Armen (3/5): Номер для кратковременного прибывания . - Расположение здания отличное - рядом площадь Республики. Нам пришлось продлить проживание на 2 дня и потому переехали в этот номер из другого ( в этом же здании). Поселили нас раньше на 2 часа ( номер был свободен), за что огромное спасибо. Поселение бесконтактное. В номере было тепло ( конец декабря). Предоставлялись: косметические средства, средства для мытья посуды, тапочки 37-39 размера ( 2 пары), мужчине не подойдут. Были провода для зарядки телефонов ( без блоков питания). В номере есть утюг, фен. Неудобное проживание - сан узел грязный ( пришлось самим покупать средства и мыть). Шкаф для верхней одежды - он же шкаф для одежды , сумок, и т д. Шкаф очень узкий, верхняя зимняя одежда не помещалась. Пришлось вещи держать в чемодане на полу. Шторы грязные, с пятнами. Простынь - небольшая дырка прямо посредине. Одеяла не было. На кровати только простынь. В прихожей в шкафу нашли тонкий плед. В санузле горячая вода еле течет, нет напора. Душевая кабинка течет. Посуда очень жирная. Сковородки все с застарелым жиром , мы не собирались пользоваться, но зрелище неприятное. Чашки в районе ручек грязные. В прихожей нет зеркала, приходиться идти в санузел, чтобы одеться. Если вы будете в номере кушать, то сможете это сделать только на журнальном низком столике . Цена не соответствовала качеству. Предыдущий номер был намного больше по размеру( 2 комнаты) , чище и дешевле.

Sam (10/5): Excellent property and wonderful location. - Highly recommended. the host was great and met me in the building to hand over the keys. The property is perfectly located in down town Yerevan and close to anything you might need.
