• Matilde (10/5): Muy cómodo y práctico - Me gustó todo, un apartamento con todo lo necesario y más. Había de todo, cápsulas de café, te,,agua. Paraguas, botas de agua, chubasquero, tuvimos suerte por el tiempo tan bueno k tuvimos pero ahí estaban en caso de necesidad. La comunicación con la anfitriona muy buena. Rapida y de gran ayuda. Muy bien ubicado, muchos restaurantes y cafeterías cerca.Muy recomendable. Todo súper!!!
• Andrei (8/5): - Хорошие апартаменты в самом центре. Ясное описание, как получить ключи и войти самостоятельно. На кухне есть все необходимое. Нет двери в спальне. Отопление в кондиционере не сработало и в квартире было прохладно (в октябре).
• Lois (10/5): Great, safe and quiet location convenient to the top sites and vaporreto stops - Very nice, quiet residential location that is only a couple streets from a vaporetto stop (which was important when arriving and departing with heavy luggage). While not in San Marco proper, the San Polo area is extremely convenient to all the main sites, and much less congested and noisy than San Marco. The apartment was nicely furnished, with a sitting area/kitchen including a great coffee maker that came with needed coffee pods. The large bed was comfortable and there was a floor fan in the bedroom which was great for sleeping white noise. The apartment was clean and had nice decor and the entry door lock felt quite secure, plus there was a main door to the building that seemed quite secure. We were able to drop off our luggage prior to check in, which was a huge help as we arrived fairly early yet wanted to tour around without our luggage. All in all a very pleasant stay in a beautiful city!! Nothing really.

It’s in a great location, walking distance to main sites and also the water boat drop off/pick up. Supermarket was located around the corner as well as fresh food markets. It is on the second story and accessible via stairs only (wasn’t an issue for us). Host was accommodating and accessible. The apartment is quite spacious also. Nothing to fault.
• Bruce (8/5): We enjoyed our stay. The location was very convenient to everything. - The location was very good. The property very good as a place to sleep and stop over. Apartment was well equipped We had an initial problem getting the key but the host was excellent at trying to solve the problem as quickly as possible; it was an unfortunate situation where the key pad did not work. Not the fault of the host. She was also sorry for the delay, and we appreciated her concern and effort to make it right.
• Sarah (10/5): Spacious, lovely apartment - centrally located - owner is great - would come again! - The apartment is spacious, well-furnished and otherwise as advertised. Location is fantastic - a very short walk from the Grand Canal and Ponte Rialto, yet there are no crowds outside the door, so the street is quiet and safe (we traveled in August). Cristina, our contact, was extremely professional and helpful and responded to inquiries even months before our stay.
