David (10/5): Exceptional - Extremely nice owners (they live in the same place from what I’ve understand). We arrived to Yerevan early morning during the weekend - the lady woke up early so we could leave our luggage, even though we had checkin at 12. Communication prompt via whatsapp, place very cosy and comfortable.

Hosseinzadeh (7/5): Good - Two sisters and their parents live there. The parents are extremely friendly and, even though they are not fluent in English, they do their best to help you with any issues. Overall, they are a very welcoming and easy-going family, and you will feel like you are in your own home there^^ The photos are slightly different from the actual room, which might raise your expectations. The cleanliness of the bathroom could be improved. If you are very particular about cleanliness or have obsessive tendencies, this place might not be suitable for you:P

Sona really went out of her way to help me get to experience the best of Yerevan and also to help me book a bus to go back to Tblisi.
