El apartamento responde a las fotos de la pagina y esta en muy buen estado de conservación. Nada de ruidos a pesar de la zona. La cama algo incómoda poco firme y necesita revisión el caudal y estado del grifo de la ducha. Seria conveniente valorar el poner una persiana en cada ventana del dormitorio.para evitar las luces de los vecinos de noche y la luz del dia
• Armando (10/5): Apartamento ideal para tu visita a Córdoba. - Estupendo apartamento en el centro de Córdoba, tranquilo, cerca de todo y equipado con todo lujo de detalles y además muy económico, que más se puede pedir. Si estás buscando alojamiento en Córdoba no busques más este es tu apartamento. Eso lo hablo con la dueña en privado pero poco hay que comentar.

Would highly recommend - Location was right in the heart of Cordoba ( wife loved that ZARA was straight across entry door). Every sight was within walking distance and available selection of supermarkets, shops and restaurants catered for all budgets. Beautiful city and apartment condition and amenities were 1st class. Would recommend without hesitation. No issues found

Falta de productos para la lavadora, no hay servilletas, falta un mueble que es bastante importante para dejar ropa en el dormitorio y que aparece en las fotos, y en la descripción no se menciona en ningún momento que solamente tenga salida a un patio interior

• Eva (10/5): Si vuelvo a Córdoba volveré a este alojamiento - Me ha encantado este alojamiento, ha sido perfecto, comodísimo para el descanso después de las grandes caminatas para ver la ciudad, tanto el colchón como la almohada super cómodas y confortables. Todo estaba en perfecto estado y muy limpio. Todo tipo de utensilios de cocina por si quieres comer algún día en el alojamiento. La ubicación inmejorable. Y sobre todo mención especial a la dueña, fue super amable con nosotras, y la comunicación fue facilísima y clara. Muy contenta con mi reserva, lo recomiendo 100%.

En pleno centro a pocos pasos de visitar lo más emblemático de Córdoba El apartamento es amplio y bonito. La cama cómoda y la cocina con todo lo necesario si deseas cocinar allí A pesar de estar tan céntrico y siendo Nochevieja, no se escucha ningún ruido de la calle, lo que te permite descansar sin problemas Al dar a un patio interior, es bastante oscuro Es necesario la renovación de varias cosas. Las más importantes: la ducha, dado que es imposible ducharte con la alcachofa de ducha, solo con la fija que hay arriba, lo que resulta muy incómodo si no quieres mojarte el pelo cada vez que te duches, es necesario cambiarla Y la puerta del baño que no cierra, imposible la intimidad Como mejora creo que tendrían que cambiarse las sartenes, están muy usadas y se pega la comida, sería útil una alfombrilla de baño, paños de cocina y un escurre vajillas donde quepan platos y vasos, en el que hay es imposible colocar ni un solo vaso o taza.

• Banana.C (6/5): 적당한 코르도바 아파트먼트 - 코르도바 역에서 버스를 타면 금방 도착할 수 있습니다. 바로 옆에 대형마트가 있어서 좋아요. 관광지는 대부분 도보로 이용 가능했습니다. 숙소가 넓고, 필요한 것들이 잘 갖추어져 있었습니다. 광장 근처라 편의시설이 많이 있었는데, 밤에 시끄럽지도 않아 좋았어요. 호스트는 왓츠앱으로 연락이 가능하며, 요구사항이 있으면 해결해주려 했습니다. 모든 과정은 비대면이었습니다. (장점이자 단점일 수 있음) 샤워기 헤드는 교체가 필요해 보입니다. 샤워기로써의 기능을 제대로 하지 않아요. 세탁기 덮개는 잘 떨어집니다. 커피머신은 있는데, 커피캡슐은 제공되지 않았어요. 전반적으로 시설 관리에 좀 더 관심이 필요해 보입니다. 여름의 경우에는 거실에만 에어컨이 있어 침실은 좀 더울 수도 있을 것 같네요. 해당 건물의 입주민들이 외부로 나갈 때, 건물 출입문을 열쇠로 여는 방식이었는데, 체크 아웃 시, 가이드대로 객실 키를 객실 안에 넣고 객실 문을 닫으면 건물 출입문을 열 수 있는 방법이 없어 보였습니다. 저희는 한 명이 건물 출입문을 열린 채로 붙잡고 다른 한 명이 객실 키를 객실에 놓고 오는 방법을 사용했습니다. 적절한 가이드가 필요할 것 같아요.

