• véronique (8/5): Piso en gandia - Appartement propre et bien équipé (attention il n'y a qu'une cafetière italienne) Les lits sont fait à notre arrivée Aucune place pour se garer dans la rue, manœuvre nécessaire pour se garer dans le parking sous terrain et une moto sur l'emplacement Aucun contact physique avec le propriétaire C'est bruyant car route passante

• ENRIQUE (9/5): Excelente ubicación - La ubicación y la opción de tener plaza de garaje en el mismo edificio fue una maravilla. El piso está muy bien equipado, tiene de todo y el edificio es de construcción reciente. Mercadona a pocos metros, el centro a 15' caminando. Me pareció que una de las camas tiene el colchón gastado por el uso, lo que lo hace un poco incómodo.

• Aroa Eguizabal (10/5): - Un piso encantador el sofá un poco incómodo y la cama para el piso que es podría ser de matrimonio, pero lo demás todo bien, tienes todo cerca supermercados, estación renfe, bus, y muchos bares y restaurantes para comer volveré

La comunicación con el host fue perfecta y nos dejó quedarnos una hora más para el check-out. Óptimo !!! Nada todo perfecto.

• Sharon (9/5): Perfect stay in a great location - A great location close to Gandia centre with lots of shops, bars, restaurants & places to visit. It was also just a 10 minute drive to the beaches. The apartment has everything you need & has parking underneath The only thing I can say is it could do with a kettle

• Robert (9/5): If you're passing through, this is a great place to stay! - Nice location, great host, underground parking is extra but worth it if you have belongings in your car. The apartment is very clean and quiet, could use some necessities like oil, salt, and pepper if you're eating in, but otherwise quite comfy. The beds need updating or just replacing. They sag and shake on poor quality frames.

• Mette (8/5): Very good - We stayed only one night on our way to Andalucía, but it was a nice place and our dog was allowed for free (thanks ❤️). Clean and spacious apartment. Jorge and his brother, Nicolas, were perfect hosts 🏆. Very good communication, information and service 👌 A big plus with the private 10€ parking in the basement. One good spring mattress (super 👌), but the other mattress was a bad foam mattress (butt lies in a hole = back pain 😥).
• Grainne (8/5): Very good - The place was clean, comfortable, and very conveniently placed to enjoy Gandia. It's close to the train and coach station so we we easily able to get to the beach and do day trips. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony watching the world go by. You can easily walk into the old part of Gandia from Jorge's place. Jorge was a great host and very responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed our time and would stay again. Thank you. Nothing.
• Paul (8/5): Very good - Well equipped, clean, comfortable, and centrally located first floor apartment. Easily accessed. Close to the train / bus station and a major supermarket. Some may not find the city traffic noises agreeable as the apartment is located just off a busy roundabout.

• Anne-marie (10/5): Great location, responsive host, comfortable and clean flat - highly recommended for short stays. - Host was responsive and helpful when communicating, smooth check in process. Well equipped little place with all the basics you could need - towels, shower gel, washing up liquid, spare bin bags etc. Great central location, 5 min walk to main transport links. On a busy main road but windows kept noise levels down from outside. Very clean. Very reasonably priced. Very little not to like. Perhaps time for new cutlery and tumblers. Some noise from people coming and going within the block but not disturbing and minimal noise levels at night.

Has all the facilities we needed, nicely decorated. Well priced. Parking under the block, so convenient.
