- Serena (8/5): Good for one night stay - Good wifi, while they didn’t take credit card, they will provide a link online you could send payment if cash was not feasible. Room was cold but they provided thick blankets. They allowed us to hang around the common area until we had to catch our overnight bus. They had a safe area for us to store our belongings for the day. Staff were kind and helpful. Location was good. Private washroom was tiny and didn’t have good air circulation. The water pressure was weak. Breakfast was basic, it consisted of a couple buns, half a banana, half a scrambled eggs with tea or coffee without milk. No free water or coffee/tea but you can purchase water/beer.
- Teis Cornelis (8/5): Could use it again - Had a nice 2 day stay.
Management was helpful
- Jorge Luis Quesso Vilca (6/5): -
- Maëlle (8/5): - We were very well received. The equipment is a bit old but functional.

- Martin (8/5): - Great value for the price
Clean and comfy beds
We could store our baggage here for a few days The room was without windows, quite dark
- Amihud (10/5): value for money - Nice place , friendly staff , clean , offer breakfast as i left early .
- Ilia (9/5): -
- Paola Mar (1/5): -
- Alexander (10/5): -

Immer wieder gerne. Schöner Hostel Vibe. Grüße Brian

- Nagely (9/5): Wonderful Staff - The staff was super helpful with any and all questions I had. I was recommended a wonderful spot to get a quick and affordable meal. He helped with figuring out the best course of action to get to Sucre telling me the bus schedule, how to get to the terminal by mini bus and ordering me a taxi. All in all wonderful staff! The wifi did give out a few times throughout the first day and the morning of the second day i was there. It’s doable though and for the most part it was fine but I did end up using a lot of my cellular data due to that.
- Aoibhinn (8/5): Comfortable - Comfortable bed, arrived at 02:30am and the owner didn’t mind checking us in at that time Nothing :)
- Kevin (10/5): visitando Oruro - buena ubicación el wifi no llegaba bien
- Peter (7/5): -
- YUTAKA (10/5): - Shower is hot.
Breakfast.

