We have almost 30 apartments for rent in the airport area in different buildings so we are not fooling you, We are in many buildings at different addresses. If you don't agree from the beginning, you can find another place to stay, don't try to stay and then come back. Writing bad comments about others like that is really shameful for someone like you to be old and still be rude and impolite. Get out of Vietnam and go back to your country you narrow minded and selfish people. I made a mistake letting you stay at our house so we let you stay on the street for you to remember. You should not bother others like that from the beginning, I should not have accepted your reservation, please go somewhere else to stay instead of staying at my place and then giving us a bad review.says it all really about the host.

• Andreas (3/5): wrong adress - just the short distance to the airport is a plus; the pool is nice when its not too busy Booking.com provides the wrong address on the website; the address as per internet is 119 Duong Pho Quang, but the actual location is a few blocks away. 128 Hong Ha Street, Ward 9, Orchard Apartments is closer to the real location. It’s almost impossible to find the apartments without local help. The price as per Booking.com was 30 Euro confirmed, but the credit card terminal didn’t work. So I was asked for cash payment, I didn’t have enough local money and ended up paying in Euro cash. To compensate the exchange rate I was pushed to pay 40 Euro. 10 Euro surcharge because their credit card terminal was out of order is not acceptable. Access to pool is not easy to find. First we got wrong info about the floor where the pool is and the key card didn’t work in any of the six elevator locations. The receptionist from next door helped; the landlord provided neither info nor real help. Internet wasn’t working upon arrival. Installation broken. The apartment wasn’t used for a while; all things switched off. Bathroom is a poor condition, mouldy silicone, torn curtains

• James (8/5): Very good - The most comfortable beds I've slept on in Vietnam. Appliances were up to date. A good space. Building staff were pleasant. I stayed in 2 different apartments- in the first one food was left in the fridge (vegetables), in the second there was a residue on the refrigerator door shelves. Also in the second, because it has a window right next to the terrace garden, we had ants that kept coming in. Thankfully, the room also had bug spray but it was not a good thing.
• Christian_br (6/5): Be careful! - Be careful!!  1-     The accommodation obtained was not at the same address and not the same photos as on the Booking website.  The owner manages 20 apartments in different buildings.  2-     Additional costs are specified in small caractere in the ads.  3-     The owner wrote  us 1 month after our stay and ask to cancel our reservation which had already been made. He want to save the fee that he have to pay to Booking.

• Cynthia (2/5): Worst Apartment rental ever. No clear communication. Late check-in. Beds are too hard. Airco broken. - Nothing WORST HOST/Apartment company EVER. Host not following through on appointments. Booked one apartment, received another one (less desirable) upon arrival. Payment method unexpectedly changed to cash only, despite confirmation of card on Booking.com. Apartment cleanliness was acceptable, but comfort lacked: beds were very firm, one bedroom had a broken AC, and In 2nd room the other AC was excessively noisy, hindering sleep with it on. This review is not meant to be a typical "Karen" complaint, but a factual reflection of very bad service. Our one-night stay was underwhelming, and we wouldn't recommend this booking for a low price for any duration. Details: • Host contacted me via Booking.com, requesting Whats App communication for apartment information. • Initially agreed-upon card payment was switched to "cash only"upon arrival. • Check-in time was delayed by 3 hours (4:30 PM) compared to the confirmed time (1 PM) on Booking.com chat (special request) • Offered a different apartment (less appealing, smaller, no pool/gym and in a different location near the airport) so the host could accommodate a late check-out for other guests. Check-in at new location could only be at 2 PM. • Young girl at the new location spoke no English, requiring Google Translate for communication. • New apartment wasn't ready at 2 PM as promised. Upon arrival we were told to return at 3 PM (or later) and leave our luggage in the main hallway near the mailboxes. We came back at 2.30 PM for check-in& payment, but no one was available. We requested a specific time to settle the payment and left the apartment while waiting. After an hour without any communication, the host began repeatedly texting and calling us, claiming the young girl was waiting for us for paymemt. • Host unavailable for in-person interaction, resorted to hanging up during phone calls • Surprise cleaning fee discovered. While this fee was listed on Booking.
