First day the sheets were not clean but the rest of the week they were clean, the floor hdf at a 1 meter spot was spoiled by water which needs repair.

The lady who works as a cleaner was very polite, k - I liked the peace and quiet of the environment and the room.The hotel's location is close to everything you need ,The room was cleaned every day and the cleaner was very respectful and reliable. Towels were changed every day and the cleaners did not disturb us in any way.The reception staff were respectful and attentive to our requests. It is important that the hotel information is given correctly when checking in, as well as the WiFi and WiFi password, and of course, regarding the sauna and jacuzzi.Our room was on the top floor and there was no elevator, making it difficult to carry luggage, and the hotel did not have a bellboy There were also no toothbrushes or toothpaste in the room. However, we had a great time at this hotel.

The room was spacious but one day the hot water was cold, the AC didn’t really cool the room (but it was not a hot night) and the bedding is ok. No amenities. The location is the best thing about the hotel and the price is good for what's offered. Staff is nice and English knowledge is OK. It's possible to wash clothes in a special room for self-washing. There is an expensive parking nearby which is good, because you can always leave your car 20 meters from the hotel. Free WIFI was great and I could successfully work all day. The floor was averagely clean, which is good for an office where people walk with shoes. We traveled with an infant, so we couldn't let him crawl on the floor. The baby bed was old and few times one of the top sides got unlocked easily and I finally gave up trying to lock it. The entrance is not friendly for baby strollers and wheelchairs. No ramp or rails. The ceiling is lower than what's usually in the EU and I could hit it with my hands if I try to stretch them up The water pressure was going up and down, but never too low, so it was only annoying, but no real problem. I would visit again, the negatives aren't big.

Living room and fully equipped kitchenette with large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, etc. I will come back again without hesitation. Maybe the noise in the hallway from customers..otherwise nothing.

The coffee and tea variety in the rooms is very generous. There is a convenient supermarket facing the hotel. WiFi is excellent. The roof room has an amazing view and a nice small balcony. There were noisy works facing the hotel during our stay. There weren’t any tissues in the rooms. The roof room with balcony has water leakage from rain.

Congres center, very nice shoping areas and historical monuments on by foot distance. Hotel personel more than kind and very informative if needed. Very clean rooms every day.
