• Anna (10/5): Nocleg z super widokiem - Mieszkanie w pierwszej linii brzegowej morza z pięknym widokiem na morze. Duże przestronne mieszkanie, łóżka naprawdę wygodne. Przed budynkiem naprawdę sporo miejsc parkingowych. Super kontakt z obsługą. Wszystko było ok.

Veel geluidsoverlast, de rolluiken werken maar half, de keuken valt uit elkaar, de deur gaat niet fatsoenlijk open, er is weinig servies en bestek, geen plek om fatsoenlijk te zitten, weinig handdoeken. Prima om te slapen maar verwacht er niet veel meer van.

• Dayna (8/5): Beautiful sunset views. Clean and modern. - The host was great! Super accommodating and let us check in early when we arrived. Amazing views of the sea and sunset! Everything was modern and clean, beds were super comfortable! Just missing some kitchen essentials. The kitchen facilities were nice and modern but there was no cutlery at all or pots/pans to make use of the oven/stove top if we wanted to. The location was a little out of the centre and the beaches weren't as nice on that side of town.

ATM and mini market super close and convenient. WiFi worked great Spent a decent amount of time trying to figure out the correct building/location (google maps was not correct). Shower and hot water was just okay.
• Ian (7/5): - Отель действительно на 1й линии, из окна вид на пляж/море. из того что заявлено в объявлении - всё есть пляж "достаточно чистый" для бесплатного... хотя чистым по настоящему его не назвать. самый главный недостаток - в спальне нет кондиционера... из-за чего пришлось отдать спальню детям, а самим спать в студии на отдельных кроватях... 2 взрослых человека просто задохнуться к утру... а если оставлять окно открытым - от комаров спасенья нет. 1. нет москитных сеток - из-за чего каждый вечер превращался в охоту на комаров, даже фумигаторы мало помогали... держать постоянно включённым кондиционер - не предоставлялось возможным, по иным причинам 2. нет жалюзи / нет плотных штор - в студии из-за больших окон, нет возможности поспать в светлое время суток. 3. одна из дверей на балкон ни открывается, ни до конца закрывается... в ветренный день/ночь - ВСЕ щели свистели так громко что не давали спать в спальне - одно из окон не закрывается... приходилось стягивать туда обе шторы + подпирать окно, чтоб ветром не открыло. 4. за 3 дня - 6 раз отключалась вода... после последнего раза когда мы выразили неудовольствие - проблему устранили (как я понимаю, связанные работы в других квартирах/номерах отложили до нашего отъезда) остальное не относиться напрямую к номеру, но.....: 5. горы строй мусора рядом с отелем... 6. в заброшенном/недостроенном отеле - целая свора собак, которые гавкают всю ночь, мешая спать. 7. к вечеру, как поднимался даже средний ветер - море было сильно мутным у берега, приходилось уплывать подальше на 2ю 3ю песчаную косу, чтоб не плавать в "грязи" жена крайне недовольна выбором, хотела поставить 1 из 10... на мой взгляд - при соотношении цена/качество - 7 / 10 будет честной оценкой.
• Sonila (10/5): A very clean apartment with a beautiful sea view, and the owners were extremely polite, cooperative, and welcoming.” - We had a wonderful stay at Sea View Vlora. After booking, I received a kind message from the owner, Mr. Gani, who shared his number for any extra information. He and his son were very polite and very cooperative – they even tried their best to arrange an early check-in for us at 12:00 instead of 15:00. Finding the property was a little confusing at first, but they guided us step by step until we arrived. Mr. Gani was waiting with the keys, welcomed us warmly, and showed us the apartment. His wife also came to greet us, and both of them made us feel at home right away. They told us we could always text if we needed anything – from a hairdryer to other requests – and they were very cooperative. The apartment was very clean, the mattresses were spot on, and the sea view from the balcony was beautiful. Thank you to Mr. Gani and his family for making our stay so enjoyable. I truly recommend this place to anyone visiting Vlora! The only small thing is that if you open the windows, mosquitoes may come inside, but Mr. Gani advised us to simply keep the air conditioner on and the windows closed, which worked perfectly.

