Me gustó todo, los únicos detalles eran la TV que no me permitía ver cosas de corrido (era lenta) y el internet tenía dificultades en la conexión. Después todo lo demás excelente, el anfitrión impecable, muy amable y atento.

• Felicia (10/5): - Our stay here was very comfortable. We loved the blackout shades, the comfy bed, the quiet street, the nice shower, even the unique elevator. Recoleta is a super pretty area. We found a coffee shop we loved only 5 min away (Blanca). Thanks to Martin for being a lovely host!
• Simon Julian Lastra (10/5): Es un 10 en todo! - El departamento es hermoso, vista privilegiada, restaurantes, cafés y supermercados en sus alrededores. Es tranquilo, sin ruidos y seguro. Grandes jardines y plazas a pocos metros, pulmones de aire garantizados para relajarse y descansar. Todo en el departamento funciona perfecto. La atención que recibimos del dueño/administrados del departamento fue exquisita. Una gran persona que nos ayudó a poder quedarnos un poco más en el departamento hasta ir al aeropuerto. Siempre aportó soluciones, gracias Martín! Quedamos encantados y estamos muy agradecidos. Volveremos!

A localização é perfeita também pelas Delis e pañaderias. Martin, novo anfitrião foi muito atencioso do início ao fim. Com certeza voltaremos!

• Andrei Yushkevich (10/5): - Amazing apartment, very clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and a kitchen stocked with the basics, including tea and coffee. The neighbourhood felt safe and quiet, which we really appreciated. The owner was always avaliable for any questions, and even met us late at night. We’d definitely stay here again if we return to Buenos Aires.

• Sean (9/5): A lovely place to stay as a home base for exploring the local and surrounding neighborhoods safely. - The location was absolutely perfect. Cafes and restaurants were all within walking distance. The Ubers found us easily. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Martin was especially kind to leave us snacks and a bottle of wine for when we arrived. There was an elevator that helped us get our bags in/out at arrival and departure. Martin was immediately responsive to texts. The room functioned as a perfect home base for all of our exploring. The shower was quite small. We were there for 10 days, so an extra set of towels would have been nice. But generally the stay was lovely.

• Patrícia Tiemi (10/5): I'll be coming back! - The place is perfect! It has enough space to hang your clothes, sit and support objects (phone, charger, water bottle, etc). There's enough space in the main room so you can circulate and open your bags. Shower and bed we're also great! And although I didn't cook, the kitchen has all you may need. Location was perfect! Nice neighborhood and very easy to move around by public transportation or Uber. Martin was also a great host! Gave me nice tips when I arrived and was flexible during checkout. I will definitely stay here again! Nothing comes to mind. I had a great time

• Juan (10/5): Excellent location on a quiet street and close to major attractions - The apartment is perfectly located on a safe, quiet, dead-end street in the Recoleta district, close to major attractions and transportation. The host was present to hand over and collect the keys and explain how the appliances worked. He was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay in this apartment again when visiting Buenos Aires. Highly recommended for a single traveler or a couple.
