• Nancy (10/5): Der Aufenthalt war für uns perfekt,immer wieder gerne. - Die Unterkunft war für uns perfekt. Die Villa ist sehr groß, hell und sauber. Es waren sämtliche technische Geräte vorhanden und jede Menge Stauraum für Kleidung und andere Gegenstände. Die Küche war voll ausgestattet. Der Pool wurde während unseres Aufenthalts sogar noch zwischendurch gereinigt. Der Pool wurde über Solar beheizt. Der Ausblick vom Haus und Pool war unglaublich schön. Der Nachbar war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war ebenso freundlich und entgegenkommend. Das Haus und Grundstück sind super gesichert. Wir würden die Unterkunft immer wieder buchen.
• Tanja (6/5): nächstes Mal wieder Hotel, definitiv entspannter - Das Haus war sehr schön, gut ausgestattet und lag schön in den Bergen. Es war gepflegt und hat unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Um zum Haus zu gelangen muss man vorher durch 2 Tore an der Einfahrt. Leider haben wir für das erste Tor keinen Code zum öffnen bekommen. Wir haben dann 1h versucht jemanden von der Gästevermietung per Telefon oder Mail zu kontaktieren. Nach 1h ist es uns dann gelungen eine Dame ans Telefon zu bekommen. Diese war dann allerdings sehr freundlich und bemüht. Musste allerdings selber erst beim Vermieter den Code erfragen. Nachdem wir durch das erste Tor waren, wartete ein Briefkasten (wofür man wieder einen Code benötigte) mit Sender auf uns. Dieser sollte das zweite Tor öffnen, der funktionierte allerdings nicht, also wieder Code erfragen. Dann standen wir endlich vor der eigentlichen Haustür, auch die mit Code. Auch dieser musste nochmal erfragt werden. Fazit, man brauchte am Ende 4 Codes, wovon und nur einer mitgeteilt worden war. Die Dame am Telefon war wirklich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Aber trotzdem haben wir 1h gebraucht um ins Haus zu kommen. Sehr ärgerlich und kein schöner Auftakt. Dann war wohl am Ankunftsabend jemand an der Haustür und hat sie geöffnet (22.30) Nachdem unser Gepäck gesehen wurde und das alles schon dunkel war ist die Person wohl wieder gegangen. Wir vermuten der Besitzer, der wegen dem Sender für das Tor schauen wollte. Ein sehr unangenehmes Gefühl, dass jemand im Haus war blieb leider die ganze Zeit.

• Matt (9/5): - Very clean, spacious property, the gentleman next door was very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. Turning in and out of the private drive a little tight. May struggle with larger cars but we understand that it was a public road.
• Julie (8/5): My family loved every minute of our holiday. - Wry comfortable & spacious beautiful views, the pool was amazing Lots of flies, ants etc the road up to the drive way with cars parking making it difficult to get in & out of the driveway
• Adrian (10/5): Perfect experience - We spent a week in this villa and loved every moment. Although it’s 20 minutes from the beaches, that was exactly what we were looking for. The area is peaceful at night, allowing for restful sleep. There was plenty of space for the kids to play and run around safely, making it a relaxing stay. The villa was well-equipped, and we didn’t miss anything.

• Kadi (8/5): Beautiful spacious house in tranquility - House is clean and very well equipped. There are two bedrooms with private bathrooms with shower upstairs and one bedroom and bathroom with bath on first floor. There is a lovely garden with private pool, which is heated by solar panels, so the water is warm. There is also a gas grill (for 20€ per stay). Location is in the mountains, very tranquil and quiet and there are beautiful views. However, due to higher altitude there might be slightly colder in the evenings. It is only a 5 min drive to the supermarket and 15 min drive to the beach. House has self check-in and check-out and neighbours are super friendly :) The staff (HomeForGuest) is helpful, responsive and answer quickly. Be aware, that there is stated in the booking conditions (which you get after check-in) that there will be a penalty for any stains on towels or sheets! In my opinion it should be calculated into the rental price. Without this clause I would have rated the house 10 points!

• Sam (5/5): Great place but bad managing agent - The property was lovely. Really well kitted out, comfortable and clean. Lovely welcome package on arrival. Nice to be a bit quieter and away from the hustle and bustle but still very easy to pop to any of the main beaches. Review would have been 10 for the property itself had it not been for the issues with agency. Poor service with the property managing agent (Homeforguest). We had an issue (no pre-ordered cot or high chair at our rental property) that was then not promptly resolved with some pretty bad communication, despite Homeforguest admitting their mistake. After lots of chasing they said they would only offer a part refund for the hire of these if we left a positive review - we felt this was blackmail! Don't think we'll be getting anything after this review! Could have easily been resolved if they had been more proactive and offered more than a just a late apology, without strings attached!
• Sergejs (9/5): Nice village villa with a superb mountain view. - Beautiful large house with a superb mountain and city view. Big area around the house with a nice small garden and a very friendly neighbour Andy, who helped us during our stay. As a note - this is a village place and you can expect some chicken screams and dog barks early in the morning. You definitely need a car if you would like to visit the sea side or other famous places around Tenerife. I can find only 2 small things: the swimming pool is not heated - very disappointing for the kids. We were 4 pax and there were only 2 blankets available (we got them 2 days before departure).
• Jaxx (9/5): Modern and spacious villa. - Nice mountain views and good location, villa was perfect and modern, very nicely decorated and spacious. Finally very comfortable beds which is rare in canarias. Beautiful large garden and pool area, where you can enjoy many fruit trees. The neighbor is a very good person. Good gas grill. The staff was very helpful and even let us check out late, thank you again. Pool was cold. Sometimes some dogs were having a concert somewhere nearby, but otherwise very quiet location. BBQ is extra charge, should be included in the price if you ask me. Everything was perfect, but please provide some garbage bags and soap for the guests.
• Aivis (9/5): Great villa in a great location - Located in a town of Buzanada ( about 10-15min driving to Los Christianos, Americas, Adeje) this is a very nice villa with great mountain views, private pool and green area to relax with papaya, banana, avocado, lemon, orange trees. We were a family of 4 adults and 3 children and villa had plenty of space for all of us. Rooms are big and airy, it has modern washing and kitchen facilities. We did not miss a thing while staying there. Air conditioning in every room in the house. Pool is actually quite big and not too deep- I would say a perfect depth for children and adults- 1.45m at shallow end and 1.76 at the deeper end. It was very nice to watch sunrise over the mountains and equally sunset over the town below. We could even see hunters hunting rabbits on the hill slopes. If banana plantation, San Miguels castle show , Monkey park is your thing, this villa is perfectly located too. Town of Buzanada has plenty of wonderful restaurants catering for every taste ( cheap and not so cheap). If shoping is your thing then for example Siam Mall is 14mins by car ( we measured). Depending at what is your preference air temperature in the town was allways a 2-5 degrees cooler in comparison to resort area. That we did not mind at all. Access to property in terms of collecting keys was very easy. Communication great. Instructions clear. Actual getting into the property does require some precision driving as 2 gates need to be opened and property itself is located on the top of the hill at the end of the narrow and twisty street. Just have to be extra careful if driving there. Otherwise it is peaceful and modern place to spend your holiday in. We would definitely return to this villa again.