• Jonas (10/5): Beautiful Beach and Great Apartment - The photos online truly don't do the apartment justice. The view is incredible and the location could not be better. This might be the most enjoyable beach section in all of Vlorë, it's not as overrun with crowds and the water is easily accessible. To my delight I found out there's actually one of the few public beach volley courts right next to the apartment and the sand is surprisingly pleasant. The apartment itself has everything you might need to have home cooked meals but there's also restaurants everywhere along the shore in walking distance. The hosts are super forthcoming and responded to any questions that came up instantly. You won't regret your stay! Depending on the day and weather the water can be a little polluted, but that's just Albania for you. The amount of trash on the streets is quite saddening but there's definitely worse sections than this one.

If you want to spend most of the time on the beach, you cannot get better accommodation. You just need to get down the building and you are at the beach. On this beach you have a nice bar and municipal shower. The balcony was really spacious. Kitchen could be better equipped. They could put curtains which don’t let the light through. On the balcony was only one chair.

• Amitai (6/5): Pleasant - It is linked to a popular beach, but far from the city center. Plenty of parking This apartment was very disappointing and did not meet expectations. I feel misled and regret the payment. The shower was unclean and had an unpleasant smell. The living room window couldn’t be closed, which made the stay uncomfortable. The building entrance and stairwell were in poor condition — with dirt, exposed electrical wires, and a generally neglected appearance.
• Hoti (8/5): Very good - Seaview was the best, was warmly welcomed and easy instructions for meeting and leaving property. Clean apartment, plenty of parking and a friendly cafe/restaurant on the bottom floor For a family of 4 only had 2 towels and 1 bed sheet on single bed. We didn't highlight this at the time as we were staying for one night only and we used our own beach towels and it was a warm night.

Good sized fridge. Basic utensils provided including large pot and frying pan and electric kettle. Good sized bedrooms. Air conditioning in one bedroom and kitchen. Works great (hot and cold). Washing machine and clothes rack provided. Nice large entrance passageway. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Ample parking space. The whole building is a shared building with apartments being let within it. Lift was out of order due to work going on in building. We were on 6th floor. Hosts helped with luggage from car to our apartment on 6th floor. Our apartment did not have a balcony. The kitchen and one bedroom had great views of the sea. The other bedroom had a side view of sea, although overlooking a derelict building. One bedroom did not have any wardrobes or tables. Probably because it had two sets of bunkbeds. Will need to take care of the mosquito bites. We had to find and kill them before going to sleep. Windows need to be kept shut at night. On approaching the whole building, at first we thought it was a bad neighbourhood, with poor lighting and entrance to the building was and not clean (dusty etc). However, the actual apartment was very clean. Next morning after taking a stroll around, we found the area to be pleasant. The area seems to be the next upcoming place, since there are many coffee bars etc neighbouring this building.

• Izzy (7/5): Very nice clean apartment, details could be improved. - The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Very responsive and easy to communicate with. They accommodated our late arrival also. Large spacious rooms, very clean. Right on the beach which is perfect. Perfect size fridge/freezer for longer stays. Very quiet area Our main reason for booking this property was the large balcony however there wasn’t actually any balcony furniture for us to enjoy. We had bought cards to play card games but there was no outdoor table or chairs which seems a bit strange. Also the pillows were extremely uncomfortable; both left with very sore necks, would advise maybe putting some extra softer pillows in wardrobe for those who are used to softer pillows. Suprised to find no drinking water/tea coffee available. Don’t expect to be supplied for the whole stay, but a basic supply to get us through the arrival night to the morning would be nice, what you get in other hotels etc.

It was spacious and light with a nice view at the see. The apartment was located a bit far from the center but still in a walking distance. The apartment however didn’t have all the amenities mentioned - there was no coffee/tea machine nor kettle, kitchen was poorly equipped in general. There’s no terrace/balcony - no idea why it’s mentioned within the amenities.
• Andrew (9/5): Great value and great hosts! - Really clean apartment. Great hosts who were so helpful. It’s right on the beach but around 10/15 minutes walk from the main part of town. There are some nice restaurants very close by though.

The beach is just downstairs , literally 1 minute walk. Hosts were super friendly, we asked for hairdryer, and they brought it right away. Everything was good.
• Ilija (8/5): Very good - The apartment is on the 5th floor (the last) and has 2 bedrooms. kitchen , bathroom. There is no terrace. apartment is clean. The beach is behind the building. The center is also close to 20 minutes on foot. We had no luck, we had a problem with the elevator for 5 days. Value for money is very good. I recommend it. No balcony or terrace (they say on booking have BALCONY) This is why I give 8

The apartment is new, modern, so clean and comfortable, well equipped, right on the big sandy beach, with an excellent sea view's, near restaurants, cafe bars and shops. The owner was so so friendly and helpful, he managed for us to check it in the middle of the night (we stacked in traffic and late 2 hours) and he was online with us for providing informations during travelling and during our stay. Thank you so much for everything. We are travelling home totally happy and we are sorry we couldn't stay more than 3 days.

