• David (10/5): Great location great trattoria in the square, Gustapanino Trattoria - The location was wonderful.
• Travel Queen (5/5): 50 plus No - There was a lot of nice places to eat right outside of the apartment The apartment was not well kept at all. When I got there, the pillows were dirty, the curtains were dirty, the floor was dirty with dust. It looked nothing like the pictures. It's not lovely at all. In my travels, most of the hosts try to leave some water in the apartment because they know you've been traveling. There was totally nothing there so you're going to have to go to the store immediately if there's anything that you need. There are five flights of stairs for you to climb up and from the entry to the time you walk in, it's like dirty dust all the way upstairs. I called Uber and waited for two hours. No one showed up. Called for a taxi and waited two hours. No one showed up so it was very difficult to try to arrange a ride from that side of town back to the other side of town. I would not recommend it for someone that has mobility issues because it's just not a good situation.
• Valentin (7/5): Très bon emplacement - L'emplacement est bien. Non loin du centre. Pas d'ascenseur. Heureusement que je voyage en sac à dos. Le prix me paraît un poil trop élevé par rapport à ce qui est offert.
• Cornelia Broeders (8/5): - Superlocatie. Op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden. We werden ontvangen door een vriendelijke jongeman die ons hielp met de koffer naar boven dragen. Veel dingen zaten los of bijna los (douchedeur, douchestang, wc-rolhouder, gordijn) Airco deed het niet altijd goed en zit op een vreemde plek; achter het gordijn.
• Nathalie (7/5): Because Florence is such a nice city and the location was very good, I enjoyed my stay anyway… - The location First of all, check in process was not the best: I waited 15 minutes at the door of the building (not great on a rainy day) and I received way too many emails before and after checking in, asking me again and again for the city tax… I was cold during the night (only 2 very slim blankets) but couldn’t keep the heat on because of the noise. The heat is not situated in the best spot (under the window) so when you draw the heavy curtains , the heat is behind . It needs voilage because you can see (and be seen) by the other apartments across the courtyard. The queen bed was actually 2 tweens mattresses and you can feel the seam if you sleep in the middle of the bed… Also not a good place for small people because several things are up high (glasses, microwave, hangers)
• Georgia (9/5): Good place - Kitchenette, table with chairs, small bathroom, bed. Quiet location. Near a plaza with food options and delicious icecream around the corner. Slightly confusing instructions on room numbers/names with split level stairs. Had to help some other guests find their room.
