• Brett (6/5): This stay is Greta for anyone who wants to be in the center of everything. Look elsewhere if you want a place that’s a b - The location was very good. Only one flight of stairs up to the apartment. Comfy bed and couch. Large fridge and plenty of tea in the cupboard. Everything else was just okay. I’d give this stay a 5 if not for the great location. Overpriced, in my opinion. The restroom was extremely small, to the point where you can’t even open the door entirely because the shower is in the way. There was a leak above the kitchen entry on my second to last night in the apartment. Saw one cockroach throughout my stay (one week).

• Geraldine (9/5): Great stay by Covent Garden. - Location was perfect apartment was clean comfortable and very well equipped. The ridiculously high storage of basic crockery. We had to climb on high stools to get a mug! Rethink layout.

• Francesca (5/5): Great location, apartment needs improvements - Great location. Nice living room, well equipped kitchen. Poorly managed. Hot water didn’t work for the first part of my stay. Inadequate directions given for the boiler. Sofa bed not set up as requested before my stay. Also the sofa didn’t pull out as a bed. My 12 year old son had to sleep directly on the sofa and found it uncomfortable. No sheet provided for the sofa even after messaging about it. Very heavy doors in the apartment and difficult to keep open despite use of multiple doorstops. Tiny bathroom, shower and toilet right next to each other.

• Reynolds (10/5): A lovely home from home, in the centre of London. - The location in the centre of Covent Garden was excellent! A couple of minutes walk from the Tube through the buzzy and colourful atmosphere of central London and a traditional pub, The Cross Keys, across the road. So many restaurants and bars to choose from, and all within walking distance from the flat. With Harry Potter and the Cursed Child is just up the road at The Palace Theatre, and all things Potter surrounding the area, Potterheads will be in heaven. The bathroom is a little bijou, but despite that it was definitely worth booking.

It’s about a block away from Covent Market with lots of amazing shops, restaurants, and night life. We travelled with our toddler and they had a foldaway crib in the closet which was nice. It was nice to have a washer and dryer in the apartment for cleaning clothes. The bathroom was too small and felt old and dirty. The toilet seat kept sliding off and was too small for the toilet. The tap spout was too short and it was hard to use the faucet. The floors felt dirty and the bedroom was really small and hard to move around. Too many instructions around the keys and locking of the apartment

• Salman (4/5): Great location but misleading spec! - The location They lied about the space(it was mentioned 175m2) but its not even half of that mentioned space. I stayed for one week, the first 4 days without an internet as it was not working. The bathroom space is a joke! You cannot even take a shower without hitting yourself in the glass. Too many roles and policies that requires you to fill an application and uplaod your passport and a pic of your bank card! Its like you are entering a government place!!

Apartment was very good and the Tesco express across the street was very handy. Food options and bars close by. For us nothing.

• Reynolds (10/5): A great place to be based for your London adventure! - The apartment is lovely and so convenient to London's theatreland and sights. Surrounded by wonderful restaurants and shops, with Covent Garden and its entertainment on your doorstep.
• Ben (10/5): Great appartment, even better location! - Fantastic loctaion, right in the heart of London's Westend. There is a supermarket opposite the apartment, it's a three-minute walk to Covent Garden and five minutes to Oxford Street. The restaurant downstairs was excellent. Highly recommended. The apartment was comfortable and given the location was surprisingly quiet at night. It has everything you'd expect from an urban, city stay and was a great trip. We'd stay here again next time we are in London. The hoast was helpful and organised.