• Ihor (1/5): I do not advise!! - the apartments are clean. 1. the address does not match the one specified in the booking and the real one!! and the owner did not warn!! we lost an hour of time!! 2.upon arrival there was no water, we could not even wash our hands after a long journey! in four days of stay there was no water twice, and each time for more than three hours! although the owner assured that it is half an hour maximum. 3. I do not advise if you are with children or just want to sleep peacefully at night, because the music from the bar on the beach is extremely loud until 2:00 am!!!! 4. in the description of the accommodation it was written that there is a kettle or a coffee maker, but there was nothing!! 5. only one key to the apartment is given!!! therefore there is a lot of inconvenience!!!! 6. there is garbage on the beach, and nearby abandoned buildings! the view from the window is not exactly like on the booking!!!
• Serestyen (10/5): Exceptional - The owner was really kind and helpfull. The view was beautiful. The rooms were super clean. For parents with 2 kids its exelent. There are a lot of shops and diners near. And i would come back any time i could!
• Obertinca (4/5): Disappointing - It was clean and close to the beach. - There was no kettle in the Kitchen - The Air Conditioner didn’t blow very cold air. There was only one Air conditioner in the property, even though there are two sleeping rooms. I found it very hard to sleep in the bedroom without aircon - it was too hot to sleep. - The curtains in the bedrooms are not black out and light comes through. In the mornings, I was woken up by the daylight at sunrise. - The facilities at the property were limited - there was no hair dryer, kitchen supplies were basic, there were no mosquito nets at the windows, there are no seats in the balcony. - Kitchen stove works very slowly - it took a while to boil eggs. - We weren’t given the key to the door that opens the entrance to the building, only the key to open the apartment door. This was very inconvenient when one night we found this door to be locked around 11pm. We were locked out for a while until someone from the building heard me banging on the door asking for help. Overall much cheaper properties in area that were more impressive, I don’t think it’s worth the price it’s advertised for.

• Nora (7/5): All in all good landlords and good apartment - -elevator in the house, got repaired within 24h after going out of service -checking in was quick, landlord arrived soon despite me being 1h late -liked the location, close to sandy beach, bakeries, several restaurants, 2 convenience stores, balcony with lateral sea view -house was really quiet -firm mattress and pillow -getting a spare key after losing mine was no big deal, family came soon even though it was 10pm -wifi -all in all well furnished (-cash payment only (Euro or Lek), as is common in Albania!) -landlord didn't show up at arranged time for paying rent so had to arrange a 2nd meeting and (without me hearing any knocking) then they suddenly stood next to me in the kitchen! -lamps made me feel a bit like I were in a hospital (-it's not a 2 bedroom apartment but a 1 bedroom apartment with 2 additional beds in kitchen/ living room) (-kitchen supplies are rather basic, a family of 4 would have to do the dishes after each meal!) -a deck chair for the balcony would have been nice (-as probably common in Albania bathroom was always flooded after taking a shower) -bedroom was really bright at night due to street lamps so I had to cover my eyes in order to fall asleep -some minor things needed repairing
• Maciej (10/5): Stunning view! - I recently stayed in a beachfront apartment in Vlorë, Albania, which offered stunning views of the sea and beautiful sunsets from the balcony. The newly renovated apartment was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. Communication with the owner was excellent; he was responsive on WhatsApp and ensured our stay was pleasant. The apartment was conveniently located near a market and restaurant, enhancing our experience. High-speed internet and direct beach access were standout features. Overall, the apartment provided great value for money and I highly recommend it for a relaxing seaside getaway. However, there were a few minor issues that could improve the experience. It would have been helpful to have more toilet paper available, as well as some basic kitchen supplies like spices, salt, and pepper. Additionally, although the direct beach access was a major advantage, the beach itself was unfortunately very dirty with a lot of trash. While this is not within the control of the apartment owner, it would be beneficial if the local community could address this environmental concern.
