extra €350 per week per person seems pretty steep as it doesn’t effect anything. The ants crawling through the kitchen cupboards are a menace, can’t be stopped I suppose but had to throw out pancakes id taken with me as there was an infestation in every pack so storing food unless in seal tight container isn’t ideal. I moved cereal and stuff to top of fridge and didn’t seem to have an issue there with them though. Still, wouldn’t put me off booking here again as it was a brilliant location and ideal for myself family.

From the convenience of been right across from all restaurants shops & bars, 10minute walk to the beach with great water sport activities, our pool was just outside out door & up a few steps, never a shortage of sun loungers! Our host was excellent!

• Philippa (10/5): Excellent accommodation in a great area! - Location was excellent, lots of choice of shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Apartment spotless on arrival and very well equipped. Great to have air conditioning in bedrooms. Easy to cool the downstairs just by opening patio doors. Pool bar served lovely food at reasonable prices. Nothing! Everything was excellent!
• Ian (7/5): Good location, good apartment if some minor changes were made - Location was great, soundproofing definitely helped, air con in the bedrooms was good. Pool was good - nice that they have pool bar, service was spot on and fair pricing for the area. Secure premises and plenty of space. Bed lining, duvet and pillows needs updated and would be better if it was just plain white. Decor was dated in places but not bad. Other apartments seem to have a lot of short lets with locals so sometimes the pool was too busy to get a sunbed and other days quiet. Aircon in the living room would be nice.

Location right next to the Puerto Rico shopping centre, easy access. The apartment felt secure with key access to get into the facilities as well as of course keys for the apartment itself. Everything was as we anticipated,

• Stephen (10/5): Ticked all our holiday boxes, amazing accommodation - Beautiful apartment, exceptionally clean by and very well equipped. Location was perfect and although there was a lot of noise from commercial centre at night this did not affect our holiday. Used the pool bar which was great value for money and food was very good, staff were so friendly and added to the enjoyment of our holiday. Hotel staff were very helpful, polite and accommodating. Will definitely be considering a further visit in the future.

• Erika (10/5): Fantastic bungalow - The bungalow was fantastic. Had everything you needed and in the best location right across the road from the main bars and restaurants. The bungalow is soundproofed so you don't hear the noise from the bars across the road once you close the doors. A 10 min walk down to the beach. The owners were amazing. Big thank you to Luis and his wife . Very friendly people. Great communication. Always able to get in touch with him and always answered any questions straight away. We had a problem with the down stairs toilet door that locked. And Luis arrived with his handyman and sorted out the problem within the hour. Great service👍. We were also able to stay in the bungalow til 4pm on day of departure as we had a late flight .we will definetly be returning. I'd recommend this property. I can assure you, you won't be dissapointed. Thanks again Luis 😎 Nothing to dislike
• Liam (10/5): Exceptional - We had two apartments to accommodate our family trip, on our first holiday to Puerto Rico. We had a fantastic experience at the privately owned Bungalows, Monte Carlo complex. Brilliantly located, our hosts were fantastic. Apartments were spotless, with lots of space, fitted with everything we needed, air-con in the very spacious bedrooms. Close to everything with a large terrace out front. Highly recommend, we can't wait for our next trip! Yes, you can hear some noise from the amenities opposite but did not impact us negatively in any way whatsoever. The bonus is proximity to everything, a great pool and the wonderful Juan serving the best food with a smile at the pool bar. Safe and very comfortable. Cara - Ireland 🇮🇪 ♥️
• Kuhnert (10/5): Very nice if you want to reach everything on foot - Everything was very clean and everything you needed was there. From detergent to beach toys and parasols, shower gel, toilet paper, whatever it was, everything was there. Normally I like it quieter, but as a family we decided to be closer to the action this time. So we could reach everything on foot immediately, supermarkets, restaurants, shopping, especially the new shopping mall is very nice. The most important and most beautiful beaches can be reached within 5-10 minutes by car, such as: Anfi del Mar or Amadores Beach. the hosts are very friendly

• Craig (10/5): Monte Carlo Bungalow - Excellent bungalow. Very clean, and comfortable. The host, Louis was on hand when required to ensure everything was perfect for us and provided lots of little extras to ensure a perfect stay. WiFi kept our adult children occupied and air conditioning was a blessing. It's as close as they say it is to the commercial centre but great for people watching on a night and the sound insulation makes for a quiet night's sleep. The pool area isnt the largest but generally quiet most of the week so no real issue in getting sunbeds etc. Also the pool bar is definitely a real plus. The bar owner Juan is a nice guy, keeps his bar prices low and the food is excellent and really good value. If you've a later departure time (10am for exiting the property), as this is a private complex, facilities aren't great for showering or storing baggage when you leave. Consider booking an extra day or speak to Louis well in advance of your trip.

Air-conditioning upstairs and a fan down stairs. Extremely comfortable beds, great furniture on the balcony. All cleaning products/toiletries provided. Added bonus of large smart TV. Safe provided, full range of proper crockery, mugs, glasses etc. Beds were so comfy we slept in a lot 😂😂
• Ian (10/5): Thoroughly enjoyable , with lots of entertainment and restaurants in a fun atmosphere, and also the property has great s - Fantastic hosts who also own a very good restaurant in the shopping centre opposite , everything you could want, that you can’t take with you was covered by the hosts , location is perfect for anyone, especially those who struggle to cope with to many steps to climb to the higher places situated all over this incredible little town , free parking an added bonus to and having its own wifi and air con was also a bonus , highly recommend this property to all Nothing to not like