- Russell (8/5): Recommended - Friendly, helpful staff, quick check in, plenty of space, hot water, decent WiFi, quiet neighbourhood, small kitchen but okay.
I'd stay again. It was cold at night. I had to wear clothes in bed.
- Barbora (10/5): Great stay, very helpful staff and volunteers, cozy atmosphere and social place. Possibility to wash your clothes. -
- Héloïse (7/5): Good -
- Jan (9/5): Superb - I arrived in Oruro early in the morning with the night bus from Sucre. I could leave my backpack in the hostel where Simon was awaiting me and go exploring. I appreciate the communication with Iris. Thanks to her my stay was smooth. In the kitchen you can find anything you need. Breakfast was hilarious for such a low price!
- Mok (9/5): Worth to stay - Walk 2 kilo from bus terminal.
My bed/room is comfortable. You need to walk 2 kilo to city center.
The blanket is not enough, u will feel cold at night.
Very quiet around, maybe not convenient.
- Jakub (5/5): Passable - Noise
- Surya (9/5): Good property, no privacy - Properties was very nice, but they no privacy because it glass windows and screens arent fully closed
- Cora (8/5): Decent value for money, fun if you're social - Flor was super lovely and helpful with local advice. The rooftop terrace is stunning, and there was a fun vibe with cool art. You could buy water and beer for good prices. They were kind and accommodating when we arrived very late. It's not too central, with not many food or coffee options around. It can be quite noisy late at night.
- Magdalena (6/5): Laidback hostel for backpackers - Laidback hostel, the staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable and my room had heating. My bed didn't have anything except the cover sheet (after I asked they provided me with the rest), too many people and too little bathrooms, it didn't feel clean enough, the location was far from the centre and there is not much around the hostel.
- Ylan90827 (10/5): Perfect and only hostel stay in the city - Super helpful staff though spoke little English. Booked me a taxi at 3 am. Always answered questions immediately. Very clean nice room. 30 min walk from downtown but the walk allows you to have a look at the real locals' daily life.
- Nicola (1/5): The price really reflects the state of the city - A member of staff was helpful for what he could. The breakfast was served with bread one - two days old. Synthetic butter and Coffee wasn't hot.
I've been referred from the staff a travel agency of incompetents who made me waste an entire day.
Nearby there's nothing to see or do. Not even a supermarket, nor a decent restaurant.
- Wilmen (10/5): 👌👌👌 - The owners are so friendly and very accommodating :) /
- Ilankovan (8/5): Would recommend this hotel for short f - The breakfast is minimal but good. Need more hanging facilities to hang clothes
- Luis (8/5): Very good - Location, price and staff There's a nasty smell of paint inside the room. The room window faces the corridor
- Seb (7/5): Good -
- Shih (4/5): Choose other one that better - None the breakfast was awful ,4bed mix dorm is just next to the front door you can listen sounds very loudly when everyone walk in the hostel, and they have washer but you can’t wash you cloths!
- Brendan (9/5): Superb - They organized a late checkout for a very reasonable price
- Damianad (4/5): Disappointing - Only boiling hot water under shower. Everything a little dirty.
- Martijn (8/5): Very good -
- Tania (10/5): It’s worth it for the price, nice staff, comfortable beds - Very friendly staff It’s worth it for the price
- Stephan (7/5): Still needs a bit of work in the bedrooms. - Common area was quite cool with beautiful murals. Kitchen seemed well equipped. Bathroom was clean. Staff was friendly although it was never really clear who were guests or who was running the place. We went to bed around 9pm and it was still really loud all around, the thin walls let us hear all the people coming and going. Someone was hammering at the hostal entrance door for ages... Rooms are not very welcoming with rubber walls and childish pictograms. Generally quite dark and poor lighting. We used this place to crash for the night before continueing our travel, for that it was fine, but we're also glad to be moving on.
- Nadia (10/5): Lovely place to stay in Oruro - New, artistic and cozy hostel, in a very quiet grea. Great place to stay in Oruro for a couple of nights and meet interesting travelers.
The staff is sooo kind and welcoming. Beds are comfy, there is hot shower and two well equipped kitchens. Breakfast is basic. You can pay by card and they apply fair exchange rates. It's still under contruction so sometimes there are workers around and little inconvenients like voltage lackage.
Maybe for this reason is a bit pricey now, but glad to support such a great project!
- Emily (7/5): Great value for the price, friendly people, might not be your best night's sleep depending on room. - Staff was incredibly friendly and communicative, ready to give us a ton of recommendations and responsive if we had any questions or concerns. Multiple kitchen facilities and a nice area to hang out on the roof. I think it was likely just the particular room we were in, but we were located right near the downstairs kitchen and at the bottom of the stairwell, which meant pretty much every noise in the building could be heard in our room, especially if people were socializing. That, plus the fact that our door didn't fully shut/lock and there was a huge window on the wall that let a bunch of light in, made sleep a little challenging.
- Milene (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice hosts, great value for the money. We would for sure stay there again!
- Bourdon (9/5): Superb - chill, modern, clean, good attention and very cheap breakfast was very light
- Tatiana (10/5): Exceptional - I like this hostel. The owner is very nice and caring, he always asks if everything is okay and is always ready to help. The room has comfortable beds. The bathroom is clean. Very cozy common area on the top floor. Charming cat. The kitchen has everything you need. The hostel has a pleasant atmosphere. It was a bit cold, but this is a problem of all houses in the highlands of Bolivia
- Stephen (6/5): Pleasant -
- Melissa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Georgina (8/5): Very good -
- Leo (7/5): Nice stay but NO BREAKFAST 🍳 - Clean and ok hostal. There was NO BREAKFAST 🧇 . They said they tried to delet it from booking but seems like it’s not.
- Mairis (8/5): Very good - Fairly good kitchen. Two in fact. Good location near bus station. Various outdoor spaces to sit and relax. We had a lovely communal meal and paid only for drinks. Bathrooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Showers are only warm not hot. This place needs a corkscrew!
- Jonathan (8/5): Excellent price/value - Brilliant price/value. Single room bed was actually fit for large people, which is rare in Bolivia. Staff wasn't easy to grab sometimes, but no strong point.
- Pavel (4/5): Overpriced and inaccurate description - The location is fine. Bed was comfortable. Nice and helpful staff. Inaccurate description of the listing. It states private quadruple room, not a BED in a room. However, I did get a private for 35$ with shared bathroom. The room felt like a storage area and in very bad condition (walls, curtains, door). The curtains were see through, the street light beams inside the room. Not hot water. Unstable internet.
- Valerie (9/5): Cool hostel with potential - Great host, guests and volunteers. Visited carnival together. Awesome experience The bathroom needs a little bit more love and attention.
- Tomás (8/5): Very good - Extremely friendly people with whom I wish I could have talked more. The straw bed, although comfortable, was a bit dusty. (Mind you, it were straw bales wrapped in plastic, not just raw straw.)