So u don't get where to complain... See if you can park in this space and they ask for the payment upfront in cash !!! I paid but I had to park elsewhere...

• Nicola (10/5): Excellent location - Excellent location in pedestrianised city center,, a few minutes walk from all main sites. Quiet, in a safe feeling building with good security. It is not a historic building. Clean and attractive with everything you need. We used the car park option which is 5 minutes easy walk and also secure.. There is no street parking. Key pick up sounded complicated but was easy in fact. A bit dark as it looks onto a small interior courtyard, but that is typical of the local building style This would make it cooler in summer.

• Marco (10/5): Excellent apartment in the city centre! - The apartment is really nice and its location is great, right in the middle of the city centre, close to anything you want to visit on foot. The host, Eva, is extremely friendly and will give you very good (insider) tips right at the beginning to make the most of your stay in Cordoba. And despite being right in the centre, the apartment is very quiet and you can get a very good sleep. All in all I highly recommend this place!

• Benedict (10/5): Perfect - location in historic center, complete set up for travelers, great value - Eva has furnished this for traveling guests. She provided washing detergent for apartment’s washing machine, many hangers plus drying clothes rack + clothes line, filled water bottles in refrigerator, three ice trays, fully equipped kitchen (kettle, microwave, induction stove top, coffee press). She also provided ground coffee! The foam mattress was great. Overheard fan in bedroom was more than adequate for our sleeping needs. AC in living area worked well. Small courtyard that shows for air drying of washed clothes. Shower stall was modern with shower gel, shampoo & conditioner. She laminated three different guides that were useful. We like her local recommendations, both in terms of culinary dishes that must be sampled for visitors and the taverns (taberna) to patronize. She clearly wants her guests to experience the best of Cordoba. She was able to arrange for garage parking, about 5 mins walk. Said garage had decent access (unlike garages that require a 90 degrees turn!). I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment. The towels are due for replacement, and isn’t soft anymore.

• Brahim (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment has a great location and situated right on the Plaza de Las Tendillas which is large, lively and attractive square between the historical quarter and business district. The area is surrounded by plenty of fantastic restaurants, cafes and shops and even a supermarket right nextdoor of the building. All the historical sites and nearby attractions are within reach of ca.15 to 30 minutes walking distance. The apartment is newly renovated, it’s on the first floor with an elevator which is very helpful for suitcases. The apartment is clean, well designed and very cozy and has everything you will need to enjoy your stay. Eva is a very attentive hostess and friendly and the communication with her was excellent. I will recommend El Patio de Tendillas for anyone visiting Cordoba.
• Anthony (9/5): Brilliant location, spacious and clean, just what you need. - The location was brillaint, nice and clean and spacious. We were there just for 1 night, although had we stayed longer we would have been very happy, there is a small supermarket downstairs and everything is at your doorstep. Our host met us with the keys and gave suggestions of places to see. Parking that was an add on wasnt too close but in a period city probably the best you can get! The host needed us to call when nearby which was a problem for us as we did not have local phone coverage

It is walking distance to the Mizquita, the beautiful patios of Córdoba, food shopping, fantastic restaurants and cafes. Lola, the host met me at the property to give me the keys, and answer any questions I might have. The unit is safe and secure, as is the neighborhood. As a single woman traveling alone, that was important, and the unit and location delivered. Lola is professional, personable, and a very nice host. You can’t go wrong choosing to stay here.
