Group and Longstay Payment and Cancellation Policy:
50% deposit of the total amount to guarantee the booking, we will notify the guest before we charge the credit card on the booking. This deposit is nonrefundable.
The remaining 50% of the booking must be paid up to 15 days before the arrival date. This is nonrefundable.
The hotel will contact the customer before we charge the remaining 50% and remind them that the remaining amount is due 15 days in advance. If the payment is not received, we will notify in writing that we will hold the booking for an additional 48 hours and if it is not received, the booking will be canceled 10 days prior to arrival.
Please note that all guests must be 18 years of age or older. All guests staying in dorms should provide us Passport as ID.
For guests staying in dormitories, there is a fee of 6 AUD per towel.

Overall the property was great - I guess what I didn’t like was the other ppl making the bathroom a clothing line and smelled but nothing to do the property more who was staying in. Apart from that the bed is super comfortable, curtain to keep it private is a great addition. I would recommend

- Mandy (5/5): It was ok this time but could of been better - Love the location to Roma st train st, dorm beds are very quiet and comfortable for me, blanket was just right for the temperature When i arrived in was told by reception i was "too old" to sleep in a dorm bed, on check out was told it was ok as I stay regularly, my dorm bed was excellent, dark and very quiet but the bathroom was filthy, no toilet paper, hair everywhere on the floor and inside the shower, the floor was very wet in the bathroom also

- Roukaya (6/5): Ok for a couple of nights - The staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was always dirty and the shower head was broken. Honestly looks like it has not been cleaned for months. It’s disgusting! The kitchen was too small and stuffy and not that clean either. The blinds still let in the light from outside, so if you have a bed next to the window, it doesn’t get that dark.

- Hans (8/5): - Very quiet and relaxing hostel. The staff here is so lovely. I kindly asked if I could be in the same dorm as my friends. I booked a 4 bed dorm, and they booked a 6 bed dorm. They gave my friends a free upgrade and put them in the 4 bed dorm with me. When one of my friends got sick they sent a warmer blanket to our room as well. The beds are very comfy too. Honestly I don’t understand who thought that it would be a good idea to put a closet in the bed. You hit your legs/knees every time you move during the night. The kitchen is very small, so be aware of waiting to cook or do your dishes.

The hostel has such a relaxed, friendly vibe - super clean rooms, comfy beds, and staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The bar is the real highlight. Great music, affordable drinks, and the perfect place to meet other travellers without it feeling forced. It’s social when you want it to be, but still easy to chill out and recharge. Location is spot on too - close to everything but just far enough away to get a good night’s sleep. If you’re looking for a place that balances fun and comfort, this is it. Would absolutely stay again. Nothing

- Kris Parker (10/5): - Everything! A great location, especially across from the main bus (All buses) and QLD railway at Roma St. Station in Brisbane. Staff: Front desk Manger Mike & General Manger Ina, and the rest of the Staff, Especially Stephanie are Excellent in every way. Each night there are fun activities, like Trivia & Karaoke nights in the great bar / restaurant. Rooms are very nice, comfy and clean beds & bathrooms. It's one of the best hostels Ever!
- Antonia (3/5): - Das Personal war sehr nett und die Lage echt zentral Ich würde hier nicht mehr übernachten. Es war defintiv nicht sauber. Das Badezimmer hat überall geschimmelt. Und die Küche ist eine Frechheit. Es stinkt, alles war dreckig, es gibt kein Fenster. Auch in den Zimmern ist die Luft furchtbar schlecht. Viel zu teuer für das was es bietet. Die Betten sind unbequem und laut. Alles in allem eine schlechte Erfahrung.

- Jon (10/5): - Location to Suncorp Stadium. Less than 10min walk 15min walk to Queen Street Mall. Dirty and stained Duvet Cover.Disgusting and dirty. Looks like someone had pissed on it. Unacceptable!!. Got offered free brekfest as compensation, didn't take the offer because had lunch day earlier and ordered 200gm steak, medium well. Instead got vey well done dry and hard steak!!. If they can't get that right, then it put us right off having brekfest there. Change your chef, or cook and standard and quality will attract more patrons. Not highly recommended.
