• David R (9/5): Recommended. Would stay here again despite the odd shortcoming. - The location is excellent near a convenience store and lots of Osterias and shop. It's also central for most of the sightseeing options. The apartment is spacious and comfortable with all the facilities you need (although 2 more mugs would have been handy) and the bed is comfortable if a bit low. It is tricky to locate so the joining instructions need improving. It's on a small Calle and no obvious addess but we were met by someone. The shower cubicle is small so showering is a bit tricky and the toilet only seems to flush properly at certain times. The kitchenette has everything you need but working out how the dishwasher works isn't easy and there is no tea towel so we had to buy one.
• shane (6/5): Lovely appartment, felt that we had no support with any issues. - Lovely apartment well appointed Aircon wasn’t working correctly in the main living room An attempt to fix it was made but didn’t get fixed till after we left. This made our stay uncomfortable with no thought of any compensation.

I didn’t know about mosquitoes in Venice but they sound their way through our opened windows. Not our hosts fault as none of the windows in Venice have screens.

• Donna (10/5): If I had had the time I would have stayed there much longer - Terrific location. We called a cell number when we arrived. Door unlocked remotely. Key was available on a table by the door. We felt like we were residents of Venice, not tourists on vacation. Spacious and clean.I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Beware...You have to walk up a flight of stairs. We were pleased with all aspects of the apartment.
• Nina (10/5): Exceptional - The place is at the center, all restaurants and shops are within our area. We didn't really stay long and didn't cook, but it's like home away from home. It was a challenge finding the place, especially if it's your first time in Venice. But Francesca was so patient with me on the phone and she made sure we got to our hotel.
• Gabriel (10/5): Dream place between Rialto and San Marco - Dream place in the heart of Venice. A bit tricky to find, after that it was great. Large spaces beautiful decorated in a very old building. There is no much natural light but it was ok for us. Almost no contact with staff but it generated no problems. We would love to return It was not cheap but we accepted that when booking

• Emma (8/5): it was fine other than the issue we just described. - clean, comfortable there is an exorbitant fee to get your key if your flight is after 6 pm. 35 euros for someone to push the button to let you in remotely is an unheard of fee. we notified the owners about our flight to arrive at 6:30 pm. we didn’t stop anywhere and were charge this fee. not even sure it’s legal. the owners send us multiple reminders of this fee which was quite annoying and mentioned that some guests don’t leave required amount. the good impression of the place was ruined by these reminders and this additional money requested for circumstances beyond our control. they need to install a numeric lock and stop irritating their guest with nonstop reminders of the additional payment.
• James (9/5): Spacious in a central yet quiet location - Lovely big space in a very central, yet quiet location. The apartment is spacious and very well presented. A very handy supermarket around the corner literally 15 seconds from the front door. 2 minutes to St Marks Sq, 5 minutes to Rialto. It's very well located. Everything needed for a break in Venice. Our only remark would be there was only one mug, among the other small coffee cups, so whoever made our cups of tea got to choose who got the bigger mug! We did have to get some mosquito repellant, as we seemed to be dinner for the on the first 2 nights. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Ca'Meraviglia. Thank you. Mosquitos & only 1 mug for tea/coffee.

• Jodie (10/5): Plenty of room for an extended stay! - The location was terrific and the property exactly as described! The bed was very comfortable and there was a huge amount of closet space - great for an extended stay. We loved that the supermarket was 25 feet away and there were terrific restaurants nearby. A word or caution: if you have mobility issues, this probably apartment isn’t a good choice - there is a steep staircase from the private entry foyer to the main apartment. The check-in process went very smooth. We whole heartily recommend this property to others.
• Jamie (8/5): Very good - Location, location, location! Supermarket was close enough to be a pantry. Almost equidistant from Place St. Marc and Pont Rialto. Kitchen and shower facilities beginning to show wear and tear and minimally stocked.
