- Gabriele (10/5): - Uns hat das Apartment sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage, der Pool, die Ausstattung der Küche, die Betten, 2 Bäder..... einfach perfekt! Wir waren im April da. Die erste Zeit waren noch wenig Apartments bewohnt und es war immer sehr ruhig. Gegen Ende kam dann Leben ins Haus und man hörte die direkten Nachbarn und die oben drüber recht gut. Hat uns nicht gestört aber wenn man geräuschempfindlich ist, vielleicht nicht so gut.

- Dave (10/5): - Fabulous spacious apartment, right on the beach front. Lovely pool and solarium. Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds and a good sized lounge. Two bathrooms was an added bonus. It felt a little like Fort Knox as they are very security conscious. For example, to get to the pool, you have to unlock two internal doors. I'm not sure why, as the external entrances to the complex are always locked. We were also informed that there is a gym, which there is, but you do not have access to it.

- Coen (8/5): - De locatie en het appartement Dat de verhuur in het pand ongewenst is en wij aanvankelijk tegenwerking van de overige eigenaren hebben gehad, zodat wij geen gebruik van de garage hebben kunnen maken. Later zijn wij in gesprek met d3 overige bewoners gegaan en hebben geen last meer gehad.
- Phil (9/5): Great location for a quieter stay in Estepona - The location was perfect (for us) not wanting to be in the middle of town/people, its is on the 'outskirts' of Estepona but within walking distance of the port 10 easy minutes at most. The view from the pool over looks the beach/sea and the rock of Gibraltar, the side view from the apartment overlooks the beautiful gardens of the property next door but you can also see (and hear) the sea from the balcony.
The apartment has everything you could possibly require, it was literally home from home for us, and completely our style aesthetically, far more modern than the photos give credit, immaculately clean, we could log into Netflix and Prime on the TV if needed, Wi-Fi was excellent and entry to the flat was via a key code (not a key) which was great for going to the pool and not worrying about keys.
The pool is clean, plenty of umbrellas and sunbeds which you can use as required, gym, table tennis and pool (snooker) available to use downstairs if that takes your fancy.
With a full selection of restaurants in the harbour (Mediterranean/Thai/Indian/Sushi/Italian/Himalayan/Chinese) We would absolutely recommend this apartment and would consider returning. This is the first time in over 15 years of using booking.com where we have had to pay a deposit, not an issue, however as the management company actually physically take the money then refund it later, unlike blocking a credit card as they do with car hire, due to the exchange rate change that process actually cost me money, which is disappointing.
The arrival instructions from the property management company were over complicated, with communication via booking.com, WhatsApp and information send via pdf. (in Spanish) which we used AI to translate, all slightly overlapping/contradicting themselves, it was a little disjointed. The reality was not as complicated..... pick keys up from lock box (at their office) two minutes away from apartment, go to flat with key fob, open gate for car to drive in with key fob, open the door to the building with key, open front door to apartment with code, actually really simple. We were instructed to leave keys in the flat on departure, which considering you need the key fob to get a car out or a physical key to walk out, this just doesn't make any sense, we took the keys back to the office on departure, this instruction needs to be updated by management company.
Our last niggle was the fact that there was a broken chair (reported on here by previous guest some time before) on the balcony, it was pushed to one side and as we were only 2 of potentially 4 guests it was not an issue and my partner realised however, on arriving late, had we have been a 4, one could have sat on that chair and hurt themselves quite badly. This is our only reason this apartment did not score a 10/10.

- Morden (8/5): We had a very comfortable,enjoyable stay. The apartment is equipt with everything you would need for a week or like us a - The pool is a real asset. There is nothing to dislike.
- Nicoline (9/5): Superb - We really enjoyed our stay with 2 adults and 2 kids. Nice location, close to the beach. It is a cozy apartment and we were happy with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- Sam (7/5): Good - The apartment was clean, bright and larger than we thought. It was well equipped with a nice view out to gardens and side view of the sea. The indoor garden was impressive. Parking at the front was easy. Beds were comfortable. It was quiet. It was dark and it was difficult to have to go to the office before getting into the property. There were several keys needed to get into and out of the property which made it a little difficult. We didnt have enough keys and it was a hassle having to unlock doors all the time just to go to the beach for example.
The gym was very poorly maintained, the equipment was old and not serviced or didnt work. The door was really hard to unlock. The games room was ok but not fully working as well. The pool was taped off all week but no information as to why it wasn’t useable. 2 of the balcony chairs were broken and glued which broke again when sat on. Chairs in the dining room were wobbly and bolts came off them.
It would have been useful to have a coffee caffetierre in the kitchen. There was no salt which we were advised there was.
- Maria (5/5): Passable - The apartment was modern, very clean, comfortable and had all the appliances you would need. On arrival the swimming pool was full and the water recycling system seemed to be working. It was, however, closed to the residents for the whole duration of our holiday. We raised the issue with the State Agency, but they didn't seem to be aware of the closure. Our main issue was NOT the water restrictions, but the lack of feedback from the hosts (Hanami). Most importantly, we felt they were very defensive in all the conversations we had with them. Even though we called every day looking for updates, we never received a phone call back. It was our understanding they were waiting from a response from the maintenance company who looks after the building. The main reason we we picked this location, and we paid a much higher price for it, was the facilities it came with. And the main one for us was the swimming pool. As we couldn't enjoy it during our stay, we would have expected a higher compensation than just the local swimming pool fees we incurred.

Terrace sadly not the evenings … other then that it was great.
