Host very quick to answer questions. The house needed an overall clean. Screen doors were hard to open due to build up of dirt. We cleaned the curtain/blind in kitchen-full of red food splatters. We cleaned the cupboard with cups as it was all stained. A kitchen tea towel or paper towels would have helped. Motion light at door for night not working. Toilet seats for lovely Japanese toilets sitting next to toilets & crack in unsuited toilet seat.

• ccjj (10/5): 性价比非常高，很想再回去 - 我大胆的猜测这个房东应该是中国人，他家准备的东西对于中国人来说真的是太齐全了。竟然还有一台小型街机，让娃玩得不亦乐乎。整个房子特别宽敞，厨房非常宽敞，恰好大年三十，我们做了丰盛的年夜饭。房间和厕所也都是蛮好用的，还有一架老实钢琴。后门对出去就是湖，湖景也是很不错，非常的平静。可以沿着湖边进行漫步，我们没有去走，但是可以想象体验应该不错。最让我们惊喜的是我们晚上在湖边看到了银河，没有太多的光污染，可以轻松看到满天星。如果把阳台的户外沙发垫子带去湖边，可以躺在湖边看星星。面朝湖边的是东面，所以还可以看日出。清早的景色也特别的美。 有个马桶有些漏水，希望房东及时修复，否则会浪费很多的水。但是不影响使用。

The kitchen extractor was very dirty and had not been cleaned for a long time. Turning on the lights in the kitchen was impossible as the light switches to operate them was not easy to find and was not marked.

• BRETT (10/5): Great Killarney Vale escape - Was a great location with nice views, and very quiet area. had all we needed for a weekend with little extras all over. Comfortable beds nice bathrooms with plenty of space for ladies to get ready for our function. The external steps and the internal steps up and down a bit challenging when old nanna and papa came to visit for morning tea. The internal ups and downs were well marked with safety tape though some of us still managed to forget about them.

A pity that half of the vertical blinds on the living room window were not able to be opened to the lakeside view because the rod to twist them open and slide them back was missing.

Functional kitchen and bathrooms. The lounge was too low abc at times quite had to get up from. Would have been great if there was an air fryer and a vegetable steamer on hand in the kitchen.

• Angela (10/5): Relaxing Lakeside Escape - A wonderful holiday home nestled in a peaceful and quiet setting. The property was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, along with some luxury extras. The house was spacious and featured a large verandah with calming views of the lake. It was a generous size for us as a couple with a small dog. We’ll keep this place on our list next time we visit the Central Coast.

• Carly (1/5): Avoid, avoid, avoid! Rude owner and mouldy/filthy house - We stayed at Jing’s place with my children and elderly parents. I have written a previous review, however this is now a counter-review y the host claimed that I blackmailed her (see proof of NOT doing so) and also see proof that I was merely asking for a small amount of money off as I spent hours cleaning as the rooms were disgusting! The host also claimed we stole toys which is a complete LIE! The host claimed the place must have been fine to stay in because we stayed & complete the entire booking of two nights. The only reason we did not leave was because we drive over 1000km’s to get to this destination and we had a wedding on the second day of the booked accommodation dates, so it was very inconvenient to move children and my elderly parents to a new location. To the host, YOUR PLACE IS FILTHY, and has serious mould issues and poses a serious health hazard to guests. I can’t believe you actually rent this out to people, what a scam! Avoid staying at this property under all circumstances

The location was fabulous with the view of the lake, close to coffee shop etc. Unfortunately it wasn’t cleaned very well. Thick layer of dust on top of the ceiling fans, one of the beds was help up by bricks underneath the middle of the bed (didn’t impact sleep / comfort).. A little bit of mould building up in the main bathroom.

Fan remote in one bedroom only word on low speed Difficulty in opening back porch doors as tracks filthy Kitchen sponges old and grubby Skirting boards and behind furniture very dirty and clumps of dust Shower has brown scum on frame Step down to living area and NOT safe as no clear safety tape on the steps

• Evelyn (8/5): Nice pleasing decor with arcade booth, and organ….definitely adds to a great vacation. - The patio with the egg chair was just delightful and absolutely relaxing either way a gorgeous Lakeview. The bathtub step is rather slippery. For safety reasons - adding a hand bar and extra runner mat will be great . This portion should be only for confidential view to property owner.

Steps inside & outside of house, could have been much cleaner, half used sauce and almost empty toiletries were not inviting. Bins were full when we arrived. No lighting on back or front decks think they are broken. Blinds were broken, sliding door was left unlocked from prior tenants. Toilets were a bit strange. Unsure if street was safe, people constantly walking past front of house with easy access to walk up on deck.

• Janelle (9/5): The title of this accomodation is true - absolutely lakeside, quiet and peaceful. - The view from the back balcony was beautiful and relaxing. A lounge, bar seats and an egg chair were provided outdoors to enjoy the view. The open plan living indoors was great. The arcade machine and keyboard provided a fun addition. Beds were comfy and the coffee machine was appreciated. I desperately needed tissues and there wasn’t any! But I guess I should have been prepared with my own.

• Sharon (9/5): Idealic getaway on the water - House right on waterfront. Great walks. Wonderful ambience. Quiet, open, airy. Clean well equipped kitchen. 3 generous size bedrooms. Plenty of linen. 2 bathrooms. Generous lounge. Netfix. Bugs. Big mosquito style insects. Didn't notice too many when we arrived, but at night they were all over the ceilings throughout house, especially the bathroom. We kept flywire shut, so think they were already inside. Disappeared again in morning.
• Michelle (2/5): Stunning view , professional cleaning needed - Stunning view, big house, lots of space. The owner was nice and responsive. Free Nespresso coffee machine and pods. Netflix was provided free. Big TV. Unfortunately, we experienced far to many cleaning issues which we discussed with the owner- dirty floors, kitchen, dirty shutters, mirrors and windows. Human Hairs or animal hairs on bedding and so on. This house has so much potential with a stunning view and nice space and it looks good inside and out, however it needs a deep clean (shutters, damp dust, windows, mirrors etc) and a proper clean between guests. Please keep a proper broom and dustpan on hand and replace the vacuum charger. I think a traditional mop and bucket would be handy to keep at the house as well. We couldn’t find a tea towel. We had a long drive to this location and couldn’t relax as we had to do some cleaning ourselves and then felt uncomfortable as the house felt and looked dirty. We discussed with owner who was apologetic and nice. I really hope you can sort out this cleaning situation for future guests as it is such a lovely house and location that we couldn’t enjoy and checked out very early.
