• Julian (1/5): - La vista es lo único rescatable Tenía humedad en la pared y filtración de agua. Se fue el agua en horas de la noche cuando volvimos de la playa y nos tuvimos que ir a otro Hotel donde una por ese sector estaba en 300k y solo devolvieron 90k. Dice de lujo pero los acabados no eran de lujo, no tenían jabón ni shampoo en la ducha.

• Katherin Daniela (8/5): Excelente estadía si lo que se busca es comodidad y poder disfrutar del mar sin poder salir mucho. - Es cómodo, tiene una linda vista, permite cocinar, y sentirse en casa, transmite mucha paz. Faltaban algunos implementos de aseo, como el papel higiénico, y las sábanas y tendidos tenían olor a sudor un Poco.

• Elizabeth (1/5): Malintencionados - Me querían cobrar antes, no aceptaron al cancelación a pesar de que les escribí ese día, Booking se comunicó con ellos y tampoco respondieron; lo hicieron el último día para poder cobrar una estadía que no sucedio. Es un descaro que me envíen la evaluación. • Nandini (3/5): Save yourself the headache and confusion - The flat was clean and spacious Avoid this place unless you enjoy being stressed, misled, and talked down to. The apartment itself is fine but the host Lina is rude, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. The night before check-in — at 10pm — I get a message saying they don’t accept direct payments. Only bank transfer to Bancolombia or a “payment link” that comes with a surprise 7% fee. This was never disclosed during booking. There are also extra charges: a service fee, a cleaning fee, and a random 20,000 peso “admin fee.” None of this was listed on Booking.com. After so much confusion with the payment, I didn’t bother to argue about the other fees. These fees may be listed on air bnb but it definitely isn’t listed on booking.com. The host sent me a screenshot in Spanish to justify the hidden charges, but I did not have visibility of these charges prior to on my second night there was a thunderstorm in cartengea and the entire apartment flooded. My clothes and suitcase were soaked. When I showed the host photos and videos, her response wasn’t “I’m sorry” or ‘I will investigate how that happened’ it was “Why was your suitcase and clothes on the floor?” and “Did you leave the window open?” Zero accountability. Zero empathy. No offer of help, no compensation, just blame and attitude. I will be raising a formal complaint with booking.com to try to get compensated. After I said I am not to blame for this lina tried asking the neighbours for me to use their dryer but at this point I just wanted to leave asap This is why it is better to book hotels because they actually care about their guests. For example I booked a hotel before coming to cartengea and unfortunately the air con didn’t work, the hotel compensated by providing free breakfast and 20% of the bill. This is a service you would expect. Lina was very defensive and dismissive, she wouldn’t even listen to my friend. Bottom line: the apartment is okay, but dealing with this host isn’t worth it.

• Myles (8/5): This was a nice spacious room on the 3rd floorthat was newly renovated nicely. Good value for money. - The room was as described and had a nice view. Very nice to hear the waves. The lost allowed us to leave our suitcases in the room till 4 because we had a late flight. This was very helpful. We were there on Saturday night and it was very noisy with a disco nearby so we had little sleep,. Also, very loud in the early morning with children screaming in the water. It would be nice to have sound proof windows. When it rains heavily the whole surrounding area floods with water and you can't walk anywhere. It was a total disaster.
